    Dibar recalls hand sanitizer

    The products contain methanol (wood alcohol)

    Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico Dibar Nutricional S. de R.L. De C.V. (Dibar) is recalling Dibar Labs, ProtectoRx and Advance Hand brands of hand sanitizer.

    The products contain methanol (wood alcohol), which can result in nausea, vomiting, headache, blurred vision, permanent blindness, seizures, coma, permanent damage to the nervous system, or death.

    There are reports of adverse reactions to date.

    The Dibar Labs Hand Sanitizer was sold nationwide through S.E.N.D. LLC and its customers, ProtectoRx Hand Sanitizer was sold in Puerto Rico through PR TRADING LLC and its customers, and Advance Hand Sanitizer were distributed in the nationwide through RGV HEALTH SERVICES LLC DBA VALLEY and its customers.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled products should stop using, and return them to the place of purchase.

    Porsche recalls Cayenne Turbo, Cayenne GTS and Cayenne GTS Coupe vehicles

    The engine cylinder bore surface may develop cracks

    Porsche Cars North America is recalling 12 model year 2021 Cayenne Turbo, Cayenne GTS, and Cayenne GTS Coupe vehicles.

    Cracks may develop on the surface of the engine cylinder bore and cause engine damage and a stall or an oil leak, increasing the risk of a crash or fire.

    What to do

    Dealers will replace the engine free of charge.

    Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 10, 2021.

    Pro Supply Outlet recalls sodium and potassium hydroxide products

    The products' packaging is not child-resistant as required by law

    Pro Supply Outlet of Rancho Cordova, Calif., is recalling 2,600 containers of Pro Supply Outlet (PSO) sodium and potassium hydroxide.

    The packaging of the products, which contain sodium and potassium hydroxide, is not child-resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act and poses a risk of chemical burns and irritation to the skin and eyes.

    No incidents or injuries have been reported.

    This recall involves Pro Supply Outlet sodium and potassium hydroxide products sold in two-pound rigid white plastic jars with continuous thread caps.

    The front of the label bears the PSO logo, the product name, SKU 7023 and UPC 7834500453 for the sodium hydroxide and SKU 7132 and UPC 7834500462 for the potassium hydroxide.

    The recalled products, manufactured in the U.S., were sold online at Amazon.com, eBay.com, Etsy.com and prosupplyoutlet.com from January 2018, through March 2021, for about $15.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately store the recalled products in a safe location out of reach of children and contact Pro Supply Outlet for a free replacement child-resistant cap and label to put on the product. Pro Supply Outlet is contacting all purchasers directly.

      Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is recalling specific lots of select Sara Lee, Chef Pierre and Devonshire pecan pies.

      The products may contain peanuts, an allergen not declared on the label.

      There are no reports of illness or injury to date.

      The following items, sold nationwide through food service distributors, are being recalled:

      • Sara Lee Individually Wrapped 4-ounce Pecan Pie slices, 24-count case SKU #5117 produced on March 5, 2021, marked with lot code #C050641C and carrying unit UPC 032100051118. Individual pie slices have a printed lot code on the top of the package.
      • Sara Lee Individually Wrapped 4-ounce Pecan Pie slices, 48-count case SKU #7144 produced on March 4 and March 11, 2021, marked with lot codes #C050631C and #C050701C and carrying unit UPC 032100051118. Individual pie slices have a printed lot code on the top of the package.
      • Chef Pierre 10” Pre-Baked Southern Pecan Pie 36-ounce, case SKU #9273 produced on March 4, 2021, marked with lot code #C040631C and carrying unit UPC 032100092739.

      Customers with an allergy or sensitivity to peanuts who purchased the recalled products should not consume them, but confirm the lot code with the place of purchase and ask for a full refund if the UPC and lot code matches what is listed above.

      John Deere recalls Gator utility vehicles

      The speedometer and several speed-related safety systems may not function properly

      Deere & Company of Moline, Ill., is recalling about 90 John Deere XUV590 and XUV590 S4 Gator utility vehicles.

      An error in the Engine Control Unit(ECU) software can result in the speedometer and several speed-related safety systems not functioning as designed, posing a crash hazard and risk of injury.

      The firm has received four reports of speedometers malfunctioning. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves John Deere Gator utility vehicles with model number “XUV590” or “XUV590 S4” printed on the hood. “John Deere” and “Gator” are printed on the cargo box.

      The recalled utility vehicles were sold in green and yellow, olive drab, and camouflage, and have four-wheel suspension with side-by-side seating for two or four people.

      The serial number is located on the frame on the rear of the machine above the hitch and begins with 1M0590.

      The utility vehicles, manufactured in the U.S., were sold at John Deere dealers nationwide from October 2020, through April 2021, for between $11,100 and $14,100.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact an authorized John Deere dealer for a free software update. John Deere is contacting all known purchasers directly.

      The product contains sibutramine and fluoxetine not declared on the label

      Dash Xclusive is recalling all lots of Imperia Elita Vitaccino Coffee.

      The products contain sibutramine and fluoxetine, drugs used as an appetite suppressant for weight loss and the treatment of various depressive disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, bulimia and panic disorders.

      The presence of these drugs in the recalled product renders it an unapproved drug for which safety and efficacy has not been established.

      There have been no reports of adverse events.

      The recalled product, marketed as a dietary supplement for weight loss and is packaged in a black rectangular box and contains fifteen sachets, was sold nationwide on the internet and by eBay.

      What to do

      Dash Xclusive is notifying its customers and arranging for return of all recalled products.

      Customers who purchased the recalled product should stop using it and return it to: Dash Xclusive, 610 S. Verdugo Road, Apt 31, Glendale, California 91205.

      Thule is recalling 738 Thule Tepui Hybox Tepui Wedge part number 901110, Thule Tepui Hybox part number 901100, Tepui Hybox wedge part number 8001HB203, and Tepui Hybox part number 8001HB103 and 8001HB112 rooftop tents.

      The rooftop tent shell may crack at the point where the mounting rails attach and detach from the vehicle.

      A detached rooftop tent may become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Thule will provide a refund or replacement rooftop tent, free of charge.
