Exterior Vehicle Lights may fail to illuminate

Land Rover is recalling 12,922 model year 2022-2023 Range Rovers.

The rear taillight link may be damaged, which can cause exterior vehicle lights -- including the rear light mounted in the body, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals -- to fail to illuminate.

Exterior lights that fail to illuminate can decrease visibility and increase the risk of a crash.

What to do

Dealers will inspect and replace or repair the rear lights -- as necessary -- free of charge.

Letters notifying owners are expected to be mailed July 28, 2023.

Owners may contact Land Rover customer service at (800) 637-6837. Land Rover's number for this recall is N784.
