Cameron represented the company exceptionally well. I initially contacted the company after receiving a mailer and invited Cameron to my home because he seemed very knowledgeable about the product. Throughout the appointment, he was professional, informative, and never pushy or resorted to a hard sell, which I truly appreciated. If he had, I would have simply thanked him for his time and shown him the door. His respectful approach made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased an 18-panel system for my home. Since March 17th only half of my panels are working, so now I have a solar panel payment and also an electric bill now that are same amount. Supposedly, this should be covered under my warranty, but the company refuses to send a tech to inspect and repair this issue. The micro inverters failed and they know this but refuses to take accountability for their flawed product (2nd time this has happened). Their customer service manager Abraham ** refuses to call me back or make any attempt to resolve my issue. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this crap company.

The experience I had was Excellent. My customer representative was Exceptional. He was Extremely Qualified at his job.

My LGCY salesman Jordan promised me that I would be paying less for electricity and would have more than enough power. That's not true. I now pay the solar company AND SCE every month. And now no one at LGCY will answer my calls or call me back.

Jake was very nice and knowledgeable about the program. Asked a lot of questions and Jake was able to answer with honesty.

It is obvious that your company sent very aggressive and inappropriate reps to my house. These people banged on my door and would not go away until I came out. This caused a big scare and a call to the sheriff as well as as disruption of my home business and loss of income. Then the other sales people that came out after that obviously only came because the scouts had verified that somebody lives here. This should be illegal worst experience ever I plan to file all kinds of complaints.

Totally mislead. A flyer was posted on my garage door. I called and made an appointment with California Energy Initiative. Rushed along to sign up, only to find out they are EnFin by Qcells Solar teamed up with Legacy Power. Two hours after I was exposed to the scam. I called and cancelled.

Jeromy is perfect. He led me through everything and answered all my questions. The solar system finally fit what we were looking for after many years of looking.

He did an excellent job and explained all details involved.

They explained to me very well and it's big help so I can save a lot.

Thomas was professional and courteous. The system has recently changed and made the actual experience less than smooth. We verified DOB verbally and on his screen and when the call was made it did not match, system error! We had to repeat the entire process again. Thomas was a 5 but your system was a 2. Above rating is not reflective of Thomas as he is not responsible for your system.

Made customer feel at ease along the way during the process. Highly professional using right words at the right time and even anticipated our conversation for the smooth process!

Person arrived on time, was courteous, understanding, and helpful. Answered questions thoughtfully. We had a number of technical issues with the online portions. We got through all the issues successfully after making the necessary phone calls.

Idrish was very patient and thorough in explaining the program and the entire process. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how this benefits me in the short and long term. It was just about making a sale and closing the deal. I felt like it was a personal experience and not just a sales rep and client transaction. I’m extremely disappointed with LGCY Power and want to warn anyone considering working with them. Before signing, I specifically asked about cancellation fees because that was a major factor in my decision. Their salesperson clearly told me they “don’t go after cancellation fees” and reassured me not to worry if I cancel. I relied on that information when agreeing to move forward. But when I decided to cancel, LGCY Power completely changed their story. They are now aggressively trying to collect a cancellation fee — even though I have text message proof that their own representative said they don’t pursue those fees.

I looked into 7 companies and one stood out above the rest from the beginning. My rep Memphis displayed an incredible amount of knowledge and concern for my situation. Easily outpacing the sum total of the other reps combined. Beyond that the installation crew arrived on time, did a superior job and cleaned up after themselves. Would absolutely hire again and have already referred Memphis to several friends. Two thumbs way way up.
