My solar system was installed at the end of May 2025. Since then, I have had three (3) inspections, and three (3) times my system did not pass in inspection. For whatever reason, it seems to take about a month for the technician to come out to fix the issues and do the inspection. Not having my system up and running, I have paid over $1,500.00 to the electric company. Now, that $1,500.00 does not include what I have paid to the finance company. I give All American Solar a rating of "D-".

Almost the same thing happened to me! American Solar took our money and never reinstalled our panels as agreed. When I called to complain about the delay and them just not showing up as promised the representative, Richard hung up on me without a word! Do not deal with All American Solar at all! Avoid them at all costs! They ripped us off to the tune of 30 grand. So we're suing them for everything we legally can! 🤬

We spent a fortune on solar 4 years ago. All went fine while we were being sold to. All went fine with the solar. The problem comes down the road when you try to deal with this company. We were told that when we changed the roof (which was going to need to be done soon) that they would remove and replace the panels free. - REALITY They wanted to charge $5k.
When we found a cheaper bid, they told us that we would no longer be covered under warranty because they didn't do the replace.!!! They also said that they would come out annually to check it. They never did. We were promised several things but the company never did them. They were terrible to deal with. Would absolutely want to warn people.
