    Oliver Travel Trailer is recalling 40 model year 2021-2022 Elite travel trailers equipped with two-burner cooktops.

    The burner control valves may become damaged and cause a gas leak.

    A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

    What to do

    iMOONZZZ recalls children’s nightgowns

    The garments fail to meet federal flammability standards

    iMOONZZZ of China is recalling about 2,000 children’s nightgowns.

    The garments fail to meet the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries.

    No incidents or injuries have been reported.

    This recall involves two styles of iMOONZZZ-branded 95% cotton and 5% spandex children’s nightgowns, sold individually or as a set of three.

    The flower print nightgowns were sold in blue, pink, and white and in sizes 3-4T, 5-6 Years, 6-7 Years, 7-8 Years, 8-9 Years, and 10-12 Years.

    One style has fluttered sleeved shoulders and a color trim neckline with a ribbon at the center front. The other style has short, puffed sleeves with lettuce-edge trimming and a double laced collar with a bow affixed to the left side.

    “Made in China,” the size, the fiber content, and the washing instructions are printed on a sewn-in, side-seam label.

    The garments were sold online at www.amazon.com from June 2019, through May 2022, for between $13 and $39, depending on the style and if sold individually or as a set.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately take the recalled nightgowns away from children and contact iMOONZZZ for a full refund.

    Consumers who purchased the nightgowns will be asked to destroy them by cutting them in half and sending the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price.

    Built Brands recalls Banana Cream Pie Puffs protein bar

    The product may be contaminated with E. coli

    Built Brands of American Fork, Utah, is recalling 4,196 individual Banana Cream Pie Puffs protein bars.

    The product may be contaminated with E. coli. No illnesses have been reported to date.

    The recalled product, which comes in a 40-gram package marked with lot number D22151011 on the outside of the wrapper, was sold nationwide through mail orders and would have been received by customers after June 6, 2022.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product should not consume it. Instead, they should contact the company at questions@built.com for a full refund or replacement.

    Consumers with questions may also contact the company at (801) 845-2991 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (MST) Monday through Friday.

      Mohnark Pharmaceuticals recalls lidocaine topical anesthetic cream

      The product's packaging is not child-resistant

      Mohnark Pharmaceuticals of Davie, Fla., is recalling about 9,000 tubes of Lidocaine 4% Topical Anesthetic Cream.

      The product's packaging is not child-resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. This poses a risk of poisoning to young children if they ingest the anesthetic cream.

      No incidents or injuries have been reported.

      The recall involves Mohnark Pharmaceuticals Lidocaine 4% Topical Anesthetic Cream sold in a white tube with a flip-top closure.

      Mohnark Pharmaceuticals is printed under the blue and green logo on the right side of the product tube. The lot code is located at the bottom of the product tube. The affected lot codes are 01202201, 210201, 210301, 210503, 210505, 210601, 211002 and 210401. The UPC 860002324906 is located on the bottom side panel of the packaging.

      The anesthetic cream, manufactured in the U.S., was sold online at Amazon.com and Walmart.com from January 2021, through January 2022, for about $7.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cream and store it in a location that is out of the sight and reach of children. Customers can contact Mohnark Pharmaceuticals for instructions on how to dispose of the product to receive a full refund.

      The product is tainted with diclofenac and dexamethasone

      Latin Foods Market is recalling one lot of Artri King Reforzado con Ortiga y Omega 3 tablets.

      The product, marketed as a dietary supplement for pain relief and inflammation associated with arthritis and osteoarthritis, is tainted with diclofenac and dexamethasone.

      The presence of diclofenac and dexamethasone renders the product an unapproved drug for which the safety and efficacy has not been established.

      There have been no reports of adverse events to date.

      The recalled product -- lot # 334 21, packaged in 100-count tablets per bottle in a cardboard carton with UPC 7 501031 111138 -- was sold online at www.latinfoods.com.

      What to do

      Latin Foods Market will send an email to all customers who ordered the product that advises them to discard it.

      The products were imported from China, a country ineligible to export processed fish products to the U.S.

      There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions.

      The following products, which were shipped to retail and wholesale locations nationwide, are being recalled:

      • 13.051 oz. (370g) plastic packages containing “FISH FILLET WITH SPICY SOUP” Freeze Dried Technology Fish. No Preservative.
      • 12.35 oz. (350g) plastic packages containing “FISH FILLET WITH PICKLED SOUP” Freeze Dried Technology Fish. No Preservative.

      The products do not bear an establishment number or a USDA mark of inspection.

      One of the U-shaped buckles on the supporting cables can fail

      Loctek of Livermore, Calif., is recalling about 17,500 Fleximounts Overhead Garage Storage Racks.

      One of the U-shaped buckles on the supporting cables can fail, posing an impact injury hazard to users or bystanders if the rack falls.

      The firm has received 18 reports of the U-shaped buckles on the supporting cables failing and the storage racks falling from the garage ceiling. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves Fleximounts Overhead Garage Storage Racks, model GL44B. The model number is printed on the box and there is a label with the brand Fleximounts on the product. The recalled height adjustable steel racks attach to the ceiling, are black, measure 4 feet by 4 feet, and have U-shaped buckle hardware.

      The storage racks, manufactured in Vietnam, were sold online at amazon.com, fleximounts.com, wayfair.com, ebay.com, walmart.com, home depot.com and at Home Depot stores nationwide from October 2020, through April 2022, for about $230.

      What to do

      Tech Lighting recalls Coda pendant light fixtures

      The glass fixture can detach from its electrical cord

      Tech Lighting of Skokie, Ill., is recalling about 680 Coda pendant light fixtures sold in the U.S. and Canada.

      The glass Coda pendant light fixtures can detach from their electrical cord, causing the fixture to fall unexpectedly, posing a risk of injury from impact.

      The firm has received two reports of the pendant light fixtures detaching. No injuries have been reported.

      The recalled Coda pendant is a clear or smoke glass suspended light fixture that provides general illumination and is available in two sizes, large (40” high and weighs 7 lbs) and small (21” high and weighs 4 lbs).

      The model/item number is on the light fixture packaging. The light uses an integrated LED light source.

      The pendant lights, manufactured in China, were sold at independent lighting stores nationwide and online at build.com, Circa Lighting and Y Lighting from December 2020, through March 2022, for between $570 and $840.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately prevent people from going under the recalled light fixtures and contact Tech Lighting to receive a free repair kit.

      Consumers will need to schedule installation of the repair kit by a certified electrician, and Tech Lighting will reimburse the consumer for the service.

      Upon submitting the invoice to Tech Lighting for the installation charges, consumers will receive a reimbursement check.
