Since A.F.F changed their format, boring white and grey, three of my pictures are gone! I upload again, three of my blogs gone and three of my videos gone. My computer is not connecting to A.F.F. when I go to upload videos. They say the file it too big. Well, **. I loaded them last year from the same computer and they uploaded fine! I had a tech support person take over my computer one time, and it eventually showed uploaded after he did a lot of overriding and technical stuff that I could not do and it showed uploaded on my side, but did not show up on A.F.F. side. So how many of my other videos are jammed up? And so many poor changed I will not be renewing my membership as women are used for their advertising and A.F.F. advertises on an escort page of a local web! So this is the last time for A.F.F. I am not going to pay for ** treatment!

I am not being able to upload videos. A.F.F. is not listening at all to members! Just doing what they ** want! I will not renew my membership nor will I recommend anyone to join and pay A.F.F. a cent! Unless you want to join the fake parade as that is all they are going to have! And they will not do anything about my problems with uploading videos. I think they should refund my months of not being able to upload videos as they changed their format! And I should not have to pay till this is fixed! Not my end! I have had my computer looked at lots and lots of times!

I cannot access emails from other members and the customer service is non-responsive. I am paying $29.00 for this every month. Either they fix the problem, or they give me a refund.

My card was charged $145.82 on 11/4/11, for a charge I did not make. I received a call from the bank. I told them to not let that go through. I called Adultfinder, and told them that I did authorize this charge. I called back on 11/7/11. I was told they will refund my money back. I have not received anything from them. I live on a fixed income, and this money they took, caused an issue with renewing my medicines, and paying my bills. My account has been overdrawn. Now I am in debt, and in legal trouble.

I canceled my membership, but monthly payments are still being charged to my credit card. First initial payment was way higher than I was led to believe. I only discovered it when I checked my credit card statement. I am paying for no service to what is clearly a scam website.

Can you imagine, I paid for my golden membership twice within a year?! The problem is that my account is completely inaccessible. Every time I send email to "abuse", they ask the login and password details. I give it to them and they come back with the same question again. I wonder if there is someone in person who takes care of their customers. They have good website, but an extremely bad management! When/if I resolve the problem, I will let you know. Do not believe the price they say your credit card will be charged. Check with your bank. They have tried charging us over and over. We have called them several times to make it clear that we are not interested in renewing our account. They are counting on the assumption that you will not check your charges. They are also counting on the fact that you may not have the time it takes to reach a person who can understand English, and that it is going to take an hour of phone calls to issue a refund.

I was a female on the website, got lots of attention but with this attention, the website turned off my account. I asked why and they only said I had fraud e-mail. When asked for a proof they started asking for personal information, starting with driver's license then went to phone number, address, etc. They are trying to get enough to steal identity and credit cards.

My husband used this site for one day and found it completely ridiculous. We can't afford this and thought it would be 7.99 a month like it said!! I am in complete outrage and we don't need this site.

Please do what is right in your heart and help us. 160 is not what we asked for. This site is a fraud and it should not be up and running!

My wife and I both set up individual account on AFF. With her "standard" account she could receive e-mails, reply and send e-mails to others. All for free! With my account (the male) I could see I received e-mails but could not reply or even read them unless I paid full price. Men do not bother with this site; you are paying for women to use it for free! Don't be a chump!

I have been having problems navigating the site. I contacted them around four times and received a canned answer that it was a problem with my computer and they gave me "cures," none of which worked. I told them that all other wensites I access regularly work fine so if theirs is the only one that doesn't work the problem must be theirs and not mine.

While doing this, I was promptly told I was unsuccessful in getting through all those times Then when this happens, without my knowledge they promptly take out double payments for membership that I wanted to run out.

And this new site, for $40 dollars for a quarter it goes up to $60 AUD. They take double and think not to inform me that they have done. So, I reported the once I made contact with a woman from Ghana that she was asking me to send her air fare visa and passport renewal to her so she can come out. These clowns never got back to me, what does this tell you? She probably still operates within the site This is an out and out case of unauthorized use of my Master Card. Ideally, the right time pre easter when most places close for the break.

I wish to cancel my membership as their web page will not appear on my computer and I want to have a telephone number to contact and cancel my membership. Monthly payments are being deducted from my Visa without gaining any benefit.

Adult Friend Finder is a site specializing in matching people for brief sexual encounters. I am not a member of this site and never have been. I discovered through a friend of mine who is a member on the site that someone had put up a profile using my information (name, age, occupation, where I live, basic personality description). The impersonater was getting in touch with people over the site and, attached in the messages he/she sent, was sending photos of mine that they must have taken from where I had posted them elsewhere on the internet (perhaps a social networking site like MySpace). One of the photos was from an event that the friend who received the message had been at--she was in the original version of the photo (and had been cropped out). My friend thought it was odd and got in touch with me because, since she knows me, she knows I am not of the sexual orientation described.

In essence, the person was using details of myself as well as my photos to get in touch with other people on the site and had inadvertently emailed someone that I knew. I called Adult Friend Finder to report this and they essentially told me they could do nothing. I have heard that this company is notorious for this kind of thing--allowing fake profiles to be posted in exchange for money. If I am correct, they are essentially active participants in identity theft.

Having had my identity stolen like this, I feel violated. The further insult of the fact that the company will do nothing is further insulting. There may be other damages that I do not know of yet--perhaps if someone else I know saw the fake profile on that site.

I joined this web site which is for singles. So far, the email systm that is set up to email other members does not work. When it did, I began receiving spam mail without ever giving my email address out to another member. They have a thing called cupid settings which is supposed to match me with women who match my criteria, well, lets just say that the matches don't even come close to what I wrote. There are several supposedly different members who have the exact same profiles posted, word for word.I have written several complaints to their customer service department only to be patronized by being told that I must have logged onto the wrong site or whatever. My only request is that you look into this company as, based on my experience, they only take money from you, but do not provide the service for which you subscribed to. They then give away your email address. Or you are contacted by people directing you to another paysite.

I had joined their site which was free, and then I chose to upgrade it to a better membership..so like an idiot I pulled out my credit card and it worked for the first hour. Ever since then the username and passwords i paid $30 some odd dollars for is "invalid" Iemailed them a few times complaining it has been weeks anbd still no reply. I beleive them to be a fraudulent site!
