Exercise is great. It makes you look better, feel better and helps you lose weight, build muscle mass and prevent all kinds of diseases. But you only get the benefits if you actually do the exercise

But, all that being said, exercise is even more important than money. So if you find a good health club, don't begrudge them a few bucks a day. It's well worth it.
