As I have seen in previous reviews we cannot get Lifetime Solar to return phone calls or emails. We were told by our salesperson we would receive an app to monitor our solar panels, referral bonus, a credit to our electric company to offset any shortages in production and other items that have not happened. It seems they promise a lot and do not fulfill their promises. We have had our panels up since June - operational finally in September and still no app or other items promised.
We also had them installed on our lake house on approximately August 8th. It's November 9th and they are still not operational. Not only that but we have not had any communication with them since installation. I have no idea where we stand with it because no one - not the salesperson nor the customer support - will return calls. At this point I want them removed because I am tired of trying to get help. Other people I know that have solar panels have not had this much difficulty with their companies. Recommended them to my daughter who has some of the same issues with them. I regret getting her involved with them.

We had our solar system installed by Lifetime Solar in June 2025, and months later, it’s still not operational. In September, we learned that the installation was not completed according to the approved design plans, and no permit was ever posted or obtained, which is a serious legal and contractual issue. Since then, we’ve made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and text to get this resolved — no one responds. We’ve been more than patient, but the lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable.
We’ve now had to formally demand that Lifetime Solar correct the installation, secure the required permits and approvals, and make the system fully functional within 15 days, or we will pursue legal remedies including contract cancellation and damages. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Do not recommend unless you want to deal with unfinished work, missing permits, and zero customer support.
