I had a very disappointing experience. The delivery of the car I had already paid for kept getting delayed due to a turbo needing replacement. Whenever I called to check on the status, I was told I was “stressing out the mechanic” and was asked to stop calling, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After waiting for weeks and even making a payment on a car I didn’t yet have, I finally gave up and settled for a different vehicle that I didn’t want. Overall, the experience was stressful, poorly handled, and very disappointing. The owner now texts and harasses me, asking me to remove my review, I had to block his number.

My name is John and I recently purchased a vehicle cash outright barely two weeks ago. I was sold a car under false pretenses. They claimed this morning that this car has many recalls and they are now aware of this. Mind you that if you buy a car from an auction you investigate and fix up a car before you sell it. I drove the car only 20 miles before it broke down, First it was the batteries, fuse link, alternator and now it is recalls. I have asked for the car to either be fixed on their dime or give me my full refund back. I am beyond pissed now. I called last night at 5pm and they said I can pick it up today now he called me this morning claiming there is more recalls from the manufacturer that he was not aware until now.
I do not have a title for this car because they can not seem to come up with one. I have asked for a refund more than five times and the Owner has given me the run around. I am 69 years old and have been around a block or two. I have purchased many cars from this lot over years. I would even trade it for another car. The car is still under warranty. I drove down there this morning and my car is still sitting in the same spot for the past week behind the shop against the fence with another car behind it. If I do not receive my refund I will go retain a lawyer and sue OK Auto shop for emotional distress, selling a vehicle under false pretenses, misrepresentation and fraud. Old people beware of OK Auto Sales they will steal your money and screw you over.
