    When you buy and purchase a vehicle from you and it breaks down the next day, you need to have the utmost courtesy to that customer and help them out the best. I cannot speak for all the sales personnel there or the management, but I know that when you buy vehicle and it breaks down the same day and it’s too bad these are machines and we don’t have control of that. That’s what one of the sales members stated outside while he was smoking his cigarette. Everyone is going through some sort of difficulties. Life in itself is really tough financially and people are trying to do the best they can when you have attitudes like that. When you buy a car in the same day, you get it, it breaks down and the answer is their machine machines and we don’t have control of it. It’s ridiculous.

    We had a 5 star service visit today. We were greeted friendly. We took car out for a test drive, did in house financing. They were very professional and courteous. And we're out the door with a quality used car at a fair price in about 2 hours. Highly recommend!
