    Do not do business with this company. They completely blow you off and refuse to respond once they have your money. I have repeatedly reached out to get my issues resolved, but they completely ignore all of my messages and calls. Because of their deceptive practices, I have now escalated this by filing formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Attorney General. Buyers beware—if you have a problem after driving off the lot, you are on your own. They limit your choice of vehicle and take advantage of desperation with their predatory sales practices. BEWARE.

    I have had my car a year and 2 months. I haven't been late a single time. I DO NOT DO AUTO PAY. THEY put me on auto pay and refused to give me 1 day to make a payment. THEY took the money out of my account without my authorization.

      I bought a 2012 Subaru Outback back in January, first of all they didn't gave my any real paperwork except the "receipt" and payment schedule, not to mention that i'm paying $512.00 a month for a car that is almost 15 yrs. old, when the month of May came, I tried to test the air conditioner, NO AIR but hot air, I tried to put refrigerant thinking that that could be the issue and would be done with it, when i tried, I got smoke coming from the compressor...so much that I thought the engine was going to explode!!!, I called the dealership, that they tried to downplayed saying that back in January, before they gave me the keys they test everything including the A/C, and everything was "fine"....

      I mention about the possibility of a Leake on the compressor and the service manager said that that could be the issue, so I told him "Why you didn't check the compressor for that, given the fact that it is a 14 yr old car," and he said that, they don't do that, they downplayed everything, I have the A/C issue along with not able to open the driver side door from the outside, and a very rattling sound coming from the exhaust area....Do not even try to attempt these people, they are thieves and scammers, and all they do is sell you other people's problems. I am reporting this to the media and the State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit, they should be out of business... Do not trust ByRyder at all!!!!

      Scammers. Let’s cut a long story short - They don’t care about the customers. They sell lemons in a lemon law state. They are “fixing” cars with faulty parts. SCAMMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM BYRIDER. I AM OUT 17 THOUSAND DOLLARS AND A VEHICLE!

      I bought a SUV from them and three months later I am having problems. I take it in to their mechanic and they said that I needed a tuneup and my SUV was ok. Then, a week later the same issue came back. I took it to my mechanic and they told me I needed to take it to the dealership because it's electrical problem.. When I call J.D. Byrider back to tell the mechanic they just gave me the runaround.

      Absolutely under no circumstance go to JD Byrider. They are absolutely insane. Do not care about their customers or they only want money and they want it now. They are the worst company for customer service. The worst company for anything that has to do with a customer. They do not care about who you are. They do not care about your circumstances. They want money and they want it now. They will repo your car for being one day late regardless of your circumstance. Their finance company they have inside their car lot is a joke. We were four dollars still owing on a down payment that they scanned us out of and they wanted to repel the car. Do not go there, beware.

      Worst place ever. Would not even perform an oil change because they knew they left issues unfixed and my car was still under warranty. Worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing ANYTHING. I have only left one other review in my life, I’m 45 years old.

      I got a 2013 Chevy Equinox a couple of years ago. Not long after I drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I read the code and it was the Catholic Converter. 😂 Then I discovered the remote door locks wouldn't work. They wouldn't cover the work and the tech told me the problem was the LED bulb ls I put in. GTFOH

      They are fast at setting up payments. But they charge too much for these old vehicles. Then I've paid early every two weeks even when my payments were 400 every two weeks. Then off to regular payments and been early and cuss of Easter Sunday I wanted a 6 day extension and told me to come and park my vehicle. There mean and out to get you once you sign your life away.       Tony is your guy! When you go there. He makes the process very easy and he is a funny guy, he keeps you entertained. He's very helpful. He makes the process about you.
