    My heater went out for the second time in a year. I called Donnie. He got me right in at 2:00 and I had my car fixed by 5:00 p.m. The same day. Thank you for taking your time and fixing it and making sure that I had heat.

    My wife hit a deer and totaled our car, we had to do something very fast and get a new car. I reached Brent and he made the whole process work in less than 2 hours. We only had to put a reasonable down payment down, bring a couple letters of verification in and we were out the door driving away. I would recommend Brent at JD Byrider to anyone with less than perfect credit. Brent also got us very reasonable payments. Thanks a lot, Brent.

      I am semi-new to the Byrider car dealership, but I'm here to stay. I not only had a good experience, I would surely recommend them to family and friends. Tonya, who is the regional manager made my life easier. I needed a solution to be able to get my vehicle serviced. Tonya did just that. She allowed me to have the service fees added to the car payments. She called the service department for me (making sure that they expedited the process). Big thanks to goes to her! I am grateful for my experience with the company.

      Extremely kind and went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle! Thank you guys. I would recommend to anyone. Ms. ** was very shorthanded that day but she refused to quit and even stayed after hours until she got me in a vehicle. Awesome.

      I had a very enjoyable sale with Keegan. He was very personable and got me into a great car in about 3 hours. I drove home same day. They worked with me on a down payment. I feel I got a great deal for my money, especially with the warranty. This is my 3rd car that I bought from Byrider and I'd do it again.

      I've tried to get finance but $1,640 per month income wasn't enough and $1,500 down payment not enough. It has to be $2,000 down or more, so you wanna know what I did, I let those cars seat there, I guess money is flying everywhere.

      Listen to me, I personally knew the person who started J.D. Byrider many years ago. What it was then and what is now Is a big joke. I have applied for many positions at this company, have years of experience and for a company to deny me employment is sad. I know if the person who started this company was still alive, all I would have to do is give them a ring and they would have hired me in a heartbeat.

      Worst dealer ever, wife bought an 08 Ford Fusion and it was junk, wouldn't start in winter, and they wouldn't come get it to find the problem, body was patched up with aluminum tape and painted over, front suspension was so far out of alignment it wore tires out after 4000 miles, had to take it to local ford dealer cost me $800.00 for an all wheel alignment, oil sending unit was bad, had low oil pressure, avoid this dealer if at all possible.

      The Davenport Iowa service manager is a bully and disrespectful. She talks to employees like they are less that. No respect whatsoever. In front of customers. They don’t replace parts, they ghetto rig them up by drilling holes in the broken parts to “fix” it. Place is a joke and the dyke service manager Chris needs to learn how to communicate professionally The fact a bully is running that place says it all.
