    Do not trust this company! I purchased a 2018 GMC Yukon from Naryan Auto Group on 1/4/25. At the time of the purchase the dealership stated that all systems passed inspection. Less than 3 months later the transmission began hard shifting. I took the vehicle into a local GMC dealership for the transmission fluid to be exchanged. During that service it was noted that the thermostat had a code, I had the dealership replace the thermostat. Less than a month alter the transmission failed. It is currently into Aamco in Dover, DE for replacement. During their teardown and inspection, it was found that the transmission had significant damage, and the cooling system was packed with metal shards. It was also found that the radiator was not working causing issues with the engine.

    I have attempted to contact the dealership 3x to discuss the need for them to support the vehicle they sold. The GM and Owner have both refused to get on the phone or call me back. To compound the issue, they sold me an aftermarket warranty that covers all major systems. The warranty company they sell will only ship a degraded replacement to Naryan to replace, even though they sold the warranty as "take the car to any location in the country". I am looking for Naryan to cover the balance of the repairs at $4200.
