I was very patient with the service dept on the time this has taken but after being told the car is ready for pick up, I get there and without even making it off the lot more service lights came up. They’ve had the car for over 3 weeks and I've gotten nothing but a run around on what’s being done. Initially I was informed it was a fuse block, a week later it's wiring harnesses, another week later they have to rewire a harness, and now after being told it’s fixed, it has a transfer case issue and needs to go to Jeep. I’m extremely frustrated with this process. I believe they caused bigger issues attempting to rewire work. I don’t even feel safe with this vehicle. The amount of issues the mechanics have told me that are wrong with these models auto lenders should be ashamed to even be selling them on the lot. Now I’m without a vehicle and have to cover my own rental
