We purchased a van here in 2021 for about $40,000, and it has been nothing but problems. During the warranty period, we had major repairs including a full engine replacement, radiator, and alternator, plus multiple service visits. Despite all of that, the issues were never properly fixed. Now that the warranty has expired, the van has a blown head gasket and is not drivable. We still owe about $8,175 on it. This has caused significant financial stress, and we feel the vehicle was never properly repaired. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this dealership.

I’ve been a returning customer to auto lenders but after my recent experience I will not purchase another vehicle. I do not believe they perform the inspections on these vehicles they claim. I looked at multiple Jeep Grand Cherokee Ls on the lot. Each one had an issue such as low oil, no wiper fluid, burning smell, etc. The one I purchased had to be returned for new brakes/rotors. Now After only 5 months of owning it the car died and had to go back to auto lenders for service due to water leaks and electrical issues. The vehicle has been down for over 20 days.
I was very patient with the service dept on the time this has taken but after being told the car is ready for pick up, I get there and without even making it off the lot more service lights came up. They’ve had the car for over 3 weeks and I've gotten nothing but a run around on what’s being done. Initially I was informed it was a fuse block, a week later it's wiring harnesses, another week later they have to rewire a harness, and now after being told it’s fixed, it has a transfer case issue and needs to go to Jeep. I’m extremely frustrated with this process. I believe they caused bigger issues attempting to rewire work. I don’t even feel safe with this vehicle. The amount of issues the mechanics have told me that are wrong with these models auto lenders should be ashamed to even be selling them on the lot. Now I’m without a vehicle and have to cover my own rental
