    They lied to me about how much they sold a car I financed through them. I had the car for 2 years, perfect payment history but then came a hardship so I called them to return the car because I could no longer afford it. They sent a letter stating that the 2013 GMC Acadia SLT was sold for $1000. Went to car lot to find out they are selling it for more than 10 thousand. Watch out. This place will scam you.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at DRIVE NOW INC-WICHITA. After my vehicle was repossessed, I was informed of the amount I needed to pay to redeem it, which I promptly paid in full as agreed. However, despite fulfilling these obligations, the dealership has repeatedly delayed returning my car, citing vague reasons such as mileage and needing "more time" without providing a clear answer as to when I can get my vehicle back.

    I have asked multiple times if there is anything else I need to do or pay, but no clear response has been given. It's been 6 days since I met their redemption requirements, and they are still withholding my vehicle. This has caused significant hardship, including preventing me from working, as my car is essential for my livelihood. To me, this reflects poor customer service and potentially unethical business practices. When customers meet the terms of their agreement, a business should promptly fulfill its own obligations. This experience has only left me frustrated, financially impacted, and without a resolution in sight. I urge management to prioritize returning vehicles to customers who have met their contractual obligations and to communicate more clearly to avoid future situations like this. I hope to see better accountability from this business moving forward.
