Autowest I DO NOT recommend & I shouldn't have wasted my time with them; they are designed to mess people over. ‘Over pricing vehicles that’s not worth the value but they knew what they were doing. ‘Literally lied about everything.’ I dealt with Marty but his conversation got shorter after he knew he did BS & never looked my way after even when I would go in so then I dealt with Dean and he lied about upgrading car as well after 3 months then goes to say I can trade it in anywhere after they added extras on to the vehicle plus it already being overpriced past its value trying to make it hard to trade in. Learned DO not go to them. Go somewhere else.

This is a terrible car lot. I wouldn't recommend anybody buy a car there. I bought a car almost 4 months ago. Had problems with it on the way home. Called them the very next day. They said they would get it in to look at it and took them 3 weeks and when I brought it in, he said he ordered the parts and he would call me when he got them in 3 weeks went by with no phone call. Then I called him and he said he would check and see what's going on with the part and didn't call me back for two more weeks.
After that then they had me coming to look at it again to see if my warranty that I paid $2,000 for would cover it. Had to take the day off of work and when I went in there somebody stole my cordless drill out of the back of my car. 3 weeks went by, almost a month, with no answer about the warranty. Finally got a hold of them and they wanted me to come in to see and take pictures to see what my $2,000 warranty would cover. When I already did that once before, there's multiple problems with this car, is not safe to drive and they have done absolutely nothing at all to help or try to fix the car. I can't wait to call the attorney general and my lawyer, they will be giving me all of my money back, and then some. These people are crooked, that's why the lot they had in Grand Rapids is closed down. I would not buy a car from them, beware.
