Oct. 2024, I purchased a vehicle w/ Auto Success. I expressed my desperation in needing a vehicle & I left w/ a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. Before my purchase I asked about a noise I heard coming from the vehicle & Miller told me they will fix the issue w/in the time my warranty kicked in. I later returned 2 weeks later to talk about the noise. Again asked by Miller to wait for the warranty. They later serviced the timing chain in my vehicle but ask me to relate a different time frame w/ the warranty. So the vehicle would be covered. I did so being that so far they were being helpful & what I thought was looking out for me. A little over a year goes by & my car broke down. I took it to Nissan & they reported the mechanical issues was the timing chain. So I went back to Auto Success. Got the warranty.
When Nissan called my warranty they denied covering my expenses for the car cause my mileage no longer matched from when I had purchased the car. It had mysteriously went back 10,000. I called Auto Success & spoke to Miller regarding this issue. He later reported to me that there's nothing they could do, someone on my end probably messed w/ the mileage. He advised me to voluntarily repo my car. Not to pay Nissan for any services & he will get me into another car. Mar. 22 he said the only car he can finance me in was a 2004/2005 Toyota Camry. That he wouldn't put me into a car that he didn't strongly believe was best for me. He considered me a friend & for me to trust him. So I Put a little over $2000 down & left.
Shortly after I returned so he can put in a replacement part for the back light he had purchased for the vehicle. I asked about a leak I had noticed on the motor. He seemed to fix the issue. Apr. 18 my car started smoking. The gauge did not raise so I pulled over down the street from a Auto shop put coolant. Reached out to him & his shop. Never got a response. April 26 my car left me stranded. Miller said car needs a engine & it was my fault. I am now w/out a car.
