Take your business elsewhere! Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Listen to the previous 1 star review. This staff, it seems, doesn’t even want to sell you a car. They also get annoyed if you don’t make an appointment. You’re better off anywhere else.

I went to Auto Hub in Commerce City and had a good experience with Alphonso, Phil, and the staff. They were attentive and took their time to make sure that everything was explained and understood. They have a decent inventory of vehicles, and I was surprised that they had a showroom inside the building for the size of the dealership.

Buyers beware. If you are a veteran and using USAA or Navy Federal as your financial institution, just be forewarned. This dealership will bad mouth USAA and Navy Federal, which in turn bad mouths veterans. This company has a person that works for them who claims to have been in the car sales industry for 38 years. He acts as though his crap does not stink. He will be rude to women, if they raise questions about their so-called policies. If you post a review that they do not like, they will attempt to blackmail you to remove the post and have you say something coerced that will make the company seem appealing to others. Truth is, this is not a good company to purchase vehicles from. Move on to the next because this place is a waste of time.
