We were first introduced to the company by Silvio, the area rep. He was very knowledgeable about the company and he gave us a lot of information about solar. The install was done in a week or less after our initial meeting. All the permits were handled by the company so we could sit back and not worry about anything. The install was professional and tidy. We can't wait to start saving on our electric bill. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently had solar panels installed by SunVena, and we are very happy with the experience. A special thank you to our solar expert, Carlos **, who guided us through the entire process and made everything easy to understand. The whole team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The installation went smoothly, and they completed the work with very little disruption to our daily routine. What impressed us the most was how clean and organized they were. Once the installation was finished, they cleaned everything up and left the area looking great. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Carlos was always available to answer our questions and keep us informed. Overall, it was an stress-free experience, and we highly recommend SunVena and Carlos ** to anyone considering solar for their home. Thank you for a job well done!

I decided to go with Sun Vena because of the information provided and the fact that the product is built in the United States. There's a great turnaround time (2 days). There is back up storage to run the house, it does not necessarily require a generator because it has its own backup. The point of contact and the installers kept me very well informed. Our transition to solar was seamless. They offered a good lease, and they will repair the roof at no cost to me for the duration of the lease.

Excellent customer service. The sales rep Jason ** and Wolfgang were very diligently while doing the sale, during the installation day and after the installation was completed. Installation team was great and completed the job promptly. Suggestion: Be more specific and what to expect on installation day prior to the installation date. Better explain the documents left outside for when the inspectors come. Other than that the experience was great and I will recommend it to other neighbors.

Just got my solar panels installed and the entire process from beginning to end went so smoothly. Brandon ** was my representative and he made sure I had nothing to stress about. Brandon answered every single question I had. I initially did not commit and kept telling him to come back in a month, like 3 times before I decided to go with SunVena. Brandon was patient and very professional. He’s extremely knowledgeable and also helped me get a great deal with paying off my home water filtration system. He made sure my solar project would support all my electrical needs, including my pool. I couldn’t have asked for a better rep to do my sale with. I know I can always reach out to him for any future questions, and he will always be ready and happy to help. SunVena installed my solar panels so quick literally in like 3, maybe 4 hours. They handled all my HOA needs and I literally did not need to lift a finger.

We have had an excellent experience SunVena. From the representative (Clyde) who was very knowledgeable, patient and experienced to the installers. SunVena kept us apprised every step of the way with ample appointment reminders. Their app is user friendly and although our project is "complete" we still have their support. We are very happy with our decision to partner with SunVena and would highly recommend them.

Sunvena works with you from start to finish. They will help you through any problems that might arise. I definitely give them 5 stars.

So far it's good service, no problems so far, installers were clean and timely, representative was communicative.

The installers did an excellent job, there were about 3 trucks and 3-4 guys. They cleaned up after themselves, and the system seems to be working well.
