I had an am having a great experience with SunVena. Not only was the sale and the install effortless on my part, the people at SunVena are amazing and so helpful. My sales representative (Silvio **) made me feel very comfortable about making this very big decision. He was extremely polite, friendly and professional but what really sets him apart was how informative he is about this product, the installation process, the permits and every other aspect about the solar industry as a whole. I was very sceptical about solar systems but he made this decision a no brainer and I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for that. If it was not for Silvio I would not be a customer right now. Thank you SunVena for a great product and a wonderful experience.

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Carlos ** was an outstanding sales representative—friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The installation team was equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and remained professional and respectful throughout the installation. Their attention to detail and quality of work were excellent, and they made sure everything was clean and organized before leaving. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and final result and would gladly recommend Carlos ** and the installation team to others!

SunVena has provided excellent service! I am very happy with the results so far especially with two minor power outages. All the neighbors were without power except us because of the solar batteries. The installation crew were very professional and clean. Overall, the service and treatment has been great! My only concern is that the two Powerwall batteries I have do not last all night and I may be considering adding one more batterie and an 2 to 5 additional solar panels. Thank you for the excellent service!

Kevin was great, was able to get me pre approved and explained everything. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installer were on time and got their work completed in a timely manner. The electrician was excellent. He explained what her was doing and gave me an estimate time to complete the work. He explained what the next steps were. In all it was a great experience.

Sunvena was very easy to work with and the professionalism was top-tier. From the beginning, the communication was very smooth and clear, all questions were answered and they made sure to provide guidance from beginning to end of what the process would be like. In addition, the installation went very smoothly, the installer was very polite and professional as well. I appreciate the quick responses whenever I reached out to my rep, Martin and I also appreciated that Sunvena was very involved in every part of the process and was very hands-on.

I will say I am completely satisfied with the company, they are clear and transparent in what they offer. The service is great, the personnel is awesome because they always tell you the truth and hide nothing from you. I highly recommend SunVena; switching to solar actually saves you money.

SunVena was been great to work with! Kevin ** was our sales rep and gave us great detail into the solar panels and how they work with our energy bill decreasing. The install only took a few hours and our house has been great ever since.

Regarding efficiency, SunVena does a great job. The solar panels are effectively reducing the bill and covering the house's energy needs. I would recommend solar to others because the monthly payment is fixed and doesn't fluctuate. HVAC installs went great, it's small and quiet—you cannot tell it's turned on. The installers were very polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Customer service could use some work regarding follow-ups.
