Just got my solar panels installed and the entire process from beginning to end went so smoothly. Brandon ** was my representative and he made sure I had nothing to stress about. Brandon answered every single question I had. I initially did not commit and kept telling him to come back in a month, like 3 times before I decided to go with SunVena. Brandon was patient and very professional. He’s extremely knowledgeable and also helped me get a great deal with paying off my home water filtration system. He made sure my solar project would support all my electrical needs, including my pool. I couldn’t have asked for a better rep to do my sale with. I know I can always reach out to him for any future questions, and he will always be ready and happy to help. SunVena installed my solar panels so quick literally in like 3, maybe 4 hours. They handled all my HOA needs and I literally did not need to lift a finger.

The entire experience, from installation to the information provided was exceptionally efficient and seamless. It was one of the fastest and most straightforward processes I have ever been part of. Nick was an outstanding salesperson who addressed all of my questions, both current and anticipated, promptly and thoroughly. The installation was completed in less than a day and proceeded smoothly without any issues. I would confidently recommend SunVena to anyone who asks; this has been one of the best investments I have made in my family’s future.

I have had a great experience with SunVena overall. Martin Alban (sales rep) is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and was super helpful throughout the whole process. What impressed me the most with SunVena was the speed. They moved very quickly with everything and my system is generating energy as of today, a whole month ahead of the 12/31 deadline for the tax credit. Out of all the solar companies, SunVena was the only one that provided an installation guarantee by 12/31 and the pricing was very competitive compared to others, with a much better warranty (including production). The installers also did a great job and everything looks very clean. I highly recommend SunVena to anyone interested in a solar system!

SunVena was amazing! Brian ** assembled the quotes for both a Tesla Tile Roof and a PV panel option within 2 days (the tesla roof planning is quite intensive, but it was not the most cost-effective choice). The PV install was so much more economical for me. I ended up installing a new standing seam metal roof and then SunVena finished the PV panel install. Pricing was very competitive. Install on the metal roof was flawless! No roof penetrations needed as the panel attached to the metal seams of the roof with clips. The planning process was very thorough, installation took 2 days (59 panels, 3 inverters and the appropriate switch gear). They even plan to be on site when the county inspector came for final inspection to verify the install. From pricing, to payment, to planning and finally installation....I could not be happier.

After 2 years with SunVena Solar, I’ve never had any issues with my electric bills. I’ve always paid exactly what was promised in the contract. My representative, Wolfgang **, was always in constant communication with me, and the installation process was wonderful. After these 2 years, I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Right now, electric bills are going up a lot (especially in the summer), and I only pay $100 for solar and $35 for the Duke connection. It couldn’t be better.

Everyone was amazing! The process went faster than expected. Only waiting for Duke to approve so I can get a cheaper bill.

Kevin ** with SunVena was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and informative. Additionally, he and the SunVena team have been communicative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend that anyone that is even remotely interested in solar, at least sit down with one of their reps, to gather more information. I will also keep them in mind for any other work on their other products as well.

Excellent customer service. The sales rep Jason ** and Wolfgang were very diligently while doing the sale, during the installation day and after the installation was completed. Installation team was great and completed the job promptly. Suggestion: Be more specific and what to expect on installation day prior to the installation date. Better explain the documents left outside for when the inspectors come. Other than that the experience was great and I will recommend it to other neighbors.

We liked the idea to have solar with Sunvena, Manny was professional, informative and knowledgeable, he had a very good communication with us. The team performed well and we had no problems. We are very excited to be turned on to save some money!!

I heard about Sunvena because they came to the neighborhood and Luis was very professional and knowledgeable, the experience with the team was great. I am still waiting for TECO to give the green light for my system to be turned on!
