The installers' team were fantastic. Very friendly. It was a hot day and they still worked through it without really taking many breaks and they love the Popsicles. I gave him and were very appreciative of it.

Highly recommend SunVena for your solar needs! Parker was very responsive and professional throughout the entire experience. Installation was very quick, and the team cleaned up everything, leaving nothing behind. They handled all the permits and HOA requirements leaving me with nothing!

Everything from start with saleman to install with crew went exactly as we were told. The only thing that was slow was FPL installing the bi-directional meter, which we are still waiting for. Very happy with the results.

The install was done in a week or less after our initial meeting. All the permits were handled by the company so we could sit back and not worry about anything. The install was professional and tidy. The installation went smoothly, and they completed the work with very little disruption to our daily routine. What impressed us the most was how clean and organized they were. Once the installation was finished, they cleaned everything up and left the area looking great. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Carlos was always available to answer our questions and keep us informed. I decided to go with Sun Vena because of the information provided and the fact that the product is built in the United States. There's a great turnaround time (2 days). There is back up storage to run the house, it does not necessarily require a generator because it has its own backup. The point of contact and the installers kept me very well informed. Our transition to solar was seamless. They offered a good lease, and they will repair the roof at no cost to me for the duration of the lease.

Sunvena works with you from start to finish. They will help you through any problems that might arise. I definitely give them 5 stars.

So far it's good service, no problems so far, installers were clean and timely, representative was communicative.

The installers did an excellent job, there were about 3 trucks and 3-4 guys. They cleaned up after themselves, and the system seems to be working well.

Was very apprehensive to get solar, because all the bad publicity/reviews, however, I decided to go with Sunvena and Palmetto Solar. As they offer installation and everything else with nothing out of pocket expenses, and the excellent installation, continue communications with us to let us know where our project was... I would recommend Sunvena and or Palmetto solar.
