SunVena has provided excellent service! I am very happy with the results so far especially with two minor power outages. All the neighbors were without power except us because of the solar batteries. The installation crew were very professional and clean. Overall, the service and treatment has been great! My only concern is that the two Powerwall batteries I have do not last all night and I may be considering adding one more batterie and an 2 to 5 additional solar panels. Regarding efficiency, SunVena does a great job. The solar panels are effectively reducing the bill and covering the house's energy needs. I would recommend solar to others because the monthly payment is fixed and doesn't fluctuate. HVAC installs went great, it's small and quiet—you cannot tell it's turned on. The installers were very polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Customer service could use some work regarding follow-ups.

Kevin was great, was able to get me pre approved and explained everything. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installer were on time and got their work completed in a timely manner. The electrician was excellent. He explained what her was doing and gave me an estimate time to complete the work. He explained what the next steps were. In all it was a great experience.

I decided to go with Sun Vena because of the information provided and the fact that the product is built in the United States. There's a great turnaround time (2 days). There is back up storage to run the house, it does not necessarily require a generator because it has its own backup. The point of contact and the installers kept me very well informed. Our transition to solar was seamless. They offered a good lease, and they will repair the roof at no cost to me for the duration of the lease.

Sunvena works with you from start to finish. They will help you through any problems that might arise. I definitely give them 5 stars.
