Stay away from G3 Solar. They are the worst. Took almost a year to install my system and now I am having leaks in my roof from under the Solar cells causing mold on my ceiling. They will not return my phone calls too for warranty service.

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Almost two years ago we signed up with them. Promises were made and broken. I have not been able to get anyone back to our house to finish the install. It has been a year. Emails and messages are left unanswered. It has been an awful experience and the worst part is we are paying for a system that is not operating as it should. It has honestly been the worst financial decision we have ever made. My advice, Stay away from G3 Solar. They are a terrible company. The only reason they get one star is because that is my only option. I wish they had a negative star option.

Where do I even begin with the monumental failure that is G3 Solar? If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with them has been a two-year saga of incompetence, broken promises, and outright abandonment, leaving me with a faulty solar system and a mountain of frustration. From day one, half of my solar panels have failed to consistently generate energy. You'd think a company specializing in solar would ensure their installations actually work, but apparently, that's too much to ask of G3 Solar. What followed was a glacial pace of "resolutions." For two years since the installation, I've been subjected to their agonizingly slow process of doing "small thing after small thing," none of which ever truly addressed the core problem.
