ZERO. No call backs. They never answer the phone. I’ve been calling for weeks and no call back. Last year after more than 6 MONTHS of wait for a part they hit me up for a charge saying if I did not get this app with a service hookup to LET THEM KNOW when my system is down, that I will void my warranty. Well here I am again. Calling and calling and calling. My App and system show a fault and NO ONE is responding. I am calling every single day leaving messages and nothing. Can SOMEONE help me?!!!

Company is difficult to work with when I bought my panels, I was told service was free and everything was covered by the warranty. First 2 years panels didn't function properly and they kept saying they were fine. They finally fixed it and things were going ok. Then the outlet blew and the inverter started showing a code and not functioning. Now they insist on a non refundable service fee before they will even come out and diagnose it, even though the warranty clearly says they are reimbursed by the manufacturer. And they told me when they sold it to me everything was covered.
I finally caved and paid the service fee since I have now lost over $1200 in electric bills. That was early September. They have not come out to diagnose my inverter, and refuse to answer the phone. I have hired a mediator to help resolve the issue but they are not even answering their phones. I will now be filing a lawsuit to recover my lost charges from their failure to conduct reasonable business practices.
