It has declined so much since I first dealt with them. I have 2 systems with them, and I presented a concern/issue that I wanted to get looked at, also they have not finished the work it was promised, and I have sent several emails and still being ignored. They only think about the money, once the finance goes through, they forget about you. Don't use them.

Walk Away, Do Not Hire - Affordable Solar Roof and Air Co. (ASRA). ASRA is the most disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional company I’ve ever engaged in business with. One of my panels has not worked since the day of installation. I have contacted ASRA repeatedly to get it repaired or replaced, but I've been met with nothing but false promises. They were responsive and professional right up until the day they installed the panels, and now they've completely disregarded me as a customer. I feel used and taken advantage of. I have an open ticket on their website, but there's been no confirmation that they're actually working on my issue. It's been weeks of trying to get in touch with someone, anyone, to no avail. It seems they are only interested in getting your money, and once they have it, you're on your own. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.

The management of Affordable Solar Roof and Air has dispatched technicians to install the CT meter, and the system is now functioning perfectly. They have been great from the beginning and taking responsibility to fix this issue is highly appreciated.

Scammers. System produces 48% of what they told me it would. They employed a combination of misleading sales tactics and outright lies/fraud. I have been reaching out and calling them for a year asking them to give me what I paid for and they continually ignore me or tell me they are working on it.
