In the Rocklin location, it's very clean and organized. They always have everything I need in stock. They also have great customer service.

Sturgeon Bay location is always clean, orderly, and friendly. Pricing is the best. No matter when I go in, the staff is great.

I have been a customer of the Dollar Tree store for over 15 years plus. It takes me back to when the prices were 99 cents per an item. Today, the prices are up but not much at all. The increase in the prices is worth every penny today. Dollar Tree store is always my first stop for everything I need. I love this store, especially the store on South Tryon Street & Sandy Porter. The staff are incredible, always right there to help, courtesy, caring and so much more. This store is always stock with merchandises. This store is always always busy and I love seeing that. At this location, the managers, cashiers and stockers are great. I always see them working very hard to make sure this store is clean; the shelves are stock so the customers like me can find what we need. I look forward to shopping at this store for many many more years to come.

Dollar Tree Rosedale is the ** store of the strip mall. Manager is rude and staff never acknowledges your presence or says thank you. Staff is friendly to ** but that is as far as it goes. Stopped going to this location when new manager took over. Store needs to be cleaned from top to bottom.

Please order an extra Helium tank....I buy balloons there often....many times a Clerk will say "we are out of Helium". I understand Valentines Day...Graduations...and Major Holidays running out....two times I was told they were out....I open the valve on the tank...and gauge showed plenty....I know they are under staffed and their may be 20 guests in checkout line....but my purchase is important too....please try to remedy this Easy Fix...Thank you for Listening...

Corporate is worried about employees saving hotwheels for people when 7 of Joe's district stores have their very own employees going thru all the hotwheel boxes. We never have a chance at anything good. All the good stuff is gone

On Father’s Day my girls wanted to get daddy some Father’s Day balloons. They had none. Then they had 1. Cashier lady name idella she was so sweet but the lines were ridiculous. She had a great attitude. She was all alone. Working. I asked, "Why didn't you call the gm to come help or send help." I was told they are off today. Oh well I’m sorry but Dollar tree upgrade and treat your customers as welcome customers. Waiting in line is not acceptable. I mean 10 people waiting to give you our money and the line growing by the minute. That’s unacceptable.

Complete invasion of privacy whilst using debit card. Facial recognition software kept on rolling. Creepy as hell. Why are we being treated like we live in China, not the USA.

I just had a rude encounter with the Manager Jasmine ** here at the Statesville Nc store! Jasmine ** was very rude and dismissive! And had the audacity to say that my question and concern about me not being given my proper change back was “STUPID!” Jasmine ** was loud and even walked off while I was asking for more clarity of them not having enough change in their registers!!!!! This was not acceptable!!!!! As a prior GM….. she needs retraining and to be disciplined!

If I could give it less I would. The employee working the register was rude. As soon as we walked in the door and acted as if we should leave right then and there because they were only open four more minutes and he wanted to throw attitude and then to top it off I asked about an item that I was looking for and the manager looked me dead in the face and couldn’t give me an answer or even offer to see. Altogether not friendly service.

While visiting the Eastbay Store on University Avenue in Provo Utah, I was appalled and outraged at the manager behavior. She was name calling her employees, throwing things, tipping over stacks of baskets and then, mire demeaning name calling and yelling at her employees. It was straight up abusive, unprofessional and out of control. I should have called the police. I have clients who work for this company. I will sue the hell out of them if my client EVER reports this behavior. Since witnessing it myself, I will head straight to the courthouse and ask questions later. What an incredibly sorry excuse for management.

Terrible customer service, the check out lady was terrible.

I had a particular product I wanted and showed available. I also live over 1/2 hour from store. I called and they stated they showed 40 in stock. The next day, less than 10 hours later I arrived at store to find one item. 3 in store employees could not help me by finding the item or offering any other options for me. Very disappointed with the situation, that I thought I had done what I should have to ensure a pleasant purchase.

Dollar Tree has become a total dump. Walked in today and could barely move down the aisles with all of these being blocked by boxes and stacks of cardboard. Looked like I walked into an actual dump. There was one guy who had his buggy stacked full of junk, and he was at the head of checkout, with 4 others in front of me. Stood there for the longest time, while one clerk was actually working. Saw two others sitting in the office. Finally, just pushed my cart to the side and left. Dollar Tree, pay your employees a decent wage so they might at least appear interested in providing some customer service.

I bought almost $50 of merchandise today. I wanted to but 2 cans of chicken in water that were PLAINLY priced for $1.25. The cans of chicken scanned at $1.50 each! The cashier and another front end REFUSED to give me the cans of chicken for the $1.25 each!!!! I REFUSED to buy them!! This is BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES and Illegal!!! It's price FRAUD and price GOUGING!! If this is how they want to operate then I would not be surprised if all of the DOLLAR TREE STORES GO OUT OF BUSINESS! THE CASHIER and another front end associate were not welcoming to anyone coming in to shop and the store was so cluttered with freight that it was almost impossible to shop!!

This store is known as "dollar" tree, a "discount store" is very misleading a is a SCAM!!!! Their prices are NOT a dollar first and second the most of the items are cheaper at Meijer and higher quality. Their Ritz bits 7.5 oz box $4.00 and at Meijer 8.8 oz box $4.19! The few pieces of candy in a bag are not worth getting for Easter...Just go to Walmart its cheaper in the long run. Their products are cheap and break so fast sometimes before you can get them unpacked. I will not be going back to "(NOT) Dollar tree again Believe me it's cheaper in the regular stores. I spent $68.00 and am sitting here looking at this stuff regretting it SMH.

Rude and uninformed or lazy staff not willing to help customers. Actually zero customer service service skills. Ask them a question and they say they don’t carry the product. Nobody cares. Shame on you.

Julian in the ashe and ming location bakerfield ca. Please educate yourself before giving answers. If you're gonna work in customer service learn the details of your job. Your manager can do better as well, the way you spoke to me made my blood boil. I hope you don't speak to your team in the same way. If you do I see why you have to have new uneducated people working your registers. Do better.

The Dollar Tree in Rockwood, MI on Fort Rd. is the BEST Dollar Tree I have ever seen. Shelves are fully stocked with great merchandise. The entire store was incredibly clean. They have men's and ladies' restrooms for customers. The restrooms were also incredibly clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. I have never left a review for a Dollar Tree store before but this one deserves it. A++++

The Dollar Tree on 1000 N Midkiff Midland TX store# 3127 the assistant manager very unprofessional and she doesn’t know how to keep her comments to herself and will fight with customers just like she did with me. She got on to the cashier saying, "We can’t be taking $20 bills due to not having money" and I told her, "How are you expected to run a business without money?" And she said, "You can use a card" and I said, "Not everyone uses or has a card." Then she had told me, "If you don’t like it you can go shop somewhere else." I find that very disrespectful towards me and the company. She is supposed to be representing Dollar Tree by boosting sales and selling products not asking customers to go to another store if they don’t have cards to pay with.

Nice employees. Morning cashier on Thursday's Very nice and good customer service. I don't think I ever had any negative issues here. Different from other stores. Went to Walmart other day. Their customer service is horrible. They don't greet you or look to even acknowledge you're present. Dollar Tree at Mills Mall should be recognized for the friendly environment.

This is specifically for store #5458 in Havre MT. DO NOT SHOP HERE especially if Native American or other non ** race, you will be followed while shopping, and my wife and I were kicked out on the same trip for separate "offenses. My wife was screamed at for putting a shopping cart away and spoke her mind without cussing and was kicked out for being "rude" I was kicked out for telling a ** man who had nothing to do with the situation telling my wife to get the ** out of the store, to leave her alone she's my wife, I was then yelled at by the manager to leave, I asked what did I do, and the Manger screamed at me to leave again. The ** man who actually did any cussing and was threatening, did not get kicked out, so race was a factor in this situation.

I went to Dollar Tree at 901 south 10th building 100, McAllen, TX 78501. On Monday January 19th around 2 pm. I stopped to use the bathroom. As I was going I seen 2 boxes of Hot Wheels. So I asked ** if he could get and stock. He headed that way when ** the manager yelled him to stop. He went back to her and she told him they could not go out until the truck was done.. So I asked can I come back later she stated they would not be stocked until tomorrow, then she goes and says maybe after 4 pm if truck was done.

I found 25 cents previously items items that went to a penny and at register manager took away from me. I explained that on Monday an email went out to stores that 25 cent items not pulled off shelves could be sold for a penny but she was rude and said no. These items were being purchased for a fundraiser to help someone with medical expenses. Very disappointed.

I tried to return an item that was purchased right before Christmas. I have the receipt. Item was intact and I only was going to get 50% off even though I have the receipt for the full amount that I paid and I was on the gap of 30 days.

Went to purchase coffee cups at 267 Robert C Daniel location. Barrett’s the cashier got mad with me because I asked her to separate the cups so they wouldn’t break. She refused to hand me the cups afterwards, I had reach over and pack them myself. Will not visit this location again.

It makes no sense to have one cashier when you have the Manager standing round doing nothing. 15 people in line and that's all the time. Poor management at its best, need to do some hiring and get people who care about other people's time

Just went inside at store number 3062 490 Lincoln St Worcester MA at about 5:11pm to buy a few things like drinks, and snacks. As I was doing the line when my turn came, the cashier the name on the receipt was hard to read, **. She addressed me asking if I'm ready to pay, which I said yes and I also told her that I'd look Ike to have my own space finish my transaction without anyone else putting their stuff on the counter til I was done paying. Her response was that the line was long. So what? They could wait just like I did.

If it’s Poughkeepsie we’re talking about here but even I’m surprised at what I encountered at the Burnett Blvd store 2 days ago. Terrible! This Dollar Tree Store is always crowded and in a constant state of crowded disarray and off of stock of many things. Their managers are questionable on many things and to add to that on whom they hire. I just saw a younger female employee under the influence of something talking erratic, loud, and too much while her eyes were rolling to the side as she must’ve apologized to me 10 times as she’s talking about a child she has and of her baby daddy as she was ringing me up! What in the world is going on here?!

Great store, helping people get what they need, helping my wife get her job back, thank you. I recommend shopping good prices for all kinds of stuff that you might not find anywhere else. Awesome people. Help you find whatever you need, just all around outgoing, polite people, always going above and beyond their job to help everyone find what they need. Thank you for all your help. Such a scam. Nothing is priced and then when you get to the register it's all 7 and up. Need to mark prices better since everything isn't a dollar anymore. Stopped going as much when they raised the prices. Now I won't be back. Dollar items for 7 bucks is ridiculous.

We went in trying to get some office supplies and some soda, we found everything ok. When we got to the registers there was two kids in front trying to buy two sodas, they were short by a .59, instead of being courteous and being patient with the kids trying to find .60 cents the cashier Shannon started to laugh at them and proceeded to talk down to them about the change. When it was our time to check out we put our stuff on the counter we mentioned that we might not have enough on the one card that we planned on using and might haft to use 2 cards. She proceeded to tell us that if we didn't have enough she couldn't void anything and that if we were sure that we could purchase everything on one card because she doesn't do split payments.

Nothing about a store is more irritating than when they close early. Too late to go elsewhere now. Only needed a flashlight but need it now. Saw employees leave office before 10 so you know they closed really early to count down register and still leave 5 minutes before advertised. You suck! 11/12/25.

Dollar Tree sucks. Their prices keep rising by the week. Inventory is decreasing by the day. They are asking to be put out of business. Soon, they will go the way of Sears, Toys R Us, and Payless shoes. What's in it for the consumer? Quality was never high, but prices were low. Now, I will go to Aldi and Marc's instead. At least, they have meat, fruit, and vegetables. I would make a trip to Walmart and Target if I wasn't boycotting them right now.

Inconsistent prices for the junk they are selling. Nasty and unorganized stores and shelves. Rude employees and managers that don't seem to care about their customers. When your prices were a dollar it was worth it but now everything is cheaper at Walmart..I won't be coming back to Dollar Tree and I plan to warn everyone I know as well. High prices for low quality will put you out of business very fast

I visited the Dollar Tree at 956 Bragg Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407 on 10/14/25 to exchange 7 items. I had my receipt for 3 out of the 7 items. I was told I could not exchange without a receipt by ** the supervisor/manager on duty. I gathered 9 items to exchange so I was buying more than what I was exchanging and was told by ** that the store manager of this location does not allow exchanges without a receipt. I stated the Dollar Tree website states you can exchange without a receipt and she informed me that their store manager does not follow that and they don’t know what the website states.

I understand that prices are going up everywhere not just the Dollar Tree, but I think it is ridiculous that your stores do not honor the price on the sticker and the display box, for said item, is also marked with the same price, no red sticker covering either price. This is the second time in the last two weeks that this has occurred when I have shopped at the Indianapolis, In. stores. I didn't argue with your cashiers but I did mention the price it was marked and they ignored my comment. This is poor customer service and it will affect my future trips to your stores. I'm sure you think that this won't affect your business, but word of mouth is a powerful thing and the more people that realize that you don't care about the consumers, your business will suffer.

I bought adult socks. Price tag said 1.25 and at the register I was charged 1.50. That's 9.00$ for 6 pair. 🧐 Prices are misleading! I also bought 1.25 pasta thinking I'm saving $ only to find the... Pastas are 1.00 at Walmart. If the 1.50 price change goes into effect... I'm Done with Dollar Tree!

I went into the store number 8703 in Pleasant Prairie WI. The cashier/manager is always rude to me. I try to avoid her always yet she is rude. I speak to everyone even her but she acts as if she hates the color of my skin! Once I spent thirty nine dollars and I had a fifty dollar bill she wouldn’t accept it and cancel out my order. I had to walk down to Target to get changed and came back for my items and she wouldn’t wait on me. She called for someone else to help me check out! Today I went and she told me, "My boss told me about you," I said, "About me!?" She said, "Yes, you always want double bags," I told her that I buy for my mom and she’s on the third floor and the bags always break. Remind you I come in here every other day and spend between thirty to one hundred fifty dollars and I can’t get a double bag or a reason why!!! Except your boss told you about me and you can’t give me a double bag!

Store #229 at 8330 Pineville-Matthews Road, Charlotte, NC 28226. I picked up several items that had the price of $1.25 and at the register the price was $1.50, I told the manager thinking it was a error and was told we charge more than the price shown. The store was extremely dirty and full of clutter. The frozen items were on flatbed in front of the cooler melting. The shelves were very dirty and items on the floor. This is so disgusting. Please check on the condition of this store, it’s in a very nice strip mall. This is inexcusable.
