I only was on a short while then they BANNED MY ACCOUNT with no explanation! I did see that there are so many fake accounts, I don't recommend paying for a subscription. They just steal your Money!

I have used Match multiple times over the years and it used to be a great platform to meet people. Unfortunately, it has completely gone downhill. I recently paid for a 3-month subscription, but the features I signed up for are not what Match actually granted me access to. I even sent their customer support a photo of the subscription feature list proving the discrepancy. Instead of fixing the issue, they sent me multiple emails giving me a complete runaround. Once this company has your money, they refuse to rectify their mistakes. It is incredibly disappointing because I used to like this site. Save your money. I will absolutely not be returning once my current subscription runs out!

Match, and most online dating, used to be great, but now they all are horrible. Match is the worst, they are 100% aware of "FAKE" profiles, but they don't care. ZERO customer service, a big waste of time, I encourage you to waste theirs. Pay the minimum amount with a credit card, then dispute the charge as soon as you get a FAKE profile match. It costs them money to respond to the dispute, and it's free for you. I am optimistic that one day, an honest online dating site/app will exist for a small fee.

What a shit show they run there. I signed up. Paid 119.97 to be screwed over. Cannot log in, cannot view, cannot do anything and their Tech support SUCKS, stay away from these **.

What a Joke. Match is Nothing But Majority Fake Profiles constantly messaging You. It’s a Total Waste of Money!

Useless. You get signed up for auto renewal without knowing it. Get charged over $100 for another 3 months without consent. Then you get to do a research project to find out how to turn off how to renewal.

No refunds if dissatisfied. Scammers everywhere selling crypto and AI funds. Match DOES NOT vet anyone. SCAM CITY.

Well, I am very sad. I just paid for match on Saturday afternoon now. I am banned. I do not know why. I don't think I did anything wrong but they are stating that I did. I've been locked out since Sunday. So I have had about 24 hours on the site. I paid for 1 week and I'm unable to stop it from coming out of my account again at this moment. Because I'm kicked out, so I'm gonna have to go to my bank.

I was on Match.com for about 2 weeks and wanted to share a picture with someone I was talking to. I posted a picture that I had taken of a sunset. Match reviewed it and then posted it. The next time I went to log in, I could not. I was told that my account was blocked and I was banned. I contacted customer service, which can only be reached through email. No phone. No online chat. I asked why I was blocked and they responded that they reviewed my account and that my account would not be reinstated.

I paid the money through Google Pay which is what they only accept and they could not verify my phone number which I have for 15 years. I contact them and said I want my money back because I cannot use services due to our verification on your end not working allowing me access. Match responded and said, "It's not our issue and you have to deal with Google Pay." I file with Google Pay and of course they refuse to credit back money. It is like they are a monopoly here and you have no recourse and will pay for a service you can't log into or use. If you use a service like this whatever you do use your credit card. Because if not you will be screwed exactly like me!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Match.com. I paid $9.95 expecting to receive access to the features that were presented to me, including being able to view and respond to messages. Instead, I was still blocked from seeing messages and using the service as expected. The way Match.com presents its memberships and benefits is extremely confusing and feels misleading. The pricing and features are not clearly explained, and it appears users are encouraged to pay only to discover that they still do not have the access they thought they were purchasing.

After a year+ of being single, I decided to give online dating one last try. I hadn’t tried Match in years, so thought I’d give it a try. I signed up less than a month ago… and I cancelled my subscription today. Absolutely horrible experience. Aside from the fact that the “dating pool” is tainted, this app makes the experience 10x worse. I have never encountered so many obviously fake/chatbot profiles, as I did on Match. All very similar looking men with ridiculous pics- photoshopped over the pyramids, etc.

I feel like It’s a shady dating website. My personal experiences felt like they didn’t like that I dislike the people that I thought they were not my matches, then they blocked my account without any explanations, even though I had followed all of their website policies. I feel like there was no freedom of my own rights to choose who I like. I filled out an appeal form, they told me they couldn’t find my account and then refunded me for the fee that I paid for my 6 month membership fee. The worst dating website experience.

I started an inquiry this afternoon about Match and found it to be nothing I wanted to be involved in. They claim I cannot cancel anything after starting off with the service, where they explicitly stated I could retract at any time. I never signed up for an app, a subscription, or authorized any such. I highly recommend staying away from Match. I do not know how to delete, and they conveniently have no customer service dept able to support my request. I am taking them to the Better Business Bureau ASAP.

I would give it zero stars if I could. This site was a complete waste of money!!

I signed up and had no luck with anyone, wasn't attracted to anyone, a long time ago they had other countries on there because of MySpace and I met the love of my life, maybe all these people are on for networking jobs because I see NO soulmates here.

Bait and switch tactics. No such thing as a "free" account, although their website states you have the option and gives the exact parameters you "receive". When I contacted them to ask, they just continually said I was wrong and had to buy to get any use of the service. Constantly being taken down with no explanation why. Days lost to get working again. Ignore distance parameters and does not let you put in match preferences, and you get responses from anything under the sun. It just feels dirty after a few times of using it.

I have been using Match now for a while. Here is what I think. There are many scammers on the site. I agree now with other reviews after I have seen for myself. There are absolutely no doubts in my mind it's true. The fake female profiles are used to initiate the scam set up. They want you send them your cell number and then move you off the site for further private communication. Some profiles are real. Most will never answer your interest in them because the list is too long unless you pay more for a Super like!! Upgrade to diamond for better luck?

Everyone is fake. Horrible app. Seriously. Every person who contacted me was a scammer. Total waste of money.
