Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with anyone in the retail market of any kind. I was not allowed to take the vehicle home for a longer test drive, should have been my first red flag. But sadly I did not pick up on the flag. When I choose to purchase the car I was in the dealership for hours waiting for the paperwork, red flag #2. It took them 4 tries to get the paperwork printed out properly, red flag #3. Finally after getting the paperwork done I drove home in my current car. I came back to pick up the new (used) car. It was dark outside and the windows were tinted so dark I couldn't navigate without putting the window down.
Anyway I was really unhappy about the situation, they refused to take the car back. But did finally agreed to remove the tint. However the car now has transmission issues and when I told them about the brakes, they said nothing was wrong with it now needs rotors and brake. And when I told them something was wrong with the transmission, they said well the car has a little engine... Still if the car can't get up to 3,000 rpm's that is an issue. The only time you can get anyone on the phone is if they think they are selling you a car. I have spent months calling and leaving message for these people and only twice did the return a call but once they found out I had a complaint and wasn't looking to buy a car I couldn't get any help.
