I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the person who helped us when we were in a very difficult situation. We had a reservation at another hotel, only to find out that they would not allow our pet. We were essentially stranded and unsure of what we were going to do. Thankfully, this hotel immediately came to our rescue. They were able to find us an available room and welcomed us and our pet without hesitation. The person who helped us was incredibly kind, courteous, understanding, and went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful situation. We are truly thankful for the compassion and kindness they showed our family when we needed it most.

You were very helpful at a time that crucial as a family member was stranded with no place to spend the night and no ride to get to the hotel. You were a God sent angel that took care of all of the steps to ensure that both problems were resolved. You were kind patient and caring. The world need more people like you in the customer service industry. I fell asleep relaxed knowing that my family was safe and that you were the person that made it happen. Thank you so much. You did a great job.

My nephew is getting married in October, so he blocked off so many rooms here for his out of town guests. I just called to reserve our room, Kathiik was the gentleman that booked our room. I asked for a first floor room because myself and both of my sisters have trouble walking long distance. So he accommodated us with that. He was very helpful in making my reservation very fast and easy

I spoke with Akansha and book my reservations with her. She was amazing and very informative. She was very helpful and polite. Actually I spoke to a few other properties and to be honest I booked this one because of the way she handled the situation and answered my questions promptly. I would recommend Hilton Garden.

Traveling through the area, needing to book a room for the night. Rahul assisted in getting us a reservation; he is a very respectful and helpful reservation clerk. And we GREATLY appreciated talking to a human being instead of the AI bot as stated on the reservation phone recording.

Christian helped with the reservation and gave false information. Now I am out $300!!! I would not recommend this person or site to anyone.

Max was the rep the helped schedule my reservation. He was patient, polite, and professional. He took the time to explain my options for possible discounts (military, AAA, and a purchase option). The overall experience was trouble and stress free.

I am an elderly woman, recently had a terrible fall, I just want to get back to Mississippi as quick as I can. This lady was very kind and understanding and extreme extremely helpful. I do apologize for crying and I want to sincerely thank her for being kind to me and so very helpful. Debi

They say 24/7 live support but not if you want customer service, it is automated and they will hang up on you while you are talking. We double booked and we're given a voucher for the one hotel in Canada. We were specifically told the voucher would be usable around the world, we specifically asked if it could be used in the USA and we're told yes is could be used in USA. Now I am trying to use this voucher tonight and I got a message that this voucher cannot be used in this country. (USA) We have called 7 times and all we get are agents who transfer us to customer service which is a joke! They do not have customer service, they have automated "Justin" who hangs up on you!!!! Don't use this company, they are unreliable, and liars.

I was not told that my credit card would be charged immediately and not when I got to the hotel as they were supposed to be the two rooms on two different credit cards that ended up being on one paid in advance. Not happy.

Great price that she found for us and was very helpful

FIRST, The agent appeared to be AI and was short with me.I requested a two night stay for Sept 1th through 13th and was only booked for 1 night. And worse of all I repeated, SEVERAL TIMES, that I needed a full kitchen with regular size refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave (and was told that I would have them in that room by that reservation agent) but it wasn't available to me at the time of check in. I had to explain to the hotel that I was there spending time from out of town with my granddaughters, one who is autistic which means we would be confined into the hotel for the entire stay so that I can spend quality time with safely and with amenities needed. The hotel had to upgrade us then charge us for that upgrade room for the additional day because it wasn't booked properly from the beginning! The 1 star rating is for getting the hotel location correct.

The booking agent lied about smoking policy to me and when I want to cancel reservation during check in, I didn’t get the refund. Never will I use this service again.

The agent that helped me was very understanding, patient, and made sure I understand everything he was saying. I am hard of hearing and he didn't mind repeating himself to make sure I understood.

First the Motel nor the area is NOTHING like the representative described!!! Worst place we’ve ever stayed and the guy at the service desk charged an additional $120.00. He said the extra $20 is a service fee and the $100 was security deposit…BUT the original representative said ALL FEES and taxes were ALREADY PAID when we reserved the room. The front desk guy would NOT give us a receipt of the additional charges nor would he disclose his name. Nor any kind of verification of or what I paid additional to him.
