I spoke with Akansha and book my reservations with her. She was amazing and very informative. She was very helpful and polite. Actually I spoke to a few other properties and to be honest I booked this one because of the way she handled the situation and answered my questions promptly. I would recommend Hilton Garden.

I spoke to a very nice gentleman. He was extremely patient. He helped me endlessly to find the right three rooms. I felt very confident that he was doing his utmost. I would not hesitate to book again with this travel service. The man was very polite extremely patient and did everything possible to make sure that I was accommodated with the three rooms that fit my needs. He is an asset to your company.

Traveling through the area, needing to book a room for the night. Rahul assisted in getting us a reservation; he is a very respectful and helpful reservation clerk. And we GREATLY appreciated talking to a human being instead of the AI bot as stated on the reservation phone recording.

I was appalled by the great customer service and prompt action that was taken to give me a last-minute request when I got stranded and missed my flight. I am grateful for being able to sleep comfortably without worrying about my safety. The ease of the process was incredible, and I appreciate the kindness of the staff (Mon) over the phone and at the concierge at the front desk. It took a minute.

I had to book a room for an unexpected family member this past Memorial day weekend. I called after 8 p.m.on a busy Friday night and Aubrey ** was extremely helpful, trying to find a room for a reasonable price. We were on the phone for a half an hour and she did everything to find me a vacancy. She was so professional, courteous and so caring. So grateful to Aubrey **. Thank you!!!

We were affected by the tornado in NWI. Jean helped me get a room for my husband, myself and our furbaby! She didn't leave me on the phone waiting, nor did she let go without making sure that I didn't have anymore questions about our stay. She went above and beyond what I expected! Great reservation with a person. She was exceptional

I’m not even going to give any star to this reservation agent GERALD ** who lied to me. Please beware when you encounter this agent on the phone… He sound nice & friendly but lied to me when I asked him about how far is the place we are going to the hotel to the place we are going to, he said 5 minutes drive but when I double check with Waze it is like more than 100 miles away. Just to get a reservation why have to lie to your customer???

Sold me a room on the phone minutes before I arrived at the hotel. Told me the hotel doesn’t accept walk-ins. Got to the hotel and was told the room I was sold was not even available and they had no way to override it. Had to spend extra time in the lobby at almost midnight waiting for the front desk staff to reach management and sort it out. Then I was told they absolutely do accept walk-ins. This person lied and sold us a room that didn’t exist. Absolutely terrible service and misleading advertising that led me to call them instead of calling Marriott directly as I intended to. Disgusting.

I made my reservation online. I don’t remember the lady's name, but she was very efficient and very speedy and very friendly.

My nephew is getting married in October, so he blocked off so many rooms here for his out of town guests. I just called to reserve our room, Kathiik was the gentleman that booked our room. I asked for a first floor room because myself and both of my sisters have trouble walking long distance. So he accommodated us with that. He was very helpful in making my reservation very fast and easy

Very helpful in finding us a room! There was no room available at the hotel I called about but she was quick to find us another room and assisted in booking for us in a timely manner.
