Jolene sounded like a computer. I booked a room for a family member who had to find a hotel last-minute over the phone. As I'm giving her my card information, she's repeating every number LOUDLY until I asked her not to repeat it as I'm on the phone and have no clue whose around her listening. She proceeds to continue reading my debit card number OUT LOUD! I said, " Ma'am, please stop! I don't know whose around you listening and you're loud as hell with my personal information." Her tone and half-apology seemingly didn't care. Ridiculous!

I went on this site by chance, the agent Vench ** helped me with the reservations. She gave me false hotel room details (room price- overcharge by $200, room size-instead of 300 sq ft, she quoted me 600 sq. ft., occupancy number-instead of for 3 people, she indicated 1, and refund policy- she told me it is fully refundable without penalty if canceled 24 hours prior). She said this room was specially saved for their company to release.
She promised to send confirmation right away. After not receiving confirmation after 20 minutes, I had to call again to speak with another agent. She gave me a completely different room description and told me my email address was invalid. I then gave her again my address and finally received the email confirmation. After reviewing the details, I was very confused and upset and had to cancel the reservation. Then I spoke with another agent named Mary (my third). She said the cancellation will cost me 34% penalty. This is all within one hour of making the reservation with all the false information. I told them I don't want a partial refund with the cancellation, then the next day, I got a partial refund with my cancelation!
I believe this company is operated overseas and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I spoke to the manager of the hotel after this and the manager promised to look into this matter and would follow up personally. I am planning to sue this company if I do not get my full refund, Please be aware of what you sign up with them.

Hello. I was very disappointed at the way in which this reservation had been made by the representative. She was very deceptive. She did not inform me that this was a prepaid reservation. She refused to take my state government employee status that would have given me a discounted rate. She lied and said that it was not available. I physically went to the hotel where I was to do an upcoming stay. They made my reservation for me and inform me that they would do it under my Government rate. Your representative never told me that she was not directly connected with Spring Hill Suites. Very disappointed. Would never deal with you all again and she needs to be fired because that prepaid piece was very important that she did not share with me and to not accept my Government rate and say that I was not eligible that was very deceptive.

Updated on 04/27/2026: This is a SCAM. They sold me a room at The Awahhanee Hotel in Yosemite which they claimed was refundable. I contacted the hotel which told me I was scammed and there is NO RESERVATION. When I call Reservations.com they tell me they cannot refund me. My credit card had to step in to refund me. Their response on this website where they say “give us your reservation number so we can follow up” is also a scam; everyone that has given them a low rating here, gives them their reservation info and they NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. A class lawsuit is on its way. Major scammers. Consumers beware. I really doubt that the excellent ratings are real. I assume they are fake accounts they use.
Original review: Horrendous. They misrepresented themselves. A guy called David made me think I was purchasing directly with the hotel. And then he sold me insurance that he misrepresented as a refundable room. These practices are unethical and UNLAWFUL.

Total scam. Like many others Hilton rerouted my request to this service. Specifically requested to use hilton points for the room and instead was charged the full amount plus a service fee. Will never use again and will be filing a complaint with hilton directly.

Please, please be so careful on this website. I was looking for options in a city and was clicking around in different room types, and it asked me to double click, which I accidentally did. It booked a reservation that I was not yet ready to book. I immediately (in less than five minutes) called customer service to let them know of my error because this was not the booking I had wanted and they told me that it was nonrefundable no matter what. Even the airlines give you 24 hours to cancel a reservation that you INTENDED to make. This is a trap and there are much more reputable websites from which you can get a room. As an aside, they did tell me that I could completely cancel my reservation, but with zero refund whatsoever. Again this is a trap. It has ruined our vacation plans as we are now out over $650 for a hotel I did not mean to book. I can’t imagine this site is going to be in business long with this kind of customer service.

Was charged double what it was supposed to be because it was A.I. Upon calling the number for help and speaking with a live employee I was offered about 25% return. When asked for a supervisor I was told not available and that I would get a call back. Never happened. The room in question was in a block saved for my daughter’s wedding and was supposed to be $180 plus tax. I was charged $394. The hotel showed no availability for the wedding date and only 2 rooms left in the reserved block. Being the father of the bride 2 months out I felt I had no choice but to reserve and fix now.

Definitely wasn't a real person, more sounded like a robot. Hard to understand numbers but after a few repeats reservation booked. Already see a fee added after the confirmation. I don't like surprises and wish you can speak to someone. My 83 year friend who is hard of hearing really struggled trying to book a night out and got frustrated and asked me to call.

A very nice soft spoken individual. I was looking for hotel at Mystic Lake Casino and it was sold out. He said, "Sorry. Would you like me to find something close?" and within seconds I was booked 8 minutes from the hotel and the best part free breakfast and pet friendly. Yay for me...Thank you.
