Stop before you even consider booking with this company. I booked twice in 1 day and got the same answer. After I got my itinerary and confirmation of my booking that they could not honor that price. Because they didn't update the pricing that they do it manually, which is not true, everybody knows that that's done electronically by computer or a program. This place is a scam. The first time they told me, oh well. And the second time I called and told him I was going to report him to the FDA and the FBI, which I did. I have a case open against him, they said, "Hold on a minute." They never came back and they won't answer the phone. When I told the guy I was gonna report him, he got so nervous. This place is a scam. Do not waste your time on it. Book with them for your own peace of mind.

Terrible. She lied and said the whole hotel was booked and only the most expensive rooms were an available. Also sold us breakfast when breakfast was INCLUDED! She also talked over me. I had no idea it was a third party booking agent until I checked out and asked for a physical copy of my receipt.

The reservation clerk was polite. However, I thought I was dealing directly with the hotel that had a full refund policy if the reservation was canceled by a certain date. Things changed and I had to cancel the reservation. The cancelation was well within the time period. However, when I got my refund, it was only $208.00 and not the full amount of $568.00. The response was that I had agreed to a penalty of one night stay. It must have been well hidden because I don't recall seeing such a statement. Indeed, it is not my practice to agree with things like that. In conclusion, I would never use this site and I would advise others to avoid it too.

I am the owner of the Pentagoet Inn in Castine, ME. I became aware of an illegitimate listing on Reservations.com (a subsidiary of Hotel Planner), which falsely claimed to be our hotel. After over a month of correspondence with multiple customer service representatives, the listing is still live. I have reported the website to Google, to the Better Business Bureau, the FCC, and I have notified our attorneys. This company is clearly a fraud, and it is preying on small businesses.

It was an excellent experience to reserve a room with Daniel’s professional assistance. He was timely to reserve & provided the room we desired. I will definitely use the service again.
