Mark was a very well-mannered and kind person to talk to, but he did not save us much money or offer any specialty for a 35th wedding anniversary trip… Instead, he said, "You may want to mention this to the hotel.” Should have done Trivago, $100 less on same room!

Ebony with Reservations.com was a great help, easy to talk to, explained everything and answered questions quickly. Ebony was very professional, kind and went above and beyond to make my Reservations.com experience the best possible.

It is a joke that some give this company good reviews when this company so obviously defrauds its customers. In our case, my wife was given a price for a reservation, provided her credit card information, clicked confirm, and only then did $50.00 of fees appear, non-refundable. Since this was without authorization, this qualifies as fraud under our State's criminal statutes. Do not do business with this fraud of a company.

Very misleading price quotes. Very dishonest in misrepresenting the hotel rates. Hidden charges are not disclosed to customers.

I really appreciated how easy it was to book a room from Reservations.com, we got into Spokane very late and due to the fires, every hotel was booked and I was able to go online and speak to someone promptly and she was able to find a room for me at a reasonable price. Definitely satisfied and appreciate the service.
