Windmar caused an act of bribery. Their branch manager Mara **, told me, "We have an inspector to sign our work at almost every city, but in your city, we do not have one. Each time we submit the proposal, we have the same inspector". I want everyone to know that they do not care about my home's safety and will do the same for other customers. All they see is another contract, and they can take advantage of homeowners.

Windmar abandoned the workplace of their project, and they want to get paid in full. I have letters they sent requesting the total amount of $74,941.71. They canceled their contract because of a lack of professionalism. Windmar does not have any customer service. Windmar's staff needs to be more competent. They do not provide any service or products. All they are after is the money. After I made many attempts to contact them after deserting the workplace, Windmar (Mara **) called me and canceled the contract because "I cannot find an inspector to sign it." She told me in that telephone conversation that she wanted me to pay the cancelation fee. They do not want to repair my roof as previously found.

I want Consumer Affairs to understand how Windmar Solar System Company treats its customers. I feel abused, I suffer from their liars, and what they do to my roof affects my sleeping. I will warn customers, homeowners, and finance companies not to contract with Windmar Solar System Company. You will regret it. Please, Consumer Affairs, I have all the papers if you need more proof. I can provide more information to you, and I will not stop there. I believe in the saying, "Experience something, do Something to stop the circle of fraud and the taking advantage of customers," or See Something, do Something to prevent others from suffering.
