I have 2 ConEd accounts at the same address. Venture Solar used the wrong account to submit its 1st application (case# **, submitted 8/15/2019) to Con Ed. This wrong application was approved on 10/28/2019. Then, submitted the 2nd application (case# **, submitted 11/1/2019) without completing the paperwork requirement causing ConEd to cancel the good application on 10/1/2022. ConEd sent out an email to me and Venture Solar. I also forwarded the same to Venture Solar. But Venture Solar just refused to any corrective steps. I kept paying Venture's financing company until Feb 2023 for the monthly installment.
All these time of 3 1/2 years, I been paying Sunnova (Venture Solar's related company without getting any credit on ConEd's grid. ConEd informed that my account ending 0000-9 is still not a net meter reading account and Venture Solar only has to submit a new application to associated with the correct account 0000-9. I would deeply appreciate your assistance to have the mess straight out. Venture not only cheated my money from a 76-year old woman, it also has been operating on my account with a permit. Thank you for your time and attention.
