Reviewed Oct. 15, 2026
Quest Solar never closed the electrical permit on my property that I only found out later during the sale. This caused money to be stuck in escrow. Upon contact with the company, they assigned their in-house expediter Francesca **. It has been over a year, she is not responding to phone calls, emails, or texts. I still have no resolution or even a timeline. Apparently, at some point it came up that the plans Quest filed with the Department of Buildings differed from what actually got installed on my property. I also reached out to the electrician whose license my permit is opened under, and he acted like he knew nothing about Quest Solar or my property, which has a permit under his license number on DOB. He blatantly suggested I contact a construction attorney.
