Since the father Brian ** died, this company has gone down the sewer. Terribly disappointed at how Alex ** and Austin ** (Brian's son) are handling things and breaking their word. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Also many of the "5 star" reviews look pretty fishy I'll just leave it at that.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have had solar from them now for over 4 years, they have never worked correctly, they do not help you when you have issues. There is always an excuse and they play the blame game. Everyone I have spoken to says they are a complete rip off and I am proof. My Enphase panel box which is not even part of their company will not connect to the WIFI, I have no solar and they want $250 to come out and look at the box so they can call Enphase and let them know what is wrong. $250! An electrician is $80.
I deeply regret ever going with PES Solar. I have since spoken with numerous other customers who have had the exact same problems—leaks, broken promises, and outrageous costs to fix their mistakes. PES Solar has multiple lawsuits against them for similar issues. If you value your home and your money…. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. The good reviews were probably put on here by them due to all the bad ones.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with PES Solar has been an absolute nightmare. They installed solar panels on my 17-year-old roof, and now I have leaks EVERYWHERE. When I bought the panels, the sales guy and Austin specifically told me I could have the panels removed and reinstalled one time at no charge if needed. Now that I'm trying to do exactly that, they are REFUSING to honor their promise and want to charge me $15,000! This company is dishonest, and they are clearly only interested in making money, not in standing behind their product or promises.
It has been one issue after another, and I deeply regret ever going with PES Solar. I have since spoken with numerous other customers who have had the exact same problems—leaks, broken promises, and outrageous costs to fix their mistakes. I’ve also learned that PES Solar has multiple lawsuits against them for similar issues. If you value your home and your money, STAY AWAY from this company. I wish I had done more research before going with them because this has been a costly and frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your solar needs!
