Reviewed Sept. 28, 2026
Purchased a pair of Tesla powerwall batteries June 22, 2026 which were paid in full. Batteries were supposed to get installed that same week but were partially installed till August 18, 2026. Susy informed us that they were missing a part to finish install. That took another 2 weeks. Part came in and was installed but now we need another visit for the batteries to be connected via ethernet to our modem and our Span panel for system to be fully functional. We are now at 09/28/2026 and still getting the runaround for them to finish with the complete install. It's a simple ethernet wire that it needs to be done. I've been calling daily to hopefully get this resolved but I keep getting the runaround. System is paid for but not working how it should. No other person to talk to regarding the issue. I contact support and they connect me with Susy.
