I purchased Solar Panels from PE Solar 5 years ago, July of this year 2025 has hit 5yrs. I am now having issues where I am being charged by Duke Energy with bills from Duke for like 300 a month!! I phoned PE Solar, to make them aware that my system is not working, I was told by customer service that they would call me back in 5 minutes leaving the lady my name, phone number, and address. I never received my call back and now when I call them back you get the answering machine. I have been going 7 months now without solar service and paying monthly electric bills to Duke!!! So now with the cost of my monthly solar payments and my Duke Bill. I would not recommend PE Solar to anyone. There is nothing easy about follow up servicing, their customer service line, and they charge a service fee of $350.00 that's without evening repair cost!!!

PE Solar installed our 17-panel system in Sarasota FL in July 2023. The system has functioned generally well but service to replace a fuse and to replace an Enphase circuit board was very slow to arrange. Non-warranty service is billed at about $250 minimum for a single call, which is extremely high. The nearest service technician is several hours away and appointments are hard to arrange. The company owes me about $150 for missing solar production during a multi-day outage that was caused by faulty equipment. Despite several emails, I have heard nothing for months.
