Company installed an Enphase system and Generac generator for backup. They did not give us any information about generator maintenance. As a result our generator quit after 300 hours, and because we had not serviced it, our warranty was void. NexGen did not answer the phone or respond to emails for months. We were forced to find a new contractor to maintain our system and replace and install a new generac at great expense.
