Just had a service call by Honey $89. This was to replace the timer switch on the whole house fan they installed 7 years ago. The service person said he need to get a price and came back with a $529 charge (He kept saying 5 pause 29 like 5.29 and with service call 6.18). When I corrected him to five hundred and twenty nine he said "Yes". The switch is $29 to order. I promptly turned down his service and paid the $89 dollars. Then he tried to sell a "service" contract for 30% off the bill, still not worth the cost of a switch and install. Thanks, but NO thanks. I would give 0 stars if I could. Oh, BTW, only 5 star reviews show on their site.

I had my solar system installed by Honey’s Air and Solar a few years ago. Everything seemed fine at the time, but now I’m dealing with multiple failed inverters — and I’m being told that Honey’s won’t fix them because the manufacturer, SunPower, went bankrupt. That’s incredibly disappointing. I didn’t buy this system from SunPower — I bought it from Honey’s, based on their recommendation. I trusted them to sell me something reliable and to stand behind what they sell. Instead, they’ve completely distanced themselves from the issue and left me with no support. This kind of customer service is exactly what you hope to avoid when choosing a solar company. I can’t recommend Honey’s to anyone based on this experience.
