I’m thrilled to share my positive experience with Juan ** today. He came out to inspect our home for solar panels and also installed a new hot water heater. Juan ** was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and what he found during the inspection. His workmanship was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to explain every detail about the new hot water heater and answer all my questions. I was hesitant to make a decision about solar energy, but the exceptional customer service provided by Juan ** has made me feel confident in my choice.

100% recommend Equity Solar. After researching and comparing estimates from multiple companies, we decided to go with Equity Solar because of their honest and transparent way of explaining the entire process. Many other companies hid important information, but Equity Solar was clear from the beginning. The installers were extremely professional and completed the entire installation in just one day. I’ve now had my solar system for 3 months and I’m saving exactly what they promised. If you’re thinking about going solar, give yourself the opportunity to speak with Equity Solar. Almost four months of installation. Battery backup took 3 months to operate. A breaker keeps tripping, which causes service lost. I’m stuck paying utilities bills plus solar panels contract. This is a big burden on me since l depend on my social security pension to pay my mortgage and bills. I phone and email them hundreds of time with photos of panels status. All I get is the are summiting a a service ticket. Twice they have shown up and l’m still in the same boat. No reimbursement for lost services an and double utilities bill. Please advise me of what other steps l can take to resolve this problem or get out of this contract.

2: System is providing less than half to power according to FPL utility records.
3: My Plot Plan furnished by Equity Solar shows the large Solar Array installed on the Roof facing East when it should have been installed facing South as the small Solar Array is for maximum energy production.
4: I received the lease agreement in February of 2025 and my solar system was not installed until April of 2025 after many calls to Equity Solar requesting installation of promised solar system. In the lease agreement I only had 10 days after the effective date of the agreement to cancel. This is a dubious if not fraudulent means of engaging the public in a contract especially when the product has not even been installed or even being able to ascertain design performance. Design performance can not be ascertained in a 10 day period when utility billing cycles are 30 days.
