Arcadia Solar overcharged me, often $100-$200 more than my electric bill. They would bill at inconsistent intervals, overdrawing my account without my permission, they would commit to something in writing and on the phone and then not do it. I had to threatened to call the police on them to get them to stop. Never use them!

The company will waste your time for months on end and continue to tell you that have no answers. I own a business and signed up for community solar only to be given a bunch of excuses. I waited 6 months only to be told they signed me up incorrectly and then they said even after signing me up properly, I just had to continue to wait with no time free given. Save yourself the time and aggravation and choose someone else.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not save you anything. Now I pay 2 bills, one from Arcadia and one from my electric company. I’m paying more now than before I made the mistake of signing up with Arcadia. There is no rhyme or reason as to how they come up with their monthly bill. You won’t get a monthly statement, they just bill your credit card. I told them I want to cancel my account. They said it takes up to 180 days! 180 days? FRAUD at its best. Because they are a supposed solar company there is no regulatory authority watching them according to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
