    Ordered some new business cards and had a small quantity to confirm it was what I wanted. Was shown a date of 8 days for a delivery date when I was checking out as the shipping option states. Received the receipt and it changed to 14 days. When I contacted Jeson S with customer service I was told that unless I had proof that they would do nothing about it. Didn't know I had to screenshot every step of the ordering process. To top it off USPS has sent my package to my post office then back across the country and I'm still waiting.

    A few years back I had them design a business card for my landscaping company. It was awesome! This time I wanted to incorporate this card on one side and my new company on the other. Instead of doing that they did two and the one for my new company didn't have the information that I requested and it was basic af. Looked like a child did it. I asked for a revision with the revisions and he literally just changed the color and sent it back. From the original to the second it took two weeks. I had to call and ask about it and then it was 3 days later when I got it. So disappointed in this service after the first one was a home run.

      Received my business cards today in a little bitty box. I have ordered the same cards from Vistaprint for several years but the amount of cards I received this time appeared less than the 500 that I had always previously received. I counted 103 in this order. I Called Vistaprint Customer Service and asked why I hadn't received the same quantity as my previous orders and they tried to say that I had ordered 100. I will never do business with this company again and recommend that buyers beware. A simple internet search of business card sellers shows most business cards sell for far less than the 35 cents each that VistaPrint ripped me off with. They got me this time but it won't happen Again.

      I am writing on behalf of two customers, myself and Heather & Rob whose order I received. I received 15 boxes of personalized playing cards - made for Heather & Rob for what I assume was their wedding. Who knows where my order went. Upon corresponding with customer service, I discovered they can't get my order out to me in time now. HUGE disappointment. And Lord knows if Heather or Rob will ever find out where their order went. I did get a refund but almost laughed when asked "do you want store credit". Lesson learned, I should have checked the online reviews first.

      I ordered a small batch of business cards from Vistaprint. They took almost two weeks to even start printing them, and when they arrived today they were the wrong color, not a different shade, a completely different color. When I called I asked for a refund and a reprint, given they already took two weeks. They refused. Save your time and money, go to a local printshop even if they do charge a few dollars more.

      We have been locked out of our Vistaprint ProShop account for weeks and no one has been able to fix it. Support has been a complete failure. The offshore phone team is incompetent and repeatedly lies. Two weeks ago we were told we could place an urgent order over the phone. That was a lie. The order was never properly handled and now what should have been expedited will take over a week to arrive.

      Romario, our assigned account manager, lied multiple times to avoid accountability. He then had his colleague Dania pose as a manager. That is completely unacceptable. Dania also lied during that interaction. At this point this is not a service issue, it is a trust issue. We cannot rely on anything we are told. We will be moving all future printing to FedEx and local providers.

      So disappointed in @VistaPrint! Ordered a mug and it arrived with the colors totally faded - the blacks are grey/navy and the reds are yellow despite the proof having crisp blacks and reds. I went to @Zazzle and look at the difference! Crisp graphics and true, vivid color! Thank you Zazzle!

      My organization used Vista for several years to print concert programs, never had a problem until December 2025. At the last minute we were told our order would not be ready for delivery, and with less than 24 hours before the concert, I had to find an emergency printer to print 250 20-page programs. We did it, but it cost about three times the original order price with Vista. No reason for the screw-up was ever given, and along the way in this process, I "chatted" with several employees who made stuff up (ie, lied) about the status of the situation.

      This was bad enough, but trying to follow up was worse. I wrote a letter and another chatperson opened a case for me. I need to speak to a human being about this and have my concerns taken seriously, but no one returns calls, and it is impossible to dial directly. The chatpersons just say someone will call in 24-48 hours; I have been through 2 rounds of this, and no one has called. Unfortunately, I will have to find someone new to do our programs, Vista is no longer trustworthy. PS: Still waiting to speak with someone...
