This company is the worst. Ever since they decided to have another company assist with hosting the websites, I've been having issues. It's up one month and then down the next and to get it back up you need to contact a company that's back east (hover), their hours are 8-8pm, well I'm on the west coast and my business doesn't close at 4pm. On top of that I found out that the website's dashboard is handled by Wix, yet another company. My advice, save yourself a headache and go with someone more reliable and professional. This company is not worth it.

This was my first order from VistaPrint, and I’m really happy with the results! Although the delivery was a bit delayed, it was well worth the wait. I loved my business cards—the quality was great, and I really appreciated being able to design them exactly how I wanted. I ordered two types of cards: one printed on a single side and another printed on both sides. I love them both, but I’ll definitely be reordering the double-sided cards—they look amazing and feel more professional. I’m now planning to order from VistaPrint regularly. Thank you, VistaPrint—you made my day!

Shirts came in with the logo in the wrong place. CS helped fix the design but did nothing with the $150 I spent now..so in the scrap bucket they go and will NEVER order from Vistaprint again - WHO PUTS THE LOGO ON THE STOMACH???? I had ordered 300 worth of shirts and another 250 in signs....Everything was fine except these few shirts...You would think to keep a person's business, they would replace them

More than a decade ago, I worked with VistaPrint for some business cards and flyers and the experience of dealing with the company was very pleasing. I also, happened to need some business cards printed for my new business. My interaction with the reps of VistaPrint has been nothing but complete satisfaction. The reps are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in their work. Not only do the reps at VistaPrint help you with the best designs for your projects, they also offer very affordable prices for any kind of prints. I will definitely choose VistaPrint for my future business needs.

Superior quality and fast turnaround. Very convenient and super easy to use their softwares and website. I am happy with the quality and the service. Value for money for sure. I tested Vistaprint for my car stickers, business cards and postcards. And I received exactly what I expected 😄.

I've had a terrible time dealing with VistaPrint customer service in regard to tax exemption. They have zero information on their website that I could find about submitting tax-exempt documentation. I asked about it while placing an order and was directed to a Vistaprint email specifically for submitting exemption for approval. They never once told me that it wouldn't apply to the order I was currently making.
Turns out, after many check ins later, they told me that tax exemption approval (once official) would only apply to future orders. But I won't be making any future orders so I lost all this money for an order I never would've made had they not been transparent. I've since deleted my account and will not be engaging with a business that acts slimy like this. Unprofessional and very disappointing. I will be taking my business to other options like moo.com or gotprint.com or zazzle.com. Vistaprint has bad business practices and I do not recommend for any reason.

Poor finish quality. I had ordered 500 quantity. The cards were cut in a shoddy manner, frayed edges. Delivery time is almost 2 weeks after order is placed. For quicker delivery, you need to pay more. Hence, it is NOT economical to buy from Vista Print. Not recommended.

Bait and switch pricing at every turn. I will never come back to VistaPrint. EVERYWHERE else is cheaper for the same quality. Except Staples. Slightly worse quality. Still a better price. This is utterly ridiculous.

I had such a bad experience with Vistaprint. I paid for express shipping to have my card delivered within three days not only did that not happen. My delivery was never received when I requested that they re-issue me my business card. They wanted to send it to me economy and have me wait three weeks for it to arrive. I canceled my order and requested a refund. Such horrible customer service for paying clients.

Their terms and conditions and customer service promise are meaningless. They consistently provide damaged items and refuse to do anything about it. Chrystal in customer service provides bad service with no resolution. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I’ve given VistaPrint multiple chances, and I regret it every time. Most recently, I ordered a time-sensitive product well in advance. Not only was the product misprinted twice, but the replacements were both disproportioned and unusable, clearly a result of poor quality control. When I called to fix it, customer service did everything possible to avoid escalating the issue. I specifically asked to speak with a supervisor, and the rep refused, claiming all supervisors “work remotely” and can’t be contacted for 24 to 48 hours. That’s not customer support, it’s stonewalling.
Despite multiple failures on their end, they refused to expedite the corrected order. Now I’m missing an important deadline because of their repeated mistakes and unwillingness to make it right. I didn’t run out of time, they wasted it. Save yourself the stress. VistaPrint might be fine if everything goes perfectly the first time, but the moment something goes wrong, you’re stuck in an endless loop of reprints, delays, and scripted excuses.

I made a photo book with my professional wedding photos as well as photos taken with an iPhone. Almost all of the pictures were blurry and lackluster. Even the professional photos looked blurry. When making the photo book, I followed the system's guidelines for size (i.e. heeding the warnings if the system told me the photos would be blurry if printed too big). Notably, I had the wedding pictures developed for 12 X 18 photos with another company and they were crystal clear - so it was not an issue of photo resolution. Customer service was responsive and sent me two new photo books but unfortunately they were exactly the same. They ended up refunding me half the cost - even though the quality was so bad a full refund was warranted. I will not use this website again.

Do not use Vistaprint ProShop corporate services. It has been nothing but trouble trying to get orders filled and now, as I try to cancel my recurring membership before my credit card is charged, it has taken a month and several phone calls and emails and it is STILL not cancelled. I will be reporting to FTC. Stay away. Not worth it to have to be on the phone (on hold) multiple times just to cancel a membership.

Terrible product and even worse customer service. Twice now I've ordered trifold brochures. Using the Vistaprint provided template, ensure the design lined up with the dotted fold lines, still produced a print that was not folded where it was supposed to be. The second time I spoke with customer support to ensure this would not happen again. This was after going through more than one customer service agent because apparently I was taking too long to follow their instructions (I wasn't, their website is just slow). The order was placed. Again, the folds were in the wrong place and the client was not happy. I will never use or recommend Vistaprint again.

I have used Vista Print before with no issue. I needed some business cards quickly and used a template that appeared on screen as acceptable. I was motivated to use this service because of an ad on Facebook. I checked out as a guest because I could not remember my password and was in a big hurry. I chose premium paper and paid for shipping so the advertised 10.00 sale turned into 20.00 quickly. The cards arrived and are unreadable. The text color is so faded that it is impossible to make out what it says. This is NOT how it looked on screen. I phoned customer service to be told there is no resolution offered because I checked out as a guest and because I did not seek help in the design process. Mind blown.
I asked several times for some sort of resolution (mailing back the cards, they replacing and shipping, etc.) and the representative informed me there was no such help available. Three times I revisited my concern for the lack of willingness to accept responsibility for this problem. Nothing. I offered to send pictures and was told I could respond to an email and they would look at it. All this effort for 20.00? Nothing to me but if this is how they treat customers it must mean a lot to the company. Shame on you Vista Print for your unwillingness to provide a product that is at least usable.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered drawstring bags with an imprint using the file specs and template they provided and paid extra for my order to arrive sooner only to find all 165 bags printed incorrectly. The file was less than 1x1 inch in size, so tiny you can't even see what it is. I immediately notified them of this mistake and was told I had to wait 24-48 hrs for someone to let me know what the issue was and if/when they would be reprinted. I let them know several times I had a very tight deadline at this point and needed the correct product within the next 3 business days and was told they could not do that. The only follow up I got a day later was just saying they were working on resolving the issue but nothing else.
I had to follow up again 3 business days in a row and finally spoke to someone who told me this was their mistake, but that they could not get the correct product reprinted and to me any sooner than 9 days from today, which is already 6 days after I received the wrong product. I was told they could not expedite the shipping but wasn't given a reason as to why. I was told they could not reprint them any sooner but was not told why other than they "may not" have enough in stock, although it appeared as though they did online. I was not offered a solution, a comparable product that could be printed and shipped sooner, nothing other than a refund.
I'm now left with less than 4 business days to find a replacement somewhere else and Vistaprint thinks that that is good customer service. This was a printing issue, they are at fault, and yet this was treated just like any other order or as if it were my fault. Nothing was prioritized, no one took accountability and they do not deserve your money or your business.

Horrible customer service and an absolute rip off. In early 2022, they charged me $385 for 5000 menus. Later in the year, they tried to up it to $1200. I refused, and they honored the original price. In 2023, they tried to raise it to $1800. I refused, and they honored the original price. Now in 2024, they want $2400, and they refuse to give me anything even close. So basically, the price goes up 60-80% every year regardless of whether you support them or not. P.S. I was told the customer service manager Wynne would call me back in 24 hours, and it took her 5 days to tell me there was nothing she could do.

Terrible service. Terrible support. Terrible products. Buyer beware. You are better served going to your local Staples. They false advertise their turnaround time. Customer support will tell you anything you want to hear to get you off the phone. If you call support, you can hear all of them working from home and putting you on hold to 'solve your issue' when in reality it is clear that they are giving their kid a cookie or eating their lunch. They need a serious turnaround. And they need to keep their people accountable.

Company has taken a severe downturn recently. As a digital designer, there should be 0 things preventing me from uploading and finalizing a design straight from photoshop on their website. Instead, they try to tell you EVERY image you upload is too low resolution, and offer you a $10 design fee which somehow "improves" the resolution enough for printing - even from a generic PNG or PDF file... That's like a CSI investigator telling someone to "increase resolution" on a security camera feed. Not possible! What a joke, please avoid and find a better printing service. They are swindling now. Thousands of dollars in banners, sales sheets, popup displays, table covers and more - and now they END AGENT CHATS when you ask for help beyond their $10 design service. Spoke with 3 agents today to get 3 designs added to my cart, which it would now allow me to do without contacting support and being offered the design fee. What a joke.

I needed a single customized coffee mug. I placed the order, they cancelled it. I placed the order again, they cancelled it again. Both times I spoke to customer service, they insisted they did not cancel the order, and it was because payment had been refused. Both times I contacted my credit card company (BOA) and they said the cancellation came from the merchant, as both times the charges has been approved.

We own a Restaurant and Party Center. We have ordered business cards, indoor signs, outdoor heavy duty signs, a large outdoor vinyl banner to hang during COVID....The design team is professional & fast. There are so many free templates to create your own designs as well. I always find a coupon code (BONUS!) but I would still use this company without one. They are very responsive to CHAT or with email. They will even schedule a call at your convenience. They are worth every penny!

I had ordered a sample and after it still hadn't arrived after a week, I called to check on the tracking. The agent kept repeating "just give me 2 minutes"...After waiting 45 minutes in the chat, I found out they never placed the order and now they're out of the item. VistaPrint has zero organization and communication skills. Looks like I'll be using a competitor to give my $20k to, horribly disappointing.

As a company we have ordered a lot of merchandise from Vista print, but with regard to their photo albums, every time we created one there were crashing issues, and the customer care never bothered to help although we gave them a lot of business. Days and weeks of work would disappear from their database with an error message saying - '80 images have been deleted from your album' - for example. Customer service with regard to this is abysmal! The photo below is the 5th time it has happened with us!!

Ordered 36 T-shirts for our company's video shoot. Paid significant additional fees to ensure the shirts were delivered by the time of the shoot. I waited for delivery on the date as promised and no shirts. I called their customer service and was informed that they were backed up and weren't able to send the proof for another couple of days, and that they would begin production once they were able to finish the proof. I was livid. At no time did they say they wouldn't deliver the shirts on the promised delivery date. They did not say they were waiting to have proof approved. At no time after I placed the order did they contact me about any delays or need for additional information.
This is odd since I also separately ordered polo shirts and hats, both of which provided proofs for approval one day after the order, which I immediately approved and sent confirmation back. BUT nothing regarding the t-shirts. The one item I absolutely needed rushed, and paid extra for, was "delayed because they are busy". I will never use Vistaprint again, and I will let everyone I come in contact with know about their horrible service. I have never received such horrible service from a company. Never Again.

I received an email telling me that select products are 40% off today, and it showed business cards. So I went to the site and designed a business card, which took me a long time, only to find out when I went to pay for it that it's not part of the promotion. I chatted with a representative who would only offer me a 10% off code. I went back to the site and there is no indication of which business cards are part of the promotion and which aren't. It's confusing and misleading to customers and I believe it's false advertisement to induce people to go to the site and design products that won't end up being on sale. I won't be using VistaPrint again due to their deceptive practices.

I received my business cards today and, unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the quality. The printing looks dull and unprofessional, and the paper feels much cheaper than expected. I was really looking forward to using these for my business, but they don’t reflect the standard I was aiming for. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of quality and attention to detail. I hope the company can take this feedback seriously and improve their product for future customers.

Soooo Vistaprint, why did you cancel my order and claim it was due to the payment being refused, but my credit card company said it had already gone through? And when I called you you continued to say the payment was refused when it was not. And when I asked you to have a supervisor call me, no one did. And when I called back, you said the same thing... and I again asked for a supervisor and you said they were "all in a meeting" and would call me back. But so far no one has. You have my money and have canceled my order. WHY IS THAT?

We ordered my son’s graduation announcements. They came very fast but they are washed out and just appear too light. They were cheaper than other places but I would rather pay more and have a better product. I will not buy from them again and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a custom tablecloth from Vistaprint (over $300), and it arrived completely misprinted. I reordered it, and once again, it was totally wrong. After wasting three weeks trying to get a correct tablecloth, I had to attend my event without one. Vistaprint showed no remorse—just refunded me, but offered nothing beyond that, despite my other purchases with them. A discount or some goodwill gesture would have gone a long way, but they refused.
To make matters worse, when I asked about a third reprint, even Vistaprint admitted they didn’t want to try again because the issue was ‘on their back end’—whatever that means. So instead of fixing the problem, they just gave up. Frustrated, I turned to Signs.com, explained my situation, and they worked quickly to get my new custom tablecloth printed and shipped—without needing express shipping, and it still arrived super fast. Oh, and it was $100 cheaper than Vistaprint. Never using Vistaprint again. Signs.com ALL THE WAY!

As a first-time visitor to Vistaprint's site, I was surprised to see a 15% off offer for signing up for text messages so I signed up and received the code. I also noticed a 25% off offer for creating an account, but my order was very small so I thought I would wait on creating an account just in case I wanted to place a larger order in the future.
I went into the cart to add my promo code from the text only to be told that the code wasn't valid without signing into an account. The three texts I received said absolutely nothing about requiring an account to use the code. Essentially, first-time customers who don't want to create an account are tricking into signing up for text messages only to be forced into creating an account anyway. Did I place the order? Yes, but only because I had already gone through the time to select and customize what I wanted. Whether a large or small order, I'll order elsewhere next time.

I placed a straightforward order for five custom-designed tumblers on February 17th, 2025. As of March 2nd, 2025, the order is due in just two days, but the status on Vistaprint's website hasn't changed, nor has the delivery date. This order is a retirement gift for a valued business partner, and when I inquired about the status, I was informed that production was rescheduled to March 11th. I am not talking about delivery but production itself!
The retirement ceremony is on March 13th, and I'm located in California. This was supposed to arrive in time for me to take it to Washington DC for the event. When I requested to change the shipping address, they said it wasn't possible, which I find hard to believe considering the significant delay. Customer service only offered to ATTEMPT to expedite the order or cancel it. If they had informed me of the delay in a timely manner, it would have been acceptable. However, there was no communication about the delay, nor was the order status updated. I strongly advise avoiding this company if possible. Poor customer service is unacceptable.

Worst service ever. Do not recommend. Order delayed 10 days with no notification. Vistaprint took no accountability. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and was told they were not available and that a call back is not guaranteed. They refunded me the $13 I paid for expedited shipping, which I felt was not enough compensation for the horrible service I WAS PROVIDED.

Terrible website. I would never use this website again. I have ordered wedding invitations five times and they still cannot get it right. I tried to add addresses on envelopes and they screwed up every single time. Terrible terrible website. I would never use it. I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible. Long time customer: If you try to edit 'older' designs, they won't add to cart. (They can't tell you how old is the cut off date is). They suggest taking hours or whatever to totally re-create the design from scratch. If you schedule a call back, they call back within seconds but you there is no person. I was on hold for 5 minutes before anyone answered (why schedule a call back to be placed on hold?) - no phone number. Cart previews do not show actual product but click on the + it is correct (they say). Remove a product from your cart it still shows the same amount of items, you need to refresh.
After proving all the glitches are Vistaprint's fault, as an added unwarranted 'slap in the face' they offer no additional discounts and say "you're already getting a discount" despite my wasted time (they could just easily mention that on their site). So, I helped find glitches and improve Vistaprint for them for free at my own expense. Tech support hands are tied, thanks to Vistaprint so one cannot blame support. I guess Vistaprint is losing more business than they know. Plus prices their prices become the highest of other services I've found. I encourage you to search for other sites before you give your money to this Heartless corporation. I don't leave negative reviews and again just helping improve Vistaprint at my expense.
As far as Google A.I. saying "they offer quality products and services", "it" obviously does not consider human customer reviews which are almost 2 stars across the board. Vistaprint and A.I. is all in it for themselves and just more proof they are not helping or at the least don't give a hoot about You at all! Tech support says "they are sorry for the problems", but offer no real regret other than words. No, "I'm sorry" and show it by action of this review and seeking business elsewhere. :-(

We ordered custom blankets for our company staff well in advance of our Christmas party this year. Vista Print cancelled our order 2 days before the event without prior notice and simply refunded the money saying "sorry, we're out of stock". We are now left with a whole staff full of people and nothing to appreciate them with this year because of VistaPrint's lack of communication and inability to keep track of their own stock as they took orders. Very disappointed. When I called customer service, the lady just said "sorry, there's nothing I can do". Not willing to offer to rush another item similar, not willing to adjust the order or help in any way other than simply giving the information that they were out of stock on that item and that our money has been refunded.

Ordered 100 flyers to put in christmas cards. When designing on the website, it does not really give you much of an explanation related to the weight of the paper. Just a number. I chose a smaller number knowing that I wanted to fold the flyers. When they arrived, the package was damaged. The flyers were so thick that when you folded it over, the pictures ripped. I called customer service, but was told it is my responsibility to understand the weight of the paper. Although that may be true, there really was not much of an explanation of the different weights and what they mean. They would not work with me, to solve the problem, I wasted much money on this, and will never use them again.

So disappointed... the order still has not been completed after weeks of getting the wrong item and calling them to correct the problem. I ordered sheets of silver stickers and sheets of gold stickers, but they keep sending me silver. When I called the first time, they said they would correct the problem, but got it wrong again. When I called the second time, the lady couldn't find me in their system and there were roosters crowing and dogs barking. Nice to work from home, but I could hardly hear her above the animals.

Used Vistaprint for several relatively small orders over the last 15 years. In the last few years their site has become considerably more complicated but their quality has been fairly good up until the last order of business cards. They decided to put a "25 % Off Your Next Order" phrase on the back side of "EACH" card, At first we just joked about it because we realized that anyone can make a mistake. So, we gave them a call that ended up with us "chatting" with a robot who explained to us how it was all our fault for approving the phrase (which DID NOT happen). There was no sorry for the mix-up and we'll "fix" it for you, etc. Anyhow, we are done with them.

I 100% wish I had shopped locally before ordering from Vistaprint, not once, but twice! I ordered personalized note pads and post its for Christmas gifts and I'm embarrassed to give these out. They are poor quality and truly there is not much to them. Seems like a lot to pay for a couple of pads (I believe 25 pages per pad). The paper is super thin and I'm very disappointed. Most likely will trash these and go to a local print shop to reorder. My picture below shows the thickness of the 2 pads and the top 2-4 pages are blank. Don't waste your money!

I ordered twice from Vistaprint. Both times were a number of personalized mugs. I was happy with the first order and all was excellent which made me order again. The second time though, it was a very poor quality and a couple of mugs handle got disattached from the body as soon as I picked them. I wrote an email to Vistaprint and never heard back from them again. Well, this is a learning experience as I was going to place some other orders through them, but now, I would not really use them again. Not worth it in my opinion. There are other companies that do a way better job.

Pushed out delivery date without telling me. Now I am 6 days away from needing the shirt and I had to cancel my order because it would come too late. Customer service could care less- they just process the return like a robot. Their reason for silently delaying the shirts is because there was a printing problem and was referred to their design team. Probably sitting in a big pile of such printing problems. So.... Bad customer service, bad printing. Stay far far away or regret it.

I ordered a signcaide A-frame sign for my business that was consistently in progress and never printed, August 2024 and never received anything!! I called continually over 10 times and they kept promising that it was in progress and going to ship and I never did. I finally called back October 20, 24 and got a full refund. This is purely a disgusting way to Conduct any business!!! I’m hugely disappointed and will never use Vistaprint again.

I will NEVER use VistaPrint again. I ordered 11 posters and chose the option to have me pick them up at UPS. UPS just called and said it's a $10 fee per box, and that I have FIVE boxes. VistaPrint did not say anything about having to pay to pick up my order, and, WHY put 11 posters in 5 boxes?? Now I have to pay an extra $50 just to get them even though I paid for shipping? This is insane. On top of that, they don't have a working customer service number, so I am now 44th in line to speak with someone online. I'm so annoyed.

I have been a customer of Vistaprint's pro membership for businesses for 1-2 years, and before that I ordered from Vistaprint exclusively for my business, specifically for their stand up envelopes. What has appealed to me in the past is their quick turnaround time, as our company works on tight deadlines. Everything has changed the last 6 months, and the customer service has gone completely downhill.
Over the summer I had a situation where my item wasn't able to be delivered due to an error in VistaPrint's checkout system. I bounced around from customer service agent to customer service agent until the manager promised to directly call to the mail carrier and call me back by the end of business day. We were on a tight deadline and needed the items right away, so haste was important. Instead, she emailed and didn't get back to me for 2 business days. When I told her I couldn't use the items for this project anymore because our deadline was past, she refused to refund me the cost of my order and was argumentative and defensive. When I called back to cancel my account, a manager above her was able to apologize, refund me for the items that I never was able to use, and convinced me to give VistaPrint another chance and keep my account.
Fast forward 2 months later, and I had two back to back orders of stand up envelopes arrive in terrible condition. I had been reordering these envelopes for these products for 2 years and received consistent, high quality results until these orders. The bags were clearly much lower quality, thinner, were split and broken at the seams, melted in the corners, and the edges of the bags were jagged and sharp--one of my employees actually cut herself on the bag. We were able to salvage some of the bags to use in one order, and then when we went to salvage and bag the second order, we realized that the volume of the bag had changed completely and was unable to hold the same amount of product, specifically it held about 30% less product than before, even though it was advertised as the same dimensions and volume as before.
The reason for this was that the base of the bag was heat sealed all the way around about 1/2cm in, which made the bottom of the bag not open up fully and so the usable dimensions of the bag changed. Clearly the company changed manufacturers because the quality and size of the product was completely different for these two separate orders. When I called about the issue, the customer service was robotic and unapologetic. I spoke to 4 different people and every single person said they would look into it and get back to me and follow up, and not one of them did.
Meanwhile, while this is going on, I had several other pending orders for standing envelopes, none of the order statuses were updating on my end of my account. When I asked for an update, I was assured they would arrive on time. The scheduled arrival days came and went and when I emailed to inquired, I was told, unapologetically and without accountability, that the manufacturer had cancelled the order long ago, and I was never notified. So then I was calling vistaprint again, trying to get my order reinstated. Everyone told me the same thing, that they would look into it and try and get the order reprinted and rushed and call me back right away, and no one did. I even got disconnected from a woman, who did seem like she wanted to help, and when I called back they said she was on a new call already but would call me back as soon as she was done. She never called.
Finally, I spoke to someone who did get the orders replaced, but he promised it would be done by the end of the day and it wasn't until two more days that I had even heard back about it, even though he knew the importance of our deadline. And, guess what? None of the ten orders that I have placed since Sep 30 have updated their order statuses in the backend of my account have updated since I have placed them.
Needless to say, it's clear that manufacturers have changed, communication is sloppy, and product quality is poor. I will absolutely be cancelling my account once all of these products have arrived, no one will be able to convince me otherwise this time, and I encourage any business owner not to be fooled by the low minimums and quick turnaround times, you can get these products much cheaper elsewhere with way better customer service if you do a little research.

I sent these to VistaPrint. The ink pen was something special for me and my daughter. I didn't realize that parts of it would get scratched off in my purse. It's of a note that was written by my mother. Why would VistaPrint make ink pens that the designs will be able to have the design scratched off??? The cards that I ordered weren't made to fit the whole card. I am really disgusted and disappointed with VistaPrint. I found another company-Zazzle-which printed my ink pens and cards over (perfection).

I have ordered over $1000.00 worth of promotional materials from Vistaprint with reliable service and fast corrections if needed in the past. However, my last two orders of business cards have met with a disaster with no quick fix and minimized credits of less than half of what I paid. My last order, I made it very clear that I wanted the same background, but a matte finish with raised lettering. I got the same exact order as my first order of poor quality cards with a laminate which was peeling in the box of new cards. I was furious and asked for a full refund with no time to correct the poor quality cards before going to Mine Expo, one of the largest trade shows in the world. Vistaprint people let me down, verbal communication was extremely difficult to understand. Vistaprint, you have lost my business due to a huge decrease in customer service.

We ordered a picture that would adhere to glass. The order itself came on time but the colors were a little off but good enough for what we wanted. However, the packaged was insulting to me. The cover to the picture that was to be peeled off had the company's opinion on abortions. The picture of a baby in the womb with a statement of their opinion on abortions. I spent my money to order something from your company. I did not request the company's opinion or views on what my daughters can or cannot do with their body. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

My experience with Vistaprint has been one of the most disrespectful, frustrating and time-consuming experiences in my professional career. I requested the design team's assistance on 3 projects, paid for the three projects to be completed and their staff assumed one of the projects was a duplicate and cancelled it without notifying me or issuing a refund. I had to call in about this to get my refund for their assumption about my order.
I gave them a second chance on two projects and the designs were created but the design team followed half of the instructions. I asked for a revision and none of the revisions were completed. I had asked to speak to a manager about this and filed a complaint towards the design team and was told I would hear back in 24-48 hours. I also requested a copy of the conversations I had with the staff and was told they don't provide those, in spite of the staff being aware of FOIP. I requested to be connected with their legal team, and I was told I would hear back in 24 hours. It has been five days, and I have not heard from a manager, the legal department and the designs are still not correct.

I placed an order, after a week tracking stopped working, I contacted support and they confirmed it. Order was replaced. The following day I received the original package and it was damaged with part of the order missing. I contacted customer support to confirm it was the original order and the new agent acted as if I was trying to get free items and said “you already had this package replaced for being damaged by the previous agent.” I said “No, It was replaced because it was lost.” Anyway she had an attitude and failed to read her notes then when called out tried to respond by repeating replacement order information and deflecting my questions. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH A COMPANY WHO IS UNPROFESSIONAL. Reading is fundamental. That’s what I get for being honest.

Having to move my business elsewhere. I placed an order on Aug 9 for an event Aug 26. I had an estimated arrival date of Aug 21 (tomorrow) - I messaged using the live chat yesterday as my items had not yet been shipped and was assured everything was fine and my items (750 cards and 4 shirts) would arrive by the estimated date (again, tomorrow). Now 2 of the shirts say Aug 29 (well past my events). So I just did the live chat again and asked. "I apologize about the delay but it seems there was an issue in the production, it will be shipped as soon as possible and we will notify you via email." Which is the most useless response ever...
So I asked "are all the items delayed in production? if not can I cancel the items that are causing the delay?" and just got "I can't provide you with the exact shipping date as it is not available in the meantime from my part." How is this helpful? Who can tell me what is holding up production so I can cancel that item? Now I have to cancel the whole order because no one can bother to tell me what item to cancel so I can at least get the bulk of my order.

Their website was misleading. I had a $64+ order. It said add $35+ to get free shipping. I ended up adding over $800 to my order and never got the free shipping. It was also Tax Free Holiday in my state (which they are supposed to honor). They charged me tax and never corrected it after I reached out multiple times. Probably the last time I will ever order from them.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have never been more disappointed in a service in my entire life. I used a template and their edit tool to design my wedding invitations. After multiple delays, I called customer service and they redid my order. Still more delays. Finally we are able to determine the issue with the printer and we remake the design with a customer service agent and everything seems good. Then I get an email from a different customer service agent about the previous order.
When I explain that I had already been helped and referred to my new order, they REDESIGNED my already approved design without my permission, further delaying my already delayed order and making it look significantly worse than my original concept. Words cannot express my disappointment and frustration because I will no longer be able to send out my wedding invitations on time and I have to start the entire process over with a different company. I will NEVER be using VistaPrint again.

Along with new business cards, I ordered thank you cards and received postcards instead. The ordering process was unclear and one would assume thank you cards are folded and post cards are flat. Nowhere were the words "postcard" used in the description, only "thank you card". I was told that I would need to order the folded cards and no adjustment would be made. Further, I now have useless linen envelopes that were to be used with the cards. In addition, I ordered a pen that was not included in my order. I was only ordering one as a sample to determine if I wanted more. I canceled the pen, as this was my first order with Vistaprint and it will be my last. I own a small, newly-created real estate brokerage and all of our agents will need new business cards, thank you cards, etc. I will definitely steer them in another direction.

I ordered a very simple sticker for an upcoming art show and after 3 weeks, my order still says In Progress. No shipping or tracking info has been provided. This is unacceptable for such a simple, small order. In retrospect, I should have just gone to Staples or somewhere local like that. When I first started using Vistaprint in 2015, I LOVED IT!!! It was easy and they would just make your changes for you if you ask in minutes. Then it changed... I hate it and, they won’t return my money I spent on it with some idiot that I trusted who of course no longer has a number that you can reach. It’s hard to edit anything because they say they will call you back. I have been trying for a week to get someone to help me and not one person has contacted me. I have all the incoming call list, not one from VISTAPRINT. I just tried minutes ago, same old story, someone will call you. Apparently, Florian ** does not read his emails or letters I have sent about the customer service.

Our church ordered retractable banners on May 8th, 2024. The stands were backordered for a while and delayed due to FedEx shipping and processing. As of June 10th, we have received 6 stands for 3 banners, but no banners yet. We are setting up marketing and rebranding strategies for our church, and this is unacceptable in use.

Horrible experience. Ordered 500 wedding invitations and envelopes and only received 60 envelopes. It was time sensitive with us needing to get them out to people who we wanted at our wedding. We talked to 3 different customer service reps who GUARANTEED that we would have a replacement by the end of the next week. They told us they couldn’t do overnight or expedited because they don’t have an option for that. Come the next week and we still haven’t received any tracking or delivery information. Will not be ordering from here again. If you need anything in a timely manner I wouldn’t suggest getting them from here.

Horrible experience with my online order! I uploaded all my trip photos, wanted to make 2 photo books, one as a gift. The website kept freezing when uploading, and I would have to keep going back and starting over and resetting everything. Took about 3 hrs to do! I ordered 8.5x11 landscape but got these tiny little diary-size books! Lol and they charged me $70!! When I called to complain, they told me that's what I ordered and I would have to redo my whole order and pay again. How about you fix your website so the settings don't keeps changing and freezing? My wife who has been a frequent customer of VistaPrint's this past week spent many hours composing a photo book from our vacation on VistaPrint. She paid for it and sent it to be printed. Vistaprint lost it and said they could not print it! Sorry service. Poor follow up and all they agreed to do was refund the money she paid for it but never got the product and they lost her organized photo book in the process and claim they can't recover it. I have asked her to never ever use vistaprint again!

Upon calling customer service I have only been given the run around and promise of a supervisor calling me back. No one has ever called me back to deal with the issue. I made a purchase of two items, both showed shipped. But one was never actually shipped, the shipper had proof and photos. Vistaprint never told me anything, after a month I asked what was happening, at first they didn't believe me, then after I showed all proof they said they would issue a "replacement" then they never did, I emailed them multiple times, no response, then got on chat and they said oh they don't have it. SO will give me a credit!? I had to force them to refund my actual card. After 2 months of headache, them being totally unaccountable I would definitely not purchase from them.

The top 4-5 and bottom 4-5 inches of them were fine, but everything in the middle was blurry and pixelated. VP customer service told me I sent a poor quality image. If you decide to use Vistaprint's services, make sure you follow-up weekly on the status of your order. I placed an order and was promised a delivery date of 04/30/24 but had to cancel the order because they had product issues. It would have been nice to find out this information ahead of time but the day before delivery is unacceptable. Will not be using their services ever again! If you are seeking embroidery services in the Washington D.C. area, I suggest using Custom Ink. They're very professional which is something Vistaprint lacks.

I ordered basic business cards with vibrant colors and large font. The cards I received did have the correct design, but the cards were blurry, dull in color and the font was smaller than appeared on the preview. Absolute waste of money! This was my third and LAST time using Vistaprint. Remember the old saying, Cheaper is not always better!! Lesson learned.

I have always been so impressed with Vistaprint, from their professional, high-quality printing to their incredible customer service! Check out the photos of my gorgeous business cards that they just printed. I created the logo using their free, easy design process. There was an endless amount of options and easy ways to alter them. For business card designs or anything else such as invitations, they have tons of quick templates, or you can create every detail yourself precisely the way you want it. There is no extra charge for adding images, and photos are printed with exact colors and definition.
It’s also so cool to see all of the gifts and products to order with your design and how reasonable they are! I’m personally checking out stickers to seal my baked goods, aprons, T-shirts, and more for my YouTube channel. I made an order on Vistaprint, apparently like other businesses they use fedex as a final mile delivery service. Well in Southern California fedex isn’t reliable, sadly I never received my order. It was only $52 however $25 was shipping for items that were never received.

Paid for priority shipping at $25. VistaPrint's arrival date does not match UPS. The late arrival does not work for this order, which is why I ordered priority shipping. Called VistaPrint, an agent told me I needed to call UPS - doesn't make sense because I am not the Shipper, but I did so, only to be told VistaPrint needs to call them. Called VistaPrint many times in search of a more competent customer service agent who can actually solve this issue rather than offer me a $25 credit (what good does that do? The whole batch is unneeded if you don't deliver it to me on time). Very jaded with the customer service experience. Not all agents were unhelpful but overall a terrible experience. Deeply regret not reading the customer reviews on other aggregate sites - many people mention this shipping problem.

Hard no on Vistaprint. Never again will I waste my time with them. I opted for the standard shipping on 4/11/24. The site said that was 6-8 business days - for standard business cards and notecards. Nothing premium or extra. When checking out, my estimated date of arrival was 5/16/24. Over a month for shipping of standard cards? I then spent an hour on the phone with customer service who could not find my account, then had to get her supervisor to help find my account, and in the end, could not help me and told me I didn't listen to her so it wasn't her fault. I guess you get what you pay for. Vistaprint may be cheap, but time is worth a lot and it just got wasted. Word to the wise, save yourself the hassle.

I ordered a rubber stamp from VistaPrint. It arrived without the label on top that indicates what the stamp says and what the orientation is. I chatted with them and told them the problem. They sent me another stamp, and when it arrived guess what…it was EXACTLY like the first (incorrect) stamp! Unbelievable. These folks can’t do ANYTHING right. Do yourself a favor and avoid VistaPrint — they’re a waste of your time and your money! Totally incompetent!!!

I understand that mistakes happen, but what I don't understand how can a company as big as Vistaprint can take "responsibility" for their mistake but refuse to reprint the banner and ship it to us on time for our trade show. I wasn't able to see the delivery date until I paid for product. This is either not provided or difficult to find during ordering. The product was shipped too late to use. I tried to cancel product immediately but was unable to. Multiple attempts to cancel product via email contact was useless, the sign was shipped anyway and I was billed for useless product. I asked to be refunded or credited the amount which Instaprint refused to do. During this whole time I never was able to speak with customer service and email responses from them were robotic and not helpful. I will never use this company again.

I had ordered a baseball cap from Vista Print with my company logo on it. When it arrived, I wrote a review that while the hat was of good quality, I wasn't happy with how the logo on the front turned out. Much to my surprise, another cap arrived today from Vista Print and they made changes to the print of my logo on the cap and it looked really good. I didn't expect anything from them and was totally surprised and blown away that they cared enough to make things right. The products I have bought from Vista print have all turned out really nice and with my recent experience with their exceptional customer service, I will continue to purchase products from them and now I have the added trust that they will look out for me. So, first of all, designing my stuff was so amazing and simple. I placed my order, then had a couple of edits to make THE NEXT DAY! I called twice. The first call, they answered in a minute or so of waiting and then they finished the edit in about 1-2 minutes. (Once your order is submitted, users can't technically edit their stuff without the help of the staff.) Then, I noticed ANOTHER small error on the stamper that I needed corrected, I called them, AGAIN, and they were so helpful, all of the editing was done in minutes.
3 days after placing the order, all of my things arrived promptly! At first, I noticed the stamper was still the unedited version and I was upset, however I received another package the next day with my edited stamper. Fantastic! I wasn't charged anything extra and I'm just very pleased. The customer service here is by far some of the best I've ever experienced.

I have been using Vistaprint since 2009 and cannot say enough about their high level of customer service. Most recently my pro advantage account had lapsed because we switched credit cards. Unknowingly, we place a large order and caught the issue a month after it had invoiced and been paid. When I contacted Nicholas in their CS department he had me reestablish our pro advantage account with the updated credit card information and then promptly issued me a credit for what our bill would have been for the large order, almost $500! Again, Vista Print is the best!

I have used this website for years for my business and ever since the merge with WIX, everything has changed for the WORST. I can barely maneuver the site anymore and they overcharge literally for everything while not being able to get your order right at the same time. Customer service is trash and you can't get any help when orders are wrong. I will not be using Vistaprint again and have found a new more affordable and user-friendly site with great products.

I've had printing issues in the past with VistaPrint but I stuck with them. And as usual I have another printing issue with business cards and this time they will not replace them for me or give me a refund. Do yourself a favor and don't use VistaPrint. I was a long time loyal customer and now I have to look for a new printing company. I'm shocked...

We called to get help placing our order for invitations. The representative asked if we wanted the free white envelopes and we said we did. The order came without envelopes and customer service refused to send them. We had to purchase custom envelopes on a separate order. When I called, they refused to let me speak with a supervisor and would not send the envelopes that should have come with the invitations. Customers beware! I believe this is an intentional method of upselling. We had NO choice except to order custom envelopes or throw away the invitations. I do NOT recommend doing business with this organization.

I ordered business cards in premium paper and matte print, I received a super rough feeling front cards and almost glossy back, the customer service insisted that this is how matte goes even though I ordered matte cards many many times before from different companies and that was not what I received and I expected, don’t waste your money with them!

Website building is a scam. Price increased at least 3xs. Originally $18 a month. Is now $29 as well as ANOTHER monthly charge from WIX which from my understanding from the representative I spoke with is another $29. VistaPrint first transferred these websites to Hover then to WIX in an extremely confusing manner and as a result has jeopardized my business. Now my domain name is no longer mine and I will have to find a different company to work with as this feels extremely unethical. On another note from the beginning I had difficulties with my VistaPrint website--including the fact that they wouldn't let me upload enough photos to my site and I have their emails to back up that this was their error!!!

They say satisfaction guaranteed. While they do not verify the file the client wishes to print nor do they guide their clients. So if the reproduction is of poor quality; so only when you complain of products of poor quality; only then will they verify the file and say that it’s the client’s fault. This process should be inverted so that they would only produce products of quality. But this in no way seems a concern of this company.

I ordered my visiting cards. I was in hurry as I was going on vacations. They helped me online in designing the cards and delivered at my home address after printing even before the committed timelines. The quality was good and appreciable service.

I love Vistaprint. I have used them many times. The problem is when they delivered my calendar, it was snowing that day and the chair they left it on had water on it. It came in thick packaging, but my calendar was still damp. My suggestion if at all possible is that you put it in a plastic bag before putting it in the envelope. I hope this gets to the right person.

An order was submitted for Vistaprint to print banners promoting Ceasefire. After 3 days, Vistaprint refused to print the banners. The banners did not call for any illegal action. Instead it called for preventing deaths.

Be careful doing business here. They offer something and then do another. There is never anyone to solve a problem. Try getting your money back after cancelling. You might have to wait a month! Not safe! BEWARE OF VISTAPRINT! Shop around. Much better printing and marketing options available!

The quality of the mugs is flawless. But with delivery they’re haphazard and all over the map. Not only will they not send your items in one delivery they won’t even always send all items in the same segment of the delivery. And when customer service is confronted…as is almost always the case if customer service is outsourced…Instead of taking the time to actually troubleshoot the issue….they give scripted copy and paste replies. Which often doesn’t give a reasonable relevant answer to your question.

Order my Christmas cards, got empty envelopes. Called customer service which is call service in Philippines. No help whatsoever. My cards arrived one day before Christmas. They mess my order. Still did not overnight. Never will order with Vistaprint again!

I admit, I ordered my Christmas cards a little late this year, but I had it planned out that the day I received them, I would be going to the post office so they’d be picked up before the end of the day, and people would still be getting them by Xmas… had I received the personalized envelopes that I had ordered with the cards. I received the cards, but no envelopes that I had paid for! It was too late to go and buy envelopes the size that is needed, and then fill out addresses that I had paid to be printed on the envelopes already. I’m just so disappointed. But the real kicker is I then had to call them and beg to get my money back for an item I never received!

Vistaprint customer service is quick to respond but not super helpful. They have been rude numerous times and refuse to provide files of your designs. The designs will get deleted and they attempt to charge to remake. Business cards have a decent print quality, but take a while to arrive. Their customer service chat is usually somewhat timely to respond but consistently unhelpful. I would likely recommend a different company for business cards that allows you to save your designs yourself so they don't lose anything when you reorder or just make it in Photoshop yourself.

Oh my goodness, you can't make this stuff up. Every time I have called Vista Print with an issue, it would appear that I get the same ladies on the phone during the week that want to argue. I ordered 2 T shirts, which took 3 orders and 6 shirts with multiple deliveries before they got it right. It was their system that kept printing the crest in the incorrect sport even after explaining. 1st time across the stomach, then they argued that I placed the crest wrong on the shirt? After they accepted that it was their fault, they shipped another 2 tshirts with cards (a second corrected order) that were finally printed on only one side. But these t Shirts were printed with half the crest??? Again when I called she wanted to argue that it was my crest that I uploaded but worked on everything else.
It was at this time that I spoke to a man who accepted that they made the mistake and I had to explain where to put the crest on the t shirt which just today showed up corrected after 3 times and 6 t shirts. This man tells me, "Did you know that your mouse pads are ordered without crests?" I said, "That is very odd cause when you upload your crest it gives you options of product you can get with the CREST ON THEM." So I told him, "Obviously you have an issue with your software." "No worries," he said. "I will take care of it and I will have the crest added to it." I just received the mouse pads to give out as Christmas presents with NO CRESTS.
I cannot believe how much of a horrible experience this has been trying to get things done before Christmas. Started the 24 Nov and still they have only got the pens right. I have one final piece of the puzzle that was ordered and I'm really biting my lip on this entity on how much they argue. There is no quality control on anything being shipped out. Nothing at all. I could not stay on the phone anymore. You call they know who you are. They argue with you over the phone. These ladies speaking about the orders saying what was ordered on it then ask you .. "What is your order number??" Are you kidding me. This is the last time. LAST time. I would not recommend this entity to do anything of any quality. I am not at all happy with my 14 interactions over 3 orders. The time wasted is astounding.

I ordered a couple of sweatshirts, pants, and shirts and the quality is not worth the price tag. First of all, they printed my logo on the back side and not the front of the sweatpants. The sweatshirt's sizing is for smaller than usual people. I contacted customer support and for one of my hoodies the representative kept saying it was human error that we made and they don't accept returns. What about the human error they made by lying about quality, fabric and sizing? Will never use them again for our company.

Have used Vistaprint for wall calendars before. NEVER AGAIN!!! My wife spent hours arranging photos and then I entered over 80 dates (birthdays, anniversaries etc). Came to final "add to basket" and their website deleted EVERY date! My wife ordered it anyway so she could hand write in the dates. It arrived and the quality was not as good as prior years. Also the Month and Year was not printed at the top of each calendar page. Customer service is pathetic. I sent them an email requesting a refund and despite their "satisfaction guaranteed" claim on their website never heard anything back.

I waited 2 weeks for my order that never came. I was informed by customer service to follow up with USPS. When I did They said it was a company error. Moral of the story no one knew where it was and both were pointing fingers at the other. Vistaprint said they'd reship me another order but the issue is the inconvenience of the WAIT and me not having my cards for a very important event. I won't order there again. Sorry.

I used VistaPrint to order business cards and they look awful. In their online design, my logo is centered. When I look at my business cards, the logo is off-center. They also did the same to a couple T-shirts with the logo on it, it is nowhere near where their designer picture shows it. I will never order from them again.

I cannot express my level of disappointment with Vistaprint's abysmal service. Initially, they failed to include our crucial logo on the ordered materials, which was a critical oversight for our event. Their promise of a replacement delivery by Friday, October 6th, was nothing more than a cruel joke. As October 11th passed, still, the materials were nowhere in sight, despite their assurances. Once delivered the materials yet again did not include the important logo.
To add insult to injury, a subsequent call to Vistaprint resulted in yet another botched attempt. The person I spoke with assured me a full re-send of the order, only to be met with yet another delivery devoid of our logo. This cycle of incompetence is beyond frustrating. Regrettably, I'm now forced to seek an alternative vendor with a rush order to salvage our event this weekend. Vistaprint's repeated failures have not only cost us time, but also money and trust in their services. I implore anyone considering Vistaprint to think long and hard. Their track record of over-promising and under-delivering is nothing short of a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable partner for your printing needs.

I have had a Vista Print account since 2015. My website that I've been paying $35.00 a month for that entire time is gone. All that $3,360 down the tubes. I have no website to use or even reference to build a new one. The customer service phone number is no longer active. The chat does not work and the email system that states they will get back to you in 24 hours does not work either. I'm still waiting days later. How many millions or billions of dollars are consumers going to lose because of this problem? There have been similar complaints from other consumers and I think a class action should be considered unless they can fix the problem.

My website that was with them is not functioning well at all since moving to Wix. I have called multiple times and they are still struggling without repair. In addition to website competitive nature has been compromised. I am very unhappy, they cannot go back to a previous state.

Timing and shipping were all fine. The website design was a bit cumbersome and out of date - you can design faster on a phone app with many companies than their website, but it was good enough to get the wanted result. My biggest problem was the amount of wasted plastic used to ship and package items. With a bulk order they individually wrapped each item in plastic, every mug, every tote bag. It’s egregious and self centered to live in this world of climate change and mass produce stupid and totally unnecessary waste. The plastic didn’t even protect the mugs from getting banged and dented.
Upgrade the packing company for goodness sakes and if they won’t change, get people who care about the future of the planet and save on your unnecessary plastic costs and know how to roll up aluminum mugs in the tote bags they are shipped with instead of individually wrapping every item like a individually packaged slice of American cheese!

Vistaprint has provided a quality product at a reasonable price over the past couple of years; however, that is no longer the case. We placed a postcard order February 2023 - regular price $141 for 250 postcards and only 6 months later the price is now $527! How is this possible? I called to speak with a customer service rep and she confirmed the price change and could not provide an explanation. Unfortunately, we will have to take our business elsewhere.

A couple of months ago, Vistaprint customers were notified that their websites would be migrating to Vistaprint/Wix. Customers were informed it would be a seamless merger, maybe a one day process in which a website would be unavailable. Well, today is 9/25/23 and my website has been down since 9/15/23. TEN days. At this point we have lost revenue, and people who are looking for us think we are out of business. I have contacted Vistaprint via chat numerous times, and have received numerous reasons why. The last reason was that the website migration failed because the website is too large. I was pleasant on the chats, bc the person I was speaking to each time wasn’t the problem. This morning, I find I’ve been blocked on chat. What a way to run a business. So I called them instead. With no answers as to when my website will be fully migrated. I am beyond disgusted with their service.

They made a very poor quality, off centered copy of the card sent to them with a phone number update. We received 200 copies of the card with a handwritten phone number on them!!! The card was sent to provide the style and new phone number — not to be duplicated. NOT PROFESSIONAL!

Very disappointed in this company. Will not use in the future or recommend them. Ordered 500 business cards, but needed to make an a change, called to make a small change. Talked to a employee to correct the information. He said better to cancel the first order and re-order so he did. When I received my 500 business cards, they were correct, a week later they sent another 500 cards with the wrong information on them and charge me twice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have used Vistaprint for several orders and different items with success. The last order I just received of custom (10 each of 20 different photos) note cards printed with my supplied images is probably the best yet. My provided images for the front cover are sharp and true to color and perfectly printed on the back side. I could not be happier. For those who complain I must say ordering custom items takes time on your part, to be sure all changes you made are to your liking. I would not suggest rushing thru this process and to review every item for accuracy. I had made several changes along the way on this large $$ order and it required that I double and triple check everything before hitting that final button. Vistaprint; thank you for such great service and product.

I used Vistaprint from 2003-2010 when I owned 3 small businesses. I relied on them for all my printing needs. They provided quality products and great customer service. Well, I ordered 2 business return address self-inking stamps and one personal/home stamp now. I was so disappointed. I used their customer service person to help me create the orders and get the sizing right. I ordered 2 medium-sized business stamps because she assured me that the inked portion would be 2" wide. And I ordered a small stamp for my home address. I was very frustrated when I received them because they were both SMALL...too small to use as a return address stamp AND they were the same size.
Two different customer service people tried to rectify the situation and were very nice but I realized that I was never going to be able to get the correct size due to their product limitations. I decided to find business return address stamps elsewhere (and I did, for half the price.) The 2nd customer service person I got was kind, professional and helpful. She ended up ordering a home address stamp for me in the correct size and using a credit from the business order. I appreciated her working with me on that. It's still frustrating that I ended up, essentially, paying $50 for ONE home address self-inking stamp. And it's nothing fancy. UGH! I do not recommend VistaPrint for return address stamps but would still use them for printed materials.

I have used Vista Print's website builder platform for a few years now. Every now and then I have had issues with emails not being able to send properly which was very frustrating as a business owner. One of the worst things that happened was their recent website migration process, in which they changed to Wix, and it screwed up the design of my website that I have worked very hard on. After the migration, it looked like a 5 year old created my website, and there was a random pineapple background on my website. There was no solution to fix my website design in a timely manner, and I could not rely on their staff to fix it in time. Again I had to work hard on my own website to get the job done. Whoever decided to do website migration without follow up is extremely unprofessional.

30+ years I have ordered cards from Vista Print and never been as upset over an orders as now. I ordered USA Flag cards and they placed a BIG white square over the flag with my print inside the box. I expected the print to be on the Flag itself not hiding most of it with this white box.

We order a few dozen shirts with the same graphic file as a local vendor has used for a decade and has made super looking shirts with. The shirts come in from Vistaprint and the logo looks distorted and jagged around the edges. Contacted vistaprint and they blamed it on the graphics that I submitted and refused to do anything about it. How did the local company make the same shirt from the same graphic file look good? I wouldn't order anything from this company. Look for a shop near you where you can get better treatment and you won't get stuck with hundreds of dollars worth of worthless shirts.

First order arrived late and was printed poorly. After many phone calls, they decided to replace the order and give me a small credit. Second shipment was printed worse than the first. After two weeks of calling and being told I would be called back, someone finally did get back to me and agreed to replace the order AND give me a full refund. 3 days later my order was entirely cancelled because the item color I wanted was now out of stock. I had to change to an entirely different color that was not ideal, and they refused to expedite the order. I have missed multiple marketing opportunities and spent way too much time on the phone dealing with customer "service" people, and I still do not have what I ordered.

Vistaprint's objective is to make sure their customers feel very frustrated, angry and stressed out as frequently as possible. I have proof: They moved or merged with Wix & I had 56 folders and a 107 contacts in my business email and all of them disappeared from my email account. These are folders with important legal communications in them I can never retrieve. They Clearly did this to us without warning because they hate us.
Also they started making their website almost impossible for a user to navigate by changing terms and removing labels and categories. I needed replace 1 very legally significant word on my website - Should have taken under 5 seconds...but in my account the label "Websites" had been completely removed. Now the only options are "orders, Projects, uploads, design services, account settings". Instead of a 2 second adjustment I had to take 600 times more time (literally) & actually call And speak to an agent just to figure out how to get to my website. They REALLY hate us.
I was told They replaced the "My Websites" tab with "digital marketing" but no one knows that means "website" and Their agent (7/5/23 at 9:40am PST) stated the term "website" Means exactly the same thing as "digital marketing". Completely untrue - 1) no 1 knows that and 2) a website is a thing & digital marketing is an activity - Tried begging with them to simplify and use terms everybody understands, but they will not listen because they hate us
Also if they remove one of your websites because your card got compromised and you forgot to load a new 1 THEY HAVE MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE To tell which De-provisioned website is the one you to click on to reactivate because they now label ALL canceled websites "deprovisioned" - They completely removed the name the URL out of your websites list so they all look exactly the same. If you have 10 websites that got decommissioned And only need to re-activate 4 of them, it will take you a good 30-40 minutes on the Phone to figure out how to identify which ones You want to reactivate.
Once again it would only take you maybe 2 seconds to click on the website you wish to reactivate, but instead you need to spend (literally) 500 times more time & energy on the phone and get hold of an agent who can Through the very complicated process of tell you which one of these "deprovisioned" websites re-named With extremely complicated code instead of your URL something like "dogtoys.com" that was dr provisioned.
When you re-label things With complicated code or unclear terminology so that it takes your customers 500, 600, or a 1000 times more time (15-25 minutes to access & do Things that used to only take 2-5 seconds) you REALLY Hate your customers. It is clear vista print hates their customers because they are pretty consistent with making sure that we spend hundreds of times more time than necessary Navigating simple tasks that used to Not need an agent, and only take a couple of seconds. I can't think of any other reason for doing all this except that you hate your customers and want them to feel frustrated and super stressed out as frequently as possible.

Ordered some flyers from Vistaprint. Never received them. Called and was basically told that once the order is out for delivery there is nothing that they could do. The customer service representative did not seem to care about finding a resolution, she just told me that I could reorder and pay again. Did not offer to look into where my flyers were delivered or, when they were delivered. Simply didn't care. I will NOT use VistaPrint again and recommend strongly for anyone looking for printing, look elsewhere. You cannot change don't care. Don't care is very risky business, could be costly like it is for me. Stay away from this company!!

I went to VistaPrint to get my wedding invitations printed. Upon looking at other vendors, they seemed like a good choice, and they offered an expedited shipping time frame that met our needs as we wanted to turn the invitations around quickly. The invitations arrived on time, but that is where the positives end. We ordered, and paid for, the additional feature of having the invitee list printed onto our invitations. After several go-arounds with customer service to figure out their template (which does not make sense if you send the invite to ANYONE other than a single name - somehow sending an invite to a couple is complicated for their template), we finally provided the final guest list to their specifications.
Upon receipt, only half of the address list has been printed onto invitations. We call and ask why. It turns out they have a 33 character limit for ALL names combined on their invitations; this gets communicated absolutely NOWHERE throughout the process of ordering the product. Just a fun little surprise to screw you over after wasting your time. Basically, you cannot fit two full names on an invite - which is baffling. There is evidently no way to fix this either - we tried 4 different customer service reps.
This business simply does not have the capability to provide this service, and they are not forthright with this information whatsoever. So now, we are out of luck because they simply cannot print the information. The print shop is incapable of printing. They wasted over a week of our time when we were already in need of a quick turnaround. Now we get to start all over elsewhere. Stay away from this company. They cannot be trusted.

Update: after 1 day after making a complaint via an email where I explained the business card quality problems, the company quickly replied and made a full refund (had offered in previous email they could do a reprint or store credit as well), apologized the for substandard print quality and that I was disappointed. I appreciate a fair, fast resolution to a problem after paying so much and for the respectful customer service. I’ll update the initial 1 star rating to 2 stars.

2 issues to be aware of: Vistaprint shows clear colors and crisp photos while designing online, which *don’t* look half as nice in real life- to the point both sets of my new business cards are unusable, dull and cheap looking. I’ve contacted them via email and want a full refund (having paid over $100) but I bet they’ll just offer more store credit which I don’t want. It’s obvious from other reviews here others had quality problems too. (Wish I would’ve seen these honest reviews before ordering!)
Second issue: I was nudged to place an order after seeing a 25% off discount code for a new customer sign up and tried using it- it wasn’t applied when the total paid came up though it was automatically applied when I started. When I contacted customer service they couldn’t/didn’t offer to adjust the amount paid as I expected, but just credited my account with the difference I overpaid. I feel ripped off.
Wish I hadn’t placed an order and regret ever trying them, thinking they could get new high quality (or at least useable!) cards to me quickly. Don’t fall for it unless you have cards printed in black ink on a white background in a basic font. In other words blah and boring.. which you can surely get printed elsewhere locally for half the cost.

When I've experienced a problem with my first order, the customer service representative was quick to help me. Worst experience ever. My first order and last with this company. When I placed my order Thursday May 4th, there was a day of Sunday May 7th for 34.99 for shipping. I have never paid that much for shipping but I absolutely needed this product by Monday May 8. The website after paying for it changed the receivable date to May 9 and still charged me 34.99 for a 3-4 day time frame. Absolute fraud as far as I'm concerned. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE.

The material is very poor quality and the price they charge is so high I expected other material. The print is a completely different color than my logo and lousy print quality that those shirts are only to throw away. NO USE. THIS COMPANY IS MONEY LOST.

I spent hours… days collectively, going over the details of our logo with a “Vistaprint designer” (who I believe was just some guy in India to whom they outsource). We went back and forth several times… he sent me a proof, I corrected it and sent it back to him. EIGHT hours later the logo finally looked perfect and I approved it. The software that converts the printed logo to an embroidered one is apparently extremely flawed and difficult for the designer to use. Then a couple days later Vistaprint sent me a proof. Nothing like the logo I just approved. I called and sat with a designer for 2 more hours to correct it. A week or so later I received the product with a logo nothing like the one I just approved. This sequence repeated itself 2 more times before I just canceled my order and went elsewhere. I honestly have no clue as to how these folks stay in business. This company wins my worst Quality Control Award EVER.

Vistaprint is going through a merger with Wix. They have completely disrupted businesses with inoperable calendars. Calendar invitations are disappearing, recipients are unable to see links to join meetings, calendar invites are unable to show on phone and saved information within the invites is disappearing. This has gone on for over a month with little to no sense of urgency to correct the problem. You are kind of trapped if your website and email is with this organization. We were holding out to see if Wix would be any better but it seems at this point we will have to explore other options. This is a time commitment that cost us money. I would strongly recommend using someone other than Vistaprint.

I have used Vistaprint for years. I placed an order today and decided I need to make a change on my Business Cards I ordered and paid for. I googled how to call Vista Print on the number provided. A young lady named Shanna answered the phone and she was so Helpful, Friendly, Smart as can be, and she got everything fixed for me within minutes. Extremely pleasant. I have been going to Vistaprint for several years for business cards. Their website is easy to use, you can have them help you create a design, or you can upload your own design. The quality is great and so are the prices. But most of all, the customer service is great! Whenever I have a question or a problem, I can call or chat with them and they always solve my problem quickly. I would recommend them to everyone.

I'm been with Vistaprint Digital Marketing for a long time. Recently going on 8 days now My webmail has stopped working. I was told that I had to change The (DNS) information on my Domain hosting page. Which I did, I was told that it would take 12-24 hours after that time still nothing, then I was told that it would take 48 hours, still nothing. At one point when speaking with a rep, they were rude. The problem is on their end. I have taken time out of my day to assist. It's going on 8 days, they said that engineers and investigating the issue.
At this point, they have stopped responding to my email Ticket that was created. I had to shut down my contact section on my webpage because I will not get their questions. I have a lot of business stuff connected to this email and I have lost contact with Customers, suppliers and in my case, a lawyer with a matter I'm dealing with in court for a tenant issue. Luckily I was able to do a workaround with my other email. At the time of this posting, I still do not have my webmail up and working with no response or any knowledge that they are even still working on my issue. Very disappointed, they've been helpful in the past. I'm not sure what has changed with this issue at hand.

Ever since Promotique left Vistaprint quality and availability has suffered. I have not been able to fulfill several orders and the last one was fulfilled terribly. The log was tiny, wrong font, and nothing like what was submitted. Will go local from now on.

I ordered thank you cards for my wife’s small business and they canceled the order and said my payment didn’t go through my account. Says the money was put back in my account after being put on hold. Guess they hit a wrong button and blamed us.

I spent three months designing and perfecting my new business card and I spared no time or expense when I placed my order: top-quality card stock, foil trim, eye-catching color and design on front and back. $72 total and worth every penny, I believed. Previous card orders had come tightly packaged with plastic overwrap for protection. But how did this premium order arrive? In a cheap card box dumped within a flimsy jumbo box, which had been torn in transit. Neither the cards nor the card box had the plastic overwrap and the lid had come partly open, so the cards were exposed on a rainy day. I did get them safely home, no thanks to Vistaprint. The beautiful cards deserved better.

Don't use Vistaprint if you need to access or edit your domain name server (DNS) records. They will make it impossible to do so. I used them to design my website and have been given the runaround for a week now and their customer and tech service are incompetent and inexperienced. I have been told: 1) they can't access my DNS records (wrong!); 2) a company where I registered my domain controls the DNS records (wrong again!); 3) had the incorrect DNS record edited when I specified which domain name record to edit; 4) to wait 24-48 hours for Google to update the record when it should happen within minutes (Google continuously updates data).
Even the folks at Hover.com where I had registered my domain were tearing their hair out on my behalf. Not to mention the fact that their templates are lame.... I went with them when I didn't know any better. I am going with a website designer and can't wait to get away from Vistaprint. I'm only hoping and praying they will actually transfer my domain names to new servers once I have a new website. I don't know if they're competent enough to do that....

We ordered business cards and postcards through Vistaprint. We got the business cards fairly quickly, but the postcards never came. After two weeks of waiting we called. They said the money never went through. We asked why they didn't email us, or let us know as our business marketing team was now delayed. They apologized, and tried giving us a discount. The same 20% discount they give anyone whose order is over $75.

I ordered a set of these and utilized Vistaprint’s custom design tool to choose my image and text. My order arrived and the image had been resized and the text moved by the production/print team. I contacted customer service about the matter and was told they would be reprinted for me. When that order arrived, the same problem existed. I contacted customer service yet again and provided pictures of the incorrect labels and the design proof of what I had submitted. The proof showed that the design was submitted within all of the correct parameters. I was assured that the problem would be brought to the attention of the production/print teams and that they would “make it right”.
A third set arrived, exactly the same as the two prior. Completely baffled as to how they can keep making the same error over and over. Customer service basically offered plenty of bizarre platitudes (“It's absolutely great to hear from you today and I hope you're having a pretty awesome day so far”) but never took care of the problem. I now have plenty of useless return labels. I did receive a refund for them (at least they printed my checks correctly and shipped them quickly). Be warned, if you use the custom design tool you may not get what you created. Definitely get a refund if they screw them up. I’ll be looking for someone else to print my return labels for me as this was a frustrating and crappy experience that wasted a lot of my time. Very strangely, I could submit a review for my checks which were fine but not for these return labels - it appears my one-star review was being blocked. Hmmm...

Ordered business checks from VistaPrint on 12-15-22. Today is 1-4-23 and still no checks, despite their guarantee of delivery by 12-28-22. Upon calling, the 1st answer was that the checks were delivered on 12-24-22, but no one signed for them. Seriously, business checks were delivered without requiring a signature for proof of delivery? I've been waiting for those checks to complete the process of changing banks. I would have known if they arrived! This woman tells me she'll resend the checks, since they have no idea what happened to the first order.
When I resisted that idea, she then recommended to issue a full refund and I can (waste more time) and create a whole new order. With such a lame answer, I demanded to speak to a supervisor. When confronting this 2nd person with why business checks were delivered without requiring a signature for proof of delivery, plus now who is responsible if identity theft occurs or if someone else tries to use those checks in some nefarious way, this supervisor put me on hold for a long time and then came back with a totally different story - telling that they are having a big problem with orders being returned and never actually delivered.
Now I ask her, "Why was I not notified that the checks were returned, supposedly over 1 week ago?" They still charged my credit card, but had no intention of advising that I was never going to see those checks (if it is actually true). Through this drama, I also learned their customer service is based out of Jamaica. Bottom line, today I received a credit for the full amount on the check order for 2 business accounts - and will never use VistaPrint for anything, ever again!

I ordered some business cards with embossing on top and not on bottom. Three times, they arrived fully embossed. Vistaprint kept redoing the order and making the same mistake three times in a row. Today they arrived for the fourth time and they are cut completely off center with mismatched margins. When I called to have them redo our order a fifth time, I was told that "Our order can't be redone. A machine cuts the business cards, and we can't guarantee that it will cut it so it has even margins". This is an unacceptable answer. I have given Vistaprint quite a bit of business over the last 8 years, but I will not be using them again because of all of these mishaps and terrible customer service. Four times, and I still don't have a business card I can use!

I ordered a package a custom puzzle of an image that I really loved and I couldn't find a puzzle anywhere else. I have wanted this for a while and I found Vistaprint who said that I could get that puzzle so I ordered it and then while I was waiting for my email confirmation I saw that it was canceled so I contacted them and they said the bank didn't let the money go through. So I went back to the website to see if I can order it again and monitor my bank account. When I found out that the option for a custom puzzle was no longer there and I was very upset and disappointed because this had been something I had waited for, for a very long time and was so excited to get it when it never showed up.

I placed an order for customized cups, expecting delivery within a few weeks. After two weeks and no communication from Vistaprint, I checked my order and it showed canceled (not by me). When I called, the customer service representative said there may have been a processing glitch and apologized. I asked why they hadn't contacted me or tried to process it again and he again apologized and offered a discount, but why would I give them any of my money at that point? For the record, my card was fine and I confirmed with my bank they had no record of a charge tried for the purchase amount. It is ridiculous that a company just cancels the order when the problem was on their end, and leaves the customer without even a notification they aren't processing an order that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I will never use them again.

These paper coasters don't look like the design. They look, feel, and are cheap. They are not good enough to use, really. I figured at the very least they'd be useful for single use, being paper, but they don't look good enough for that. I didn't use the most advanced design in the world. Ultimately very disappointing. I bought a few other items. Some great. Some terrible. There should be a consistent standard across products. As it stands I don't know what I'd get if I bought from them again.

Vistaprint's February 2022 website interface updates have made the consumer creative experience increasingly difficult, not easier. I have been using Vistaprint for many years to create my annual calendars and Christmas cards, however, this new interface has made it so difficult and so not consumer friendly that I have decided not to create my calendar this year. It is unfortunate as many family and friends looked forward to receiving my calendar every year. I have spoken to two of their agents and no one has been able to help resolve these issues.

Placed an order for a rubber stamp containing four words. Received confirmation via email and was provided a date by which the order would be delivered. When the order did not arrive by that date, I called customer service to determine its status. I was told that the order had not been transferred to production and that nothing had been done with respect to it to this point. I told them to cancel the order, credit my credit card, which had already been charged, and remove me from their database. As you might imagine, I will never do business with Vista print again.

I am a tattoo artist and ordered more embroidered hats for my business since I LOVE the quality and aesthetic of the first hat. Unfortunately, my newest order was missing one hat and UPS smashed + crudely taped the box. Luckily, Vistaprint packaged everything in tightly sealed bags so nothing was damaged. I contacted Vistaprint late last night and Wacef - a customer service specialist - responded with a resolution early this morning. Not only was I refunded for the missing hat, he is sending a replacement free of charge. I 100% recommend Vistaprint - I plan on ordering only from them because I am extremely pleased with Wacef’s professionalism and prompt assistance.

We have been doing all of our printing through Vistaprint for many years- business cards, flyers, postcards, banners & lots of calendars. Up until this project started October 2022, we have had WONDERFUL experiences with Vistaprint & recommended them enthusiastically every chance we got. Now, the HUGE, NUMEROUS, RIDICULOUS & UNRESOLVED problems we’re having with uploading our files & printing our calendars has me here heartbroken to say that some things have gone dramatically wrong with Vistaprint. I am STILL trying to resolve the project-ruining problems in their editor & huge pricing bugs in checkout. Unless there is some huge resolution to address the many HOURS of time I have wasted trying to do what used to be so effortless & wonderful with Vistaprint, this will be my last time as a client. My overall experience with Vistaprint has been great always. The recent purchase that I made of 2 standees for an event.... one of them turned out to have a quite small yet visible dent at the bottom part. Making sure that I bring this to Vistaprint's notice but online I couldn't find any section to review the product on the website. Since I've paid a huge amount for this, I expected the quality to be top notch. Nevertheless.... I hope something like this is not repeated again.

I placed an order that was time sensitive. Their promise date was a week ahead of my need so I thought I had plenty of time. The day before my business cards were to be delivered, I received a refund to my bank account without explanation. After spending 45 minutes in a chat with a representative, it turns out they did not have the paper I requested. Instead of contacting me for a different choice they waited till the last minute and canceled. I still had a week before my trade show but they were unwilling or unable to deliver my cards. When I asked for them to expedite this order their response was "Sorry".

One thing that I HATE the most in a business is getting the "run around". Each of the 3 times that I have TRIED, unsuccessfully, to order a retractable banner for my business, I just got the runaround. The first time after waiting several weeks for my product, I learn that Vistaprint canceled my order WITHOUT even notifying me of the issue, which was an unclear image. Ok, I get that, but why wasn't I notified? I only found out by going into my account and seeing "CANCELED"!!! I resubmitted another image and was told that this image was acceptable and that the product was being completed and would arrive in a couple of days.
The day after being notified of this, I receive a call from Vistaprint that they could NOT complete this order because of the image unclarity. Why was I told that the image was a clear and acceptable one only to find out that that was a BALD FACE LIE?!! I had my payment refunded NOT credited but REFUNDED!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT USING VISTAPRINT AGAIN!!!

We've been loyal customers of Vistaprint for years and this is the first time that I had an issue with an order. I ordered stickers with a total value of 143.00 and the preview look good but when I received the final product. The title was off, other letters were too close to the image. I have reviewed the order over and over again and can't figure out why Vistapritn sent me those stickers like that. Disappointed.

I ordered 3000 6"x9" business cards from VistaPrint in 2018, I was very pleased! June 2022 I ordered 3000 of the same cards, same design, premium card stock. The cards were flimsy, the weight of each card WAS less than the cards from my original order. Also, the words were overlapping the bottom of the main collage picture!
Vistaprint sent a replacement set, still on the flimsy card stock, this second set the pictures in the collage were floating all over, not aligned and not even the same size!! VistaPrint refunded my order, gave me a discount to re-order the same design a third time. Before placing the order I verified that I was ordering premium card stock? Yes, I was! July 6th, they just arrived, same flimsy card stock, now collage pictures ARE lined up, the words are now overlapping the bottom image of the card!
These cards directly reflect on my business, I use them as advertising mailers, I send them to customers. Either the template you work with does NOT truly indicate the finished design, or somebody at Vistaprint makes changes at whim! I spent a long time perfecting the design. I took a picture before I purchased it for proof. VistaPrint is not the great company they used to be! On top of that I have 210 pounds of faulty cards to dispose of!

After a previous negative experience (my business cards never arrived for some reason-never happened before though), Vistaprint made me a shipping reimbursement, and sent me another set of cards that arrived quickly. They look super professional, and good quality. Customer Service Communication by e-mail was way more efficient than on the phone. In general, they offer good prices, their platform to choose and customize your designs are intuitive and easy to navigate. Overall, they offer good value, and makes things customer friendly.

Ordered a set of 100 business cards around May 20, 2022. Cards never arrived. Customer service Rep took little interest (they're not really rude, but can't say nice either), and could barely understand them due to the background noise. Called again, explained my problem and I was offered a refund. Of course my business cards never arrived, nor I was given any instructions of what to do. Since their prices are reasonable, compared to the competition (and they know this), I'm bound to either wait eternally for the business cards (at this point-June 13, 2022) probably will never arrive, or buy from them again...

I spent over an hour on the Vistaprint website trying to find T-shirt stock they had enough of to produce 15 logo t-shirts for a charity event. The person who helped me design the shirt was very helpful. After that, it took forever to find a style they had 15 of but I did find one and ordered them with 19 days until I needed them. I was told they would arrive on day 17 so all was good. 4 shirts arrived 2 days early. I called to check on the rest of the shirts and was told they were out of stock and my shirts would be sent out 2 weeks after my event. I understand supply chain issues, however, they should have called me and given me another option. At that point I would have taken anything but now I have nothing. I will never use Vistaprint again.

I have made over 30 t-shirts at Vistaprint & they arrive as good, and usually better than expected. I've accidentally ordered the wrong size and got a correct replacement sent within a week! I don't go anywhere else, and recommend Vistaprint to others all the time.

I've been using Vistaprint for 15-years now, and every single time I've ordered their products their service has been EXCEPTIONAL. Their over the phone, live Customer Service is the best I've ever seen, and anyone who gives this incredible company any less than "Five Stars" simply doesn't know what they're talking about. She fixed, and replaced my entire order free of charge. I ordered 500 business cards, but they were spotty and not printed well. I took photos and left a review about being disappointed with my purchase and a representative immediately contacted me about the issue and shipped me 500 new business cards! Did I mention that also shipped them priority mail? I received the replacements within 3 days, I'll definitely stick with VistaPrint for my business needs because they always make me feel valued!

So I’ve ordered return labels several weeks if not months ago. I called several weeks ago as well to check on order and was told any week. It would be nice if someone kept you up to date as far as when to expect them or at least text or email. At this point I feel my order is filed in the trash and I’ll never receive it. I am exceptionally pleased by my November card and banner order. They are both EXCELLENT!!!! But, my promotional hat that was an "add on" to my order at a special rate, was disappointing. It was made with a printed iron on that was peeling when I received it and is visibly a different shade of white from the hat. The print is so small it can not be read by others. I am totally disappointed by the poor quality of the hat. Great value. Poor quality for the hat, but I am pleased with the rest of my order.

Their service is just over-the-top! I had called the first time because they had a great promotion. I wanted to order 1000 business cards, but shipped to 2 different addresses. Although that could not be done, with the savings from the promotion, I was still able to save a bunch by shipping to one location, and just ship to the other location. Then when I received the cards, one side looked like work in progress, rather than the finished project. I remember asking if my work had been saved when I was talking to the representative the first time, but I guess the last edit hadn't been saved. When I called today, the representative helped me to clean up the unsaved side, and placed a replacement order free of charge. We just don't see that kind of service anywhere else! Thank you!!

I ordered labels for our inventory on the 7th of the month and paid an extra twenty-five dollars for delivery on the 10th. On the 12th, I was told by an employee it would be delivered two weeks later on the 24th without a mention of the additional shipping charge. I called and got the additional charge refunded after arguing, and I was told it would now the 16th. I called on the 18th and was told it would be there by 7 pm that night. It is now the 20th, and I received a notice part of the shipment was canceled with the rest being delivered on the 24th. I was told that it wasn't true about the delivery on the 16th or the 18th. THESE PEOPLE LIE TO YOU AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I am a photographer and have created photo/picture calendars annually for the last 5 years. Historically I have been very pleased with the design and services of Vistaprint. In spring of 2022 they have updated their editing tool and I find it challenging. My biggest complaint is the 8 1/2" by 11" photo calendar (center binding) product is not to spec. It actually is 8 1/4" by 11 3/4". This causes distortion when you create the 8 1/2 by 11 picture. When I brought this up to customer service the response was... ROUNDING ERROR - that the advertised 8 1/2 by 11 were being printed to the different size. There is not a "rounding error" in print products that are 1/4 - 3/4" inches off spec.
Additionally - The editing services were offered to "fix" the pictures - They took the one summary page collage (one flat file) and broke it into individual pictures - which had to be resized individually to fit on the page. Causing more work for the customer. And they didn't tell me the spec change then - I had to receive the calendars to see the difference. The calendars I received are definitely not to the usual standard I have had with Vistaprint but timing requires I keep them because I have committed them for a specific event. I am so disappointed in their service after having such a great historic experience.... it was more than a "rounding error."

It's been 6 weeks and we still don't have wedding invitations that we can send out as we get closer and closer to the wedding. On the one hand the customer service people are very helpful on the phone, but on the other hand the invitations arive with problems every single time. I don't know what the disconnect is, but this is very stressful and has taken hours of phone time with Vistaprint. Every time it's a different person and they don't seem to have a record of the issues. The latest was invite, reception and details cards with 3 different shades of color on the back and also streaks. DO NOT get wedding invitations here.

Sometimes I am unable to edit. When that happens I reach out to online tech/customer service folks, they usually help me. I don't like waiting for a super sale to place an order, just give me the best price when I'm ready to submit my order. Otherwise, I've been very happy with VISTA PRINT's service & quality

I was completely satisfied with the order, the graphics were perfect as designed, couldn't ask for more. This time it was labels for our small business, and they look very professional for something simple. We've gotten lots of different items through Vistaprint and will continue- trustworthy company, quality products every time!
