    Giving a review for a company brings a lot of responsibility. It is as if you followed a path to reach your destination, and now more people will follow that same way. Hence, it becomes the responsibility of the person who has arrived to guide others before they begin their journey and to tell them whether the way is safe. In the same way, my experience with was mind-blowing. Handing over the job of printing your business cards to them felt like entrusting the work to a family member and asking that person to carefully watch every detail during the printing process. That same satisfaction I felt when I handed over my card-printing job to them. Now the real story begins. When I received the cards, because of my own mistake, one alphabet was missing from my company’s website. While sending them the card design I wanted, I had not done proper proofreading.

    I shared this with them and clearly told them that I could not afford a replacement. One has to earn respect by being truly honest and genuine, even if their situation may be different from other customers. Even if they had offered me another set for free, I would not have expected it, because a company is not there to work at a loss. Nothing should be only about my benefit; it is always a two-way street. Every company has its own policies and reviews before deciding. In my case, they created another lot of 500 cards free of cost, matching the same specifications. The quality of the print was exceptional from start to finish. The people working there felt more like family than a business team. There is only one company that I can genuinely call five-star, and that is this one, in Canada and elsewhere.

    Before I made my business a legal entity, (none of my information was public) I ordered some business cards and uniforms. The next week, I get a call from ANGIE trying to sell me their services to promote my business. Vista Print sold my information and Angie has been harassing me for the past 8 months.

    I have done a lot of business with Vistaprint in the past, both personally and for my small business. The checks I last ordered had one digit off in the account number, which was a cause of embarrassment when the first few checks did not clear. When I contacted them, they refused to reprint the 300 checks or refund my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    If I could give zero stars I would. I made a desk calendar & the quality of the entire calendar is garbage. Not just the pictures but the calendar months & dates as well. How can the whole print be that horrible? Very disappointing!

    Vistaprint reproduces my artwork via my photos of my pieces. They do an incredible job. Vibrant, clear, and quality lasting colors. I have tried other services, but non compare. My only wish is to offer discounted shipping on lesser amount, such as half priced shipping on $50 order. So far I have ordered many notecards, some tote bags, and desk calendars.

    Do not count on VistaPrint! I ordered a memory book on December 2, which they promised to deliver by Dec 19 (for a 50th anniversary event on the 20th). On the 19th, I got a message that it would be delayed a few days. I called and they told me that they could cancel the order, but we agreed that instead they would look into it and update me within 24 hours. I never received that update. I contacted them again, and they offered to "replace" my order, which meant it would start production all over again, or offer me a merchandise credit. The expected delivery date still says December 19 (2 days ago). They ruined the gift, and didn't offer to make real amends. I really wish I had gone with another outfit.

    Bought hoodies and shirts for my business and the hoodies after 1 wash. The hoodie is coming apart. The lettering color on the hoodies is different. Not happy with the product. Business cards seem fine.

    Used Vistaprint for years.... Something changed... Last 5 orders arrived in horrible quality. CYMK designs printed far darker and far less saturated than the designs. Edges cut rough as well. Customer service is always nice and easy, but no communication with production team. Production team is careless and quality control is nonexistent. They reran the cards knowing the issue, and sent the same garbage round two. Burgundy, a basic color and reemphasized request, came twice in a dark dull brown that couldn't be used. No vibrance at all.

    Files were fine but didn't compare to what they produced. Round three, all we were given was a store credit to keep our money in their system. Now I'm going on a campaign to expose their business for what it has become. Use Moo. Look at ConsumerAffairs reporting against Vista. It is apparent VistaPrint are also manipulating reviews....

    Vistaprint was offering a free QR code generator some time ago, and it would allow you to create a dynamic QR code - meaning you could go back to their site and update the URL that the QR code leads to at any time, without having to generate a new QR code. This was incredibly valuable to my clients, who used these codes on their products and mailings, secure in the knowledge that they would be able to change the URL if needed.

    Fast forward to today, and one of my clients needed to change the URL that their Vistaprint QR code leads to - and was met with an unpleasant surprise: Vistaprint has eliminated the QR code generator - not only can you not create a new QR code, you also can't update any existing ones. So now this client (and anyone else who used this service) has to re-print anything that has the invalid QR code on it, or print something else to insert in their shipments with a new link or QR code on it.

    I recently started a small business. I have ordered business cards, flyers, a sweatshirt and banners through them. I re-ordered business cards for a parade coming up this Sunday the 7th, and paid extra for expedited delivery by the 5th. I just got an email from UPS saying it won't be here until the 8th. I called VistaPrint and Valerie was amazing! She reached out to UPS (no answer) but ended up re-ordering my cards for me and she is going to rush them here before Friday. That is excellent customer service and a reason I will continue to buy from Vista Print.

    Vistaprint completely mishandled my order **. They cancelled my fully paid order by their own mistake and never informed me. I only found out because nothing was shipping. Instead of fixing it, they kept my money as store credit and offered 50% off shipping if I re-placed the order — not even a discount on the actual order I already paid for!

    After 45 minutes on the phone, there was zero accountability and no meaningful solution. This is horrible customer service. A company that cancels an order by mistake should remake it immediately or provide a real remedy. Vistaprint’s approach wasted my time, delayed my deadlines, and showed they don’t value customers at all. I will never rely on them for business printing again and strongly caution anyone considering them.

    Would never think to order from this business again. Horrible customer support and horrible follow up. Do yourself a favor. Go local for a little bit more or use another business. I had purchased from them for years and they royally screwed me this time never again. Get some actual customer support that you can understand.

    I was looking for a manufacturer for my brand. I ordered 3 hoodies and Vistaprint said the payment method is used failed so my order was canceled. I then used one of my other corporate cards and lo and behold I looked at my email today and the same thing - order canceled. I politely called in and explained the issue but no accountability or resolution. They are crooks.

    After 22 years, I have given up; even if it's cheap, it's not worth aggravation. We all know so many American Companies use the Philippines because they make $100.00 MTh. I have been paying $179.00 per year as a reseller and customer. USA Companies must not care about losing business because of them. Ordered a business card two months ago, originally delivered in 1 week. Now, for two months, they said 10/19 had shipped. First lie never was shipped, told to buy again.10/19: instead of getting a fast several days due to a $179.00 subscription, it was said by the 31st; again, said sent, yet labels being created 10/20, now saying even longer. When you talk, don't.

    They waste your time for 20 minutes, then pass you by, so you hang up, and they don't have to deal with you. The third lie they told two weeks ago was that the new cards would go out and not be charged. When asked why there is a charge, they refuse to answer questions and go to another subject in which they are incompetent. Save your aggravation and stress, and give cards to customers for over 2 months. Do not buy you will be sorry and that's from a reseller and customer since 2003.

    Terrible service--I spent hours designing a photobook in their service, and when I went to make edits the next day, I couldn't open it or add it to cart. The team said "It's corrupted, the only way to fix it is to recreate it entirely." DO NOT work with this service for any custom products. DO NOT trust them to save your hard work and data. I strongly recommend any alternative service (Shutterfly, CVS, Walgreens, all of which have been fantastic in the past)

    DON'T ORDER SH*T FROM THEM!!! Placed an order for some Business Cards and they delivered an EMPTY package without my order!!! Don't waste your time or money on this company, you're better off cutting some blank sheets of paper into squares writing your Business information on them.

    I have ordered from VistaPrint in the past and been satisfied, so I went back to them for a birthday present for my sister. I found the ordering process very cumbersome and difficult, but the kicker is they cancelled my order twice for "failed payment". I used 2 different cards that I use weekly if not daily so I know the problem isn't on my end. They have really gone downhill. I'll never use them again, especially when there are literally hundreds of competitors out there easier to deal with. Good riddance.

    I paid for 500 business cards. I was shipped 470 cards (in 10 little boxes of 47 cards each). I used their tool for setting up the text on the card. Centered text is not truly centered. (HORRIBLE for a design professional to have!) and only noticeable once cards arrived. The packaging is wasteful, since each box could probably fit 150 cards, but they only put 47 in each box. Upgraded "thick" card stock is still sub-par.

No matter when I call, there is always someone ready to help me with my designs, and they make the whole process stress-free. Recently, my order was sent to the wrong address, and they immediately corrected it without any hassle and even gave me a credit.     Wow, what horrid service! I ordered biz cards for a trade show in Spain to be delivered to me in BC. Paid for express. Short story: They failed badly, and would do nothing about it. There were options for them to solve the issue, but they chose to do nothing and leave me drifting in the wind. I had to contact a printer in Spain to have them done there. Price goes up from $100 at Vista to $250 in Spain for rush charges, etc. So VP cost me 150 and a lot of time and hassle. If you need anything printed -- anything, even a photocopy -- for the sake of your business, reputation, and wallet, go somewhere else. And in case you miss this, don't worry: I will be posting it daily for the next while in as many places as I can find.

    Never received my order. Tried to submit this review and they had already deleted my account so I couldn't write it. Created a new account just to get the truth out there. I needed postcards and business cards for a convention. Ordered with plenty of time AND added expedited delivery (an additional $40!) to make sure I got them on time. Needless to say I did not receive them on time and they cancelled the order. This completely ruined my weekend and cost me who knows how much $??? Terrible experience. Unprofessional. Don't go with this company. Please.

    I went to Vista Print to design my business cards. Then after 2 hours of arduous work I tried to check out. They print in Canada. I have a PO Box, where I live the mailboxes are on the street and crack heads break into them so I have a PO Box. The landlord does not care even he has a po box. This PO Box is the billing address of my credit card that I was trying to use. I got stuck with a BOT for help and after 45 minutes was SOOO Frustrated I left the web site. I was told since they print in Canada that customs wants a street address for verification purposes. I have absolutely NO MAIL coming to my home address. It seems so stupid that there cannot be a better system. I tried to explain this to the BOT but they are very slim on too many variables.

    Am unhappy to report that VistaPrint managed to misprint my simple business cards not once, not twice but THREE TIMES! I just received what I fervently hoped would be the corrected cards; nope. THREE TIMES they printed for me and three times they've done it wrong. The simplest cards on the planet. All they had to do is follow the simple file, which included an 1/8 inch bleed all around. THREE TIMES, they have reduced the size of the artwork to make it fit inside the trim, although the doc shows clearly has the script font positioned to be trimmed off on the left and right sides of the card. I'm demanding a refund and will never use them again.

    I have placed an order THREE (3) TIMES with Vistaprint, and they have screwed it up each time. The first time they said the credit card I gave them was not a good number. I use this card frequently and it had a $0.00 balance, but they refused to accept it. I tried it with another card, and it went through fine, but I never received my order. They said I was never charged so I checked and they were correct, so I placed it again for a third time and the order went through. Again, I never received my order, so I called, and they said the order was cancelled. I asked why it was cancelled and who cancelled it, and they could not tell me anything. They charged me $17.31, and it was posted to my credit card as of last week. I made them aware of this, and they refused to do anything about it but said they would investigate it.

    I need these checks ASAP and they will not replace an order unless I pay for it again. They didn't offer any discount or offer to pay for the shipping. I told them to forget it and to refund my money and they refused to do so. I would like a full refund of $17.31 ASAP or I will be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card. From the looks of all the bad and negative reviews and complaints Vistaprint does not care about any of their customers or in my case ex-customer...!

    The folks there just don't care and will show you that every step of the way. Lacy spoke to me as if my job had no meaning or care in her world. When I asked to speak with someone above her you could hear the sense of carelessness in her reaction. She claimed someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. No one ever did. So, about a week later I called and spoke to Fay who answered my request to speak with a supervisor with everything but getting me one. After 18 minutes Fay told me that someone would call in 24 to 48 hours. You can't make this stuff up.

    I have made multiple purchases from Vistaprint and, regrettably, encountered consistent problems with their chosen carriers such as UPS and Amazon Logistics. These carriers have repeatedly failed to follow delivery instructions, either by delivering packages to incorrect addresses or collecting delivered packages and returning them without notification. On my most recent order, the package was reported missing for a second time.

    Upon contacting Vistaprint customer service, I was informed that the package had disappeared and, yet again, my order was lost. As a consumer, my role is to place an order, pay for the product, and reasonably expect its arrival without undue stress or inconvenience. It is not my responsibility to ensure the proper execution of delivery; that duty lies with the carrier and the company coordinating the shipment.

    Despite reaching out for resolution, the outcome failed to address the fundamental issue of repeated delivery failures. Clear and simple directions were not followed, which has led to lost packages on more than one occasion. This repeated failure has compelled me to cease doing business with Vistaprint. I urge the company to review their carrier partnerships and improve delivery accuracy and accountability to restore consumer confidence. In summary, while Vistaprint may offer quality products, the unreliability of their delivery partners undermines the overall customer experience and creates avoidable hardship for customers seeking a straightforward purchasing process.

    The Website & Digital Channel from Vistaprint is connected to Wix. The communication between the two companies is a terrible set up. I recently purchased a website plan that included a domain. I paid extra for the domain and upgraded my plan due to prompts telling me it wouldn't work until I upgraded. I couldn't get the domain to work and so I called Vistaprint. I was told I had purchased the website from Vistaprint but the domain from Wix and Vistaprint could NOT use that domain. Wix, apparently does not have a phone number. I called Vistaprint and they said they could not connect me to Wix. Once a domain is purchased you can't get a refund. Now I can't find my domain name on the wix website but it is billed on my bank statement. This is such a miss. I would add my receipt, but I can't find it on the site!!!

    10 stars might be enough. I've been ordering cards and supplies for various businesses from VP for more than 15 years. Tonight, I decided my store needed an upgraded card since we just won a huge award. I ordered 5000. That's a big order for me. A little scary but it was $80 off $200 - how can you beat that? And we all know their quality is unmatched! Well, over the past few days of getting the design just right. I inadvertently used the wrong QR code on one section. Didn't notice until I submitted the order. My heart sank. Nauseous. You can imagine.

    I sent them a message but then googled their phone number and one popped RIGHT up -- And they're open at 230AM ET!!! AND she was able to add the corrected version to my cart and she worked her magic to completely solve the issue. Took her 30 seconds and 5 years off my life. I was SURE I was gonna be stuck with these, since you'll never find a custom company who offers corrections, rightfully so. They already had me as a customer for life but now, I will Advocate for life! Thank you!

    I've had several issues with Vistaprint:
    1. Charging state sales tax to shipping for Maryland
    2. No checks and balances before production of bulk purchases

    3. Blaming me for not asking before purchasing on site but when I did ask prior to ordering, I was lied to

    I. Example: Santanya (after lying about taxes vary) disconnected chat when I was awaiting an answer on charging sales tax to shipping. Alex lied about why tax was charged to shipping, stating Canada is allowed to charge more due to them not being in America. I did finance for the Air Force for 20 years. Tax is based off the destination of merchandise not off of who's sending it. All tax money goes to the state receiving the merchandise as if you bought it in a local store in your state. So charging more sales tax due to a shipping fee, won't go to Canada, the shipper, it goes to MD. MD doesn't allow tax on shipping if separated from merchandise price AND it doesn't include the word "handling". Vista computer is committing fraud and ALL laws for every receiving state must be uploaded in their computer to charge the appropriate amounts.

    2. QR code didn't work on ballpoint pens. But why not test 1 pen first prior to doing 150 pens wrong? Or put disclaimer on merchandise that QR codes won't work on. When trying to resolve the useless promotional pens, it seemed they blamed me for not asking first.

    3. I then asked if a QR code would work on a shot glass. But the person had no clue and said it should if it's not a rounded surface. Do the people answering chat or phone calls have a clue to what merchandise the site offers and how printing works?

    Someone needs to test all merchandise on Vistaprint with a QR code & then add a disclaimer to all merchandise it didn't print well on for scanning purposes.

    The worst customer service. Order is late.... But when you try to cancel it you can't even if it's not processed yet and you don't need it anymore.... We used their chat, called and were supposed to be called back by a supervisor... Nothing... Now it's being shipped anyway.... The only solution from customer service is: You can dispose of the unwanted items! A great lesson on how to lose a client's business forever when it would have been so easy to provide good service.
