Vistaprint was more cost-effective compared to my previous design service and I like that there are infinite different possibilities. They give so many product options. I've done the promo box. I had ordered business cards, brochures and T shirts. The quality is good and as for the design process, it was easy for me to put something together. Then, it came out as I expected. It was a great experience.

Vistaprint has been on the market for a long time and they're doing a great job in terms of description of the quality of the items. The shipping cost is a little bit high or we have to wait forever. I have used Vistaprint for a long time. Over time, I had ordered business cards, flyers, postcards and stamps. I had a website for a while, 10 years ago, and I wasn't happy with that. Other than that, the design process has been smooth and easy and the quality of the products has been good.

I used a local printer prior to using Vistaprint but I decided on them because I could design the product myself. The whole setup on how to pick the predone things and then add your own stuff to it is easy. It gives you ideas. The product quality is excellent and I’m happy with Vistaprint. It’s great. People should use it.

I have ordered shirts for our business and had no issue. I recently ordered 2 items and one was later out of stock (2 weeks after initial order I was notified the color of the item I wanted was out of stock). Vistaprint cancelled that item from my order. When I called about getting that refunded, they initially were only going to refund me the product price. I asked, what about the sales tax. He calculated and came back with the sales tax on that particular item. I then asked the question, why I was charged sales tax on the shipping charge. He ensured me I was not.
I do accounting for a living so I am pretty sure how to calculate 6% sales tax on the purchase price of the item. He continued to argue with me that the sales tax was accurate on my entire order. I said, "only if you include the shipping charge is the sales tax correct." He then proceeded to tell me he was just a customer service rep and didn't make the decisions on how the taxes were collected. This place should NOT be in business in the US!!! They are collecting sales tax on their already high shipping charges!!!! A practice which should land them in jail.

Their prices and discounts were convenient but then the quality was very good too. I have business cards, vinyl banners, magnets and shirts from them.

I had Vistaprint print postcards, business cards and brochures. I designed most of the stuff myself and uploaded them straight to Vistaprint. And if they needed to make adjustments, they would let me know that, we worked it out and then print it. I've always felt I got what I requested. Most of the time when people ask, I always say, "Man, just go to Vistaprint and be done with it." They're good that you get your stuff. And most of the time, you get it pretty quick.

I’ve used Vistaprint with the company for about two years and we've always been satisfied with them. I ordered business cards and the quality was nice. The cost was good for the product and the amount that you get to. It’s decent.

I purchased several Vistaprint masks in June. They were great! So I placed a new order that arrived in July. The masks that arrived were made from entirely different materials, with a significant drop in quality. Everything had been downgraded. The outer material was stiff and thin. The lining also thinner and slightly scratchy. The nose wire appears to be a lighter gauge so it doesn't hold its shape leaving gaps on each side of the nose.
The elastic ear straps are thinner and don't hold the mask firmly against the face. Lastly, the color printed on the mask didn't match the online photos - the black bandana pattern is actually brown and the pin stripe is a muddy grey. At best, the masks are worth under $5 not the $18 they are charging. Vistaprint had created a fabulous product and blew it. The change in quality makes the masks unusable. I wrote to the company and received a refund but I would have preferred the masks. I think it's telling that there wasn't a packing slip when the order arrived, so it wasn't possible to immediately return the masks. Do not buy.

Like the previous one you received, this mask provides a physical barrier to your surroundings and is an additional measure you can take to protect those around you. This lighter version replaces the initial one and will be the version we continue to offer in the future. However, we understand your concern and will pass your feedback to the team.

They had some designs that I liked for my business card. The process designing my card was very user-friendly. The cards have great quality.

A friend of mine had used Vistaprint and liked her results. Also, I did some research and for what I thought I was getting, I preferred them to what I had seen on other places. I ordered business cards and I designed them through the internet. It let me upload my own logo but it wouldn't let me do two-sided business cards and it wouldn't let me fix anything. Then, the colors on the computer did not match what I received. I contacted Vistaprint and let them know. They sent me another set, but it was identical so I just left it alone. Other than that, for what I paid for, the quality is good.

Vistaprint overcommits and underproduces. I have been waiting over a month for my website design and they have not been able to create a basic design. After numerous calls to managers, the design of my website is still not completed. Each time the changes are completed they are incorrect and the quality is HORRIBLE!!! I will NEVER use this company again!!!! HORRIBLE BEYOND WORDS!!!

1st, the masks are way overpriced. 2nd, the adult mask are tiny. 3rd, Vistaprint needs to tell customers that they're made in China and Mexico before buying. I'm so disappointed in this product. They're literally sized for kids. I know that Asian people tend to be smaller than other people, but the mask doesn't even fit. Spend your hard earned money on another mask company. Do not buy masks from Vistaprint.

Love my banner, it looks great, with a great quality and I can't wait to be able to use it! I also bought a super cute mouse pad with my cats' pictures and it looks amazing too. Did not have any problems with the online order even though it came in parts.

I started my own online business. I needed to create material and I found Vistaprint. They had a lot of really good reviews on Google so I tried them. I have tried a few people in-between, but Vistaprint's my favorite. They have the best quality you could get. I've done business cards. I've also done cards that I've used for earrings, like the square cards. I put a design on there, and then I just hooked some earrings onto it. I would tell others to use them.

We have only purchased business cards and promotional materials from Vista print since the business started in 2012. We have always had good service and fair prices on all orders we have placed. You can really tell a lot about a business when you have a service or quality issue due to the way they deal with it. Fortunately we have never had to test this with Vista print because of their ability to get the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend Vista print to anyone.

I've always used Vistaprint. I've ordered business cards and a business cardholder. My daughter also used it for her business card. The quality of the products is exactly what I wanted. The design process is also really easy. You just pick your layouts and you get to see what it's gonna look like when you finish. I like easy so it's good for me.

We used Strategic Factory on a couple of occasions but Vistaprint is way more affordable, especially for smaller projects like printing banners and posters. It's much more efficient doing it through Vistaprint. We own a small business and we have two locations, so we've done a couple of banners and then we've done some posters as well. The quality has been great, especially the banners. We got really good deals on them through special discounts that they were running. I had a couple of issues trying to get everything to fit properly on my own, but I just reached out to someone. They got back to me very quickly. It would cost five extra dollars to have it fixed for me. Everything went pretty smoothly.
This is definitely the type of experience we want all our customers to have. We try our hardest to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we're super happy to hear how happy you're with your purchases. Thanks you for doing business with us.

I checked Vistaprint's website and I decided to give it a try. I started with calendars for Christmas for the family and Christmas cards and then I looked for other creative things. I used them to order things that I would give as a present to my family members. It was always interesting to look through different creative designs that were available online and it looks pretty user-friendly. Also, I'm happy with the quality. There was just one case when I ordered a mug and the picture was blurred, but then they provided an extra mug where the quality was better.

Once I got a copy of a logo that I had back in the '90s, I was able to do a lot of my own desktop publishing and brought them to the local printer. They found Vistaprint in 2005 and used them for business cards and things of that nature. I'm very satisfied with the ability to edit and design. Also, the graphics that they had were very nice.

I placed an online order for a face mask from Vista Print (https://www.vistaprint.com/masks/all/green/). If you go to that page, at the time I write this (07/22/2020), they claim you will receive product in 1 week. When contacted, they claimed to be overwhelmed with orders. I finally started to push buttons after over two months waiting, and ultimately was told they didn't know what had happened with my order, and they could do nothing for me - to cancel my order and place another... RIGHT/NOT! Buyer beware - Vistaprint failed big-time!!

Why can I not have my billing address different from my shipping address? Every time I change the shipping address the billing address changes with it! This is extremely frustrating. Until this gets fixed I will go elsewhere.

I ordered 5/30/20 and received 7/18 (only 2 days off). Surprising was that my masks came without a filter, even though my mask order said the masks would include one. I called Vistaprint today (7/18) and the short story is they have stopped providing one filter with the masks ordered. The long story is that they won't honor what they sold me, didn't notify me of the order change, a change that makes the masks nonfunctional (2 layers of polyester in floral mask ain't cutting it). Their excuse is it was costing them too much money to provide a free, complimentary filter for trial, and it was delaying their orders by an additional 1 to 2 months.
On top of that, they will not offer a remedy - no discount on a pack of filters, or a mask order. Absolutely shameless. Thank you, Vistaprint, for not providing Andreen and her supervisor, Anthony, any tools for making the situation right, leaving Anthony scrambling for excuses telling me Vistaprint wasn't make any money offering the one filter.??? $18 a mask is not enough?

Vistaprint was fast and they had a lot of options no matter whatever card you're trying to make for whatever company or business that you're starting. The design experience was very easy. We had them printed regular business cards, like the standard or the round edges. It was very affordable and I would highly recommend Vistaprint.

Vistaprint is an economical choice and we like the quality that we found. We ordered instruction manual stuff from them. The design process was fairly simple and we were given different options. We were also able to change it up a couple of times. We've had a good experience with them.

I've got t-shirts and business cards from Vistaprint. The cards have always been fantastic. However, the shirts were sometimes great and sometimes weren't. I got one yesterday and it looked like something got stuck all over the shoulder and I tried to scrape it off. Eventually, one can only scrape the t-shirt too much before ripping a hole in it. I also tried washing it several times. But I would never stop using Vistaprint if I can't silk screen myself.

Hello Everyone, I wished this forum provided negative marketing. As far as I'm concerned most of the people unhappy with the service do not post a review for others to know what they can risk. I was hoping to be offered a solution to the problem but was left with no reply to most of my emails. The problem involves 3 people who ordered 500 Business Cards from Vistaprint. 250 of my cards arrived to a gentleman in Gran Canaria that had the decency to inform me that his order was 250 of his cards and 250 on mine. By the way I am in Tenerife. Vistaprint told me to wait until mine arrived and inform them. I did so when I received 250 of my cards and 250 of another company, that deals with properties like me in Cataluña. I have no idea if Vistaprint is certified by any ISO or other entities. Mistakes shouldn't occur but yet they do.
Offering a solution for the problem would be the least and not leaving the clients waiting more than 2 weeks now. Not even a reply to my yesterday reminder mail. Most probably I will get a reply on this review that would say that they are sorry about what occurred but believe me clients DO NOT need any excuses or sorry. A reply that your delay is due to the many mails you have to deal with is not the client problem. If you are short in stuff or facing too many complains is your problem that you should fix. I have been using VistaPrint for 20 years now, when you still offered the free cards with your website at the back. I regret having to find another printer that offers a better service. I will have no ethical respect in your regards and will place in this and other forums the options of other sites that offer the same items at a better service. I just need to try them and see if they are reliable.
A short note to be careful of Nacex. The tried to charge me for customs documentation and other taxes when they shouldn't have. My order was less then 20 Euros and no documentation is required for that value. They held my order for over a week until I had to threaten them that I would be suing them and reporting them to the authorities, which I am doing. Also tried to explain this to VistaPrint being the ones providing this service and they don't want to know about it. I will get back with other options for those who wish not to use VistaPrint any longer. Thanks for taking the time to read and hopefully my bad experience is useful to anyone.

I ordered 3 face masks and a package of filters. The masks arrived before the promised date (the only reason they received any stars, but the filters did not come with them.) The first chat on status promised them by the due date. That didn't happen. When I chatted again for status I was told they were having problems but that they would probably ship the next week. Eleven days later still nothing. Chatting again, they said that they were having problems with some orders. They gave no explanation, no anticipated delivery date. They did agree to refund my money for that part of the order and it was prompt. They never sent an order confirmation. They never communicated on the delays. They lied on the first request for status and made no commitment at all on follow-up contacts. As my first transaction with them, it will be my last. Clearly, their internal processes are broken.

I have been doing business with Vistaprint for twenty years and have not had problems for the most part. But they have really messed up this time. On May 29, 2020, I ordered masks after getting an email advertisement from them. I paid $145 for 6 masks and three ten-packs of filters. I was billed immediately. When I placed the order, I was told that the masks would be delivered mid June. I got another email that said there would be a delay. They still did not arrive. I called and was told I'd get them June 29, 2020. Then I got a notice it would be June 30, 2020. I just called again and was told it would be July 1, 2020. Really? I've had to purchase other masks and I'm thinking that even if I get the Vistaprint masks before they find a cure for Covid-19 I may never be able to order and receive replacement filters in a timely manner.
Now maybe Vistaprint should not be in the mask business. Or perhaps Vistaprint should switch vendors. Whatever the problem is, selling masks is not working for them or their customers.I read two other reviews on this site and seems that I am not alone in my experience. I realize that every company wants to capitalize on the Pandemic and Vistaprint is making a big advertising push selling masks in their "This is not a Mask. This is..." campaign, but if you order them from Vistaprint, chances are you'll have to wait till the next Pandemic to use them.

I ordered 4 face mask with the required inserts, the projected arrival date was June 18th, 2020. On June 13th, 2020 I called Vistaprint to verify my shipment, which I was told that I would not receive my entire order, because they were out of one of the colors, but I would not receive my partial order until June 19th, 2020. I called again on June 18th, 2020 to find out why I haven't received my tracking number, the Representative said I was not going to receive my order, so I asked for a supervisor. The Supervisor told me that I would receive my partial order as stated by the first Representative indicated.
The Supervisor further verified that I would receive my order on June 19th, 2020 without fail. June 19th 2020, arrived and gone with no shipment from Vistaprint. So I called on June 20th, 2020 to find out why and all I was going to get was just another LIE. I did receive a phone number for the Corporate Office to file my complaint, only to get a number that NO ONE monitors, since I have not received a call back. I can't understand how a company can employ so many Representative that will LIE to your FACE (Supervisors included).

I ordered masks 5 weeks ago, getting advertisements on FB. They stated a delay and promised (even on follow-up) that it would be shipped last week. I called customer service today and they were clueless and could not confirm shipment. Ridiculous, I canceled for a refund, so many other options available, to wait 5-6 weeks is silly. Will avoid any business with them in the future.

I used Vistaprint a couple of years back. I had no real issues with them, one package was late but they rectified it immediately. Overall, I found the service was good and as a result, I returned to make a purchase almost three weeks ago. What an absolute nightmare it has been this time around. I placed an order for return address labels on the 20th of May. Everything went as normal and I received a confirmation email that they would arrive by the 27th of May. This date passed with no sign of my labels. I contacted Vistaprint and they apologised and reissued the labels from their end, claiming they would arrive by express post on the 2nd of June. AGAIN, this date passed with no sign of my labels.
Throughout the entire ordeal, the excuses from Vistaprint were extremely inconsistent. I was told that the issue was due to technical issues with the website and then I was told that the issue was down to the shipping company, that they had lost both parcels. Most recently, the representative I dealt with Mohamed claimed that he could not reprocess the order from his end, even though he had already claimed to have done so for the second batch of labels to arrive on the 2nd of June. I was issued a full refund but encouraged to go back onto the website myself and make another order. I pointed two issues with this to Mohamed: firstly, I would not be out of pocket for a new order while waiting for my refund to be processed and secondly; why would he expect me to have a shred of faith in their website and systems after two failed attempts of the labels being sent to me?
I then received A THIRD confirmation email out of nowhere from Vistaprint stating that my labels had been dispatched and would arrive on the 6th of June. A couple of hours after receiving this confirmation email, Mohamed contacted me to once again claim that he could not reprocess the order from his end and to again insist I make a new order! You could not make this stuff up!!! Whatever the issue is with Vistaprint's system, they need to get it sorted as a matter of urgency. I am removing all of my personal details from their website as a result, god knows what other automated disasters are happening within their company. They have lost me as customer because of this, it is the worst level of customer service I have experienced in some time.

I ordered a business card from Vistaprint and had the premium. I gave them the design to print for me. I was thinking that the quality of the picture was gonna be better Unfortunately, it went bad. I had to return the first one I did. The one that I did again was a little bit better, but not as much I expected. The picture was still not okay and I have to return it back for them to redo it again. All in all, the experience was good.

I have been ordering products from Vistaprint since 2005. Never had an issue or complaint, in the last few years I stopped receiving emails, discounts and a few of my orders were delayed or not received at all. I still stuck with the company, however when I informed them that I no longer receive information but have to log in personally to account to see offers, I was told that the system does not show a change-that was last year. The only thing I have received is emails like this for surveys. So now I only go to the site as needed.

The business cards were very beautiful and had a glossy finish. But the design process was a little tricky. Some modifications did not transcribe over. It had to be repeated several times before they got it in place.

I was familiar with Vistaprint and I've used them in the past. I've done my wedding invitations, business cards, and mouse pad with them. The quality is great and the price is good. Their design process was pretty good as well. When I made my business cards, they weren't what I expected. I called Vistaprint and they were very good in letting me do another one with no extra cost. I have used Vistaprint numerous times for my print materials. Every time the order comes in missing items. It them takes them weeks to send the missing materials and my projects are delayed. Don't use them if timing is a problem. In addition, their website often does not work when you need it to. Bottom line if time is a concern look elsewhere.

I purchased 1500 business cards from this company. My original order was 500 but they kept on offering larger discounts on a larger order. I have been getting business cards since 2009 from this company. I believe when they first started, the cards were actually free, just pay shipping. Now they charge but their prices are very reasonable and the quality of the card has greatly improved!
When I received my order, there was an unexplained white line from top to bottom of the card that should not have been there. I called the company. They reviewed the order with me and showed me that my "proof" copy before ordering had the white line. I had no explanation of how the line got on the "proof" but I told them that I couldn't use the cards.
They immediately corrected the card by removing the white line and then sent me a copy of the "proof" without the line. They then offered to send out an additional 1500 cards at no extra charge!! Needless to say, I am extremely impressed with their customer service, free replacement of cards and the overall experience of making the phone call, polite woman who worked with me to settle the issue. I would highly recommend them for their service both before and after the order. I will definitely use their company again. I have used them for checks for my checking account, business cards, stationery and promotional items. All have been perfect!

We've had emails set up with Vistaprint (VP) for two of our businesses (paid for accounts)- 5 email accounts in all- with the first one set up about 5 years ago. Unfortunately over the last 12 months we have had numerous issues with VP. PLEASE AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COSTS. Vistaprint have lost ALL OUR EMAILS, pertaining to one of the email accounts, and have no answer to why this has happened and finally after pushing us around for over 8 weeks came back and said there is a "technical issue" and we cannot get the old emails.
Apparently they suspended the account for non payment (my card details had expired/ which I duly updated within A DAY of the payment due date), and then could not restore it!! (This for a customer who has been with them for c 5 years at least.) This is an email account which drives our business with customer orders/contact details etc in the emails. Vistaprint offered us £24 to "compensate" for our loss!!
When I told them what exactly they could do with the £24, they have come back with a £100 offer (our business turnover depends largely on the details in this email account- c£90k + revenues)! This is a joke to them. When I asked them for a copy of their Email Services Policy (which to be honest I should have stored when I set up the account *expensive lesson learnt*), they have not been able to provide it. Please avoid using their services (at least email hosting services)- because you will not be able to rely on their services.

Updated on 06/04/2020: This is in response to the disingenuous, patronizing answer posted by Vistaprint in which the company claims they "cannot" delete unwanted designs. Complete and absolute non-sense. To say that Vistaprint "cannot" delete an order that has been previously placed defies logic or understanding. Because it was deleted after I cancelled my account. Yet, as I have said in my previous post, Vistaprint pushes a customer to place an order by threatening to delete it. Let me make this clear: If a customer wants to delete a design, it is the customer's privilege, especially if that customer has created designs that no longer have a basis to be there. As far as Vistaprint's apology for creating such inconvenience: The time I spent with representatives not only was a waste for me, but for them, as well. Vistaprint does not care as long as it collects money. I will never do business with them again.
Original review: Just deleted my Vistaprint account. Vistaprint does not care about its customers and would rather sacrifice their business than accommodate basic requests. I wanted to delete unwanted designs for a client I was no longer doing business with. However, Vistaprint refused. Yet, Vistaprint pushes you to order by threatening to remove designs if you do not place an order within a certain timeframe. Never do business with them again.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We understand your frustration and it's never our intention to create any dissatisfaction for our customers. However, once an order has been placed, we're unable to delete the contents of that order. If the document have been created and not order, then it is deleted after a period of 60 days. A copy can be created before this happens and only the original document will be deleted. The copy will remain for another 60 days. We're truly sorry we were not able to honor your request. If you still wish to delete your account, please contact us directly at 866-614-8002 to have this done.

I made a custom mug for a friend's birthday; however, I realized after submitting, I had to change the address, so the order was canceled and received a confirmation email. I made two other mugs, and not only did I receive the two mugs, but I also received the original one that was canceled. I also had to talk to multiple people to figure out what was going on with the mugs, and they couldn't give me a straight answer; everyone had a different opinion. I don't recommend that anyone else order from this company.

I use Vistaprint for a couple of marketing things but not a whole lot of stuff. Recently, I used them for business cards. I was a former marketer and I think Vistaprint's website’s great. But there is way too much upsell. Sometimes, it can be confusing. For somebody who has never done anything like that before, it could be tough. You get shipping you didn’t know about.
Vistaprint has probably been hurt by Moo and some other online retailers that have really emphasized quality. I would tell somebody to check them out. But if I were them, I would head back into starting to look at the quality of my products a little bit more. The quality of the products I purchased is above average but not excellent. Otherwise, customer service is great because people will jump on and help you out. Vistaprint has good prices and I’d encourage friends to use them.

I ordered checks from here. I had to call 2x because the routing numbers were wrong. The third time I got the replacement I didn't get the duplicate checks I paid for. They gave me a credit of $2 and change that was the additional amount I paid for the duplicate checks. I tried to order more checks today and there was not a credit on my account so I called. I was told that the credit only last a year. It has been about a year and a half. I don't understand. It wasn't like they gave me a credit to be kind. This was something I already paid for. This was my money. How can it expire??? I won't order from here again.

4/20/2020 I placed a $33.30 order at vistaprint.com website. 3 minutes later, I decided to cancel order. Upon cancellation which website acknowledged, I was forced to accept a merchandise credit, despite no advance knowledge of said terms of sale on website. 2 minutes later, I phoned Vistaprint and spoke with Chantelle. She "supposedly" processed refund and promised email confirmation. 4 days later, no email confirmation and no refund to credit card. 4/24/2020 did online chat with Kristian ** who promised to process refund and send email confirmation, which I did receive. Email says refund in "3 to 5 business days" so time will tell if this is true.

I've been using Vistaprint since 2012 and I've had business cards and door magnets for my vehicles printed through them. I have also used their website to do my website. I go with what designs they have and when I decide what I want, I tell them to print it. I like the quality of what I get with Vistaprint. I always tell friends about them. If my friends are asking where they can get business cards, I usually give Vistaprint's name and tell them that's where I get mine and I've been satisfied.

We've been using Vistaprint for about 3 years now. We have a plumbing business and a gym business and Vistaprint has made it so easy to get everything done in one place. We've purchased everything from car decals to business cards to vinyl banners. Recently, when I get on to upload my design, it doesn't let me see what I'm doing. I have to switch back and forth from edit mode to view mode. Last purchase, I had contacted the support team and explained my issues. They told me that it was an issue with their website and that they would have tech take a look at it. That was 3 months ago. I went to get on and order something new and I had the same issue! Not the end of the world, but it is very frustrating and it has made it inconvenient for me to use Vistaprint rather than another company.

Vistaprint proposed on their website a polyester masks to public. You should be ASHAMED of yourself!!!! You are selling to people an item without any respect to the standards!!! These masks DO NOT SERVE TO ANYTHING!!!! Even dust can come through. Standards developed by FDA in USA and AFNOR in France. Yes of course to make 4 layers cotton mask with filter in the middle cost much more... Plus indeed it is much more costly in production. Vistaprint recently offered me a new logo. I accepted the logo and placed it on my letterhead, tshirt, golf shirt, labels, etc. Today I asked them for a clean print of the logo so I could use it on my website. They said I was forbidden from using the logo because it had a copyright on it. The logo did not indicate a copyright or trademark. Vistaprint lied about how the logo could be used. These people are very deceptive and dishonest.

We were trying to use Custom Ink and they overcharged us so we tried Vistaprint because we used this for my government project. We used them for shirts now. I used Photoshop, drew the picture then I put it on the shirt. For our band, we always did our section shirts through Custom Ink and there was always something wrong with it. But with Vistaprint, there was nothing wrong. It's really high quality compared to the other ones I've used. It's clearer than it would have been with any other designer like for the print on the shirt. I like Vistaprint better. My section started switching to using them because of how the shirts came out. I'd recommend Vistaprint.

They were nice, thick material card stock, and the colors were vibrant. It was exactly what we thought we would get. The thing online that we used to design the cards was very user-friendly. I do not write reviews...but I was shocked, Because of COVID-19 our wedding on 4/18/2020 had to be rescheduled for 3 months later..3 weeks out from our wedding date. I called Vistaprint to re-order favor labels and programs...the super nice lady on the phone took care of everything, the bill was over $160, I said, "OK $160+" and she said..."Oh no, we have it covered at no cost, you will have the replacements on 5/6/2020." I was floored..I didn't even have to ask. They will have my business forever!!!!

I would recommend Vistaprint to a friend. I've used Moo in the past but Vistaprint has always been my go-to. Moo gives a lot more options when it comes to sizes, shapes and die-cuts but they're also a bit more expensive. Vistaprint gives you the general business, everything you need to throw something out there and get it out there. I like the business cards and flyers I recently bought from them. I have ordered sticker labels from Vistaprint and the quality have been nice. It's very professional and very bright with the colors. The technology is awesome and the website is great. It's very detailed and organized. But I look for certain things as far as the detail in the previous history orders. For instance, I have to order the stickers every once in a while. But I forget what size I got it in and the order history doesn't tell me exactly the details of it. So I am starting from the beginning all over again, trying to figure out what size I got originally. Also, the designs are a lot trendier and more modern with the other company that I chose besides using Vistaprint. But other than that, one should definitely check out Vistaprint if they want a high volume quantity of products for a very reasonable price.

Re: Vista Print Digital (Websites). An Agent of Vista print Digital provided false and misleading information that lead to a significant disruption in our companies services and to our customers, by making our company's website inoperable. In the latter while resolving the issues caused by the first agent, another agent without consent preemptively decided to take make changes again that made our company's site inoperable, this only created more issues. As a result of the two agents inexperience and miscalculated conduct our company so far would have been shut down for 6 days with a loss revenue of thousands.
The primary issues are that an agent after a recorded conversion lied and made false statements assuring that no complications would arise, the second agent took actions that where not authorized or consented to before he or she acted, that adversely impacted our business. Our hope is that this is resolved soon as this is an actionable case. Vista print should be accountable!

My experience with Vistaprint was great. I've used them for years. When I had a business, I used them for all my business cards and return labels. So, I needed to get some more for the house, and I just went back in and ordered from them again. The quality is great. The coloring always comes out great. Some of things that I ordered for my business were very elegant and the ones I've ordered for the home have been the same. I do a lot of things with my grandkids. I've ordered for that as well before.
The ordering process is really easy. I don't ever have a problem with any of that at all, and the good thing that I like is that they keep things that I've used before, and so they're always there for me to pick up on. I don't think that I would ever go anywhere else because I get things timely, my order is always correct and the colors and the print are always really good. I'm totally pleased. I would encourage others to use it.

I was looking to start getting business cards for my company. I found Vistaprint online and their process was easy. I've been using the company since 2018. If I have any problems with anything like designs, there is customer service until 11 PM. It’s easy to navigate on the website. And it changes. It also takes seven business days to get everything after ordering. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful. They should keep up the good work.

I’ve used Vistaprint in the past and the turnaround time was good. The quality of the business cards was good, too. I usually go online when I order from them and it takes less than seven days from order to front door. Their process is pretty quick.

I have made order from Vistaprint-Promotique at the end of 2019 and middle of March 2020 I still have no receipt or email confirmation. My order came without my approval confirmation and with poor quality of work. I called multiple times customer service and every time same answer-result. They will call promised to call back with resolution and they never did. I was dealing with Vistaprint for a few years without any issues but what is happening right now is very surprising. As a small business owner, I will NO longer use their services or recommend to my clients.

I had a company and Vistaprint did all my business cards and they ran my webpage for several years. I like that I could do everything through the webpage and I don't have to go anywhere to get it done. Also, getting orders from them takes about five days. I love them and when my friend was looking to get hers done, I recommended them to her.

Vistaprint has always been the way to go. They are easy to use and have good products. And they have always done a good job. I usually order cards and usually get it in about two weeks, which is pretty quick. But sometimes, it's less, depending on how fast I need it. Also, when they mailed my order to the wrong address, they took care of it really quickly.

I've been calling for 3 day now as to why the error keeps coming up. Why their upload mailing list feature won't work. I was told would be up in an hour, Then next day, then by 5pm, Then by 6pm the next day. I have time sensitive mailer to go out and they are botching my ability to make money from simple marketing service. They keep saying engineers working on it. I spent 2 days designing the card. If not up tomorrow I'm out. And they can kiss my **. I'll never go back after 7 years. They wouldn't even offer expedient mailing service. They seem to be having a complete crash in systems. Bail now to another company.

I’ve always had good orders with Vistaprint. This is my second business that I’ve used them for and I’ve had success with both of them. I've ordered business cards, labels and a couple of merchandising options, and I love the quality. I've never had an issue. Sometimes, I find myself in a bind and I know that it’s gonna take a few days but the quality has always been very professional and clear. What I order from them, I use for my product labels. So you can only imagine the durability that I need. I have not seen if they will offer waterproof labels though. That would be something.
Still, I like the options. I like the flexibility of being able to order multiple things for your business, whether it’s labels, a bag, a pen, a pencil or creating a website. I also like that your order comes sooner than they say that it’s gonna come. That is always a great thing. Then every time I’ve called, I’ve had great customer service. The agents have always been very helpful in helping me out and walking me through if I was stuck on something. I also love how, when you do consistent business with them, they let you get those coupons for discounts and deals. That’s always a plus because then it makes you feel you can come back to that company.

The plastic roll label is oil and water-resistant and is more durable for indoor and outdoor use. The vinyl roll labels is the most durable of the three and is weatherproof and dishwasher safe. I recently ordered a new business card through Vistaprint. The quality is really good and they had really nice design selections. However, I'm having a hard time scrolling down their font list when I wanna pick out a font. It gets me a handful of fonts then I can't scroll down the list any further. I like to have more choices. Still, I have a friend who wanted some business cards I told her I'd help her design them on Vistaprint.

I had a website with Vistaprint for a long time. I receive almost daily emails from vistaprint to purchase things. Recently checked my website and realized that it was cancelled approx 6 months ago, reason our renewed credit cards had a new expiry date. When I went to update the credit card information I was immediately saw 3 charges that were processed without my authorization. Since the web page had been cancelled they need my authorization for any charges and notification of what charges they would be charging to bring the website online. I believe this is illegal activity.

After I purchased something from Vistaprint, they sent me a 30% discount email if I spent over $250. I tried to order something for $2000 dollars and the website would only give me 20% off - no higher. When I called the company, they said that the 30% discount limit is $670.01. Nowhere on their website does it explain this. They refused to give me the 30% discount and acted like they didn't care when I suggested they explain this for customers on their website. Deceptive advertising!!!! I will never do business with them again and I will let everyone I know in business that they use deceptive discounts to lure people in and hope that they don't notice they aren't getting the discount they should be.

We ordered thank you/appreciation cards for our 70 plus employees to send to them for Employee Appreciation Day. Peer ordered them three weeks ago and was told that they would be delivered on Wednesday the 26th. The 26th came and went and nothing was delivered. When she called on Thursday the 27th, she was getting the run around and being told that there issues with nothing printed and that only half went out, but would never give a tracking number. Was assured that the package would be delivered on Friday the 28th.
Again, no package was delivered and when she called again, she was given the run around that they were indeed sent out, but again would not give her a tracking number. Was told that they would be delivered on Monday the 2nd of March and still nothing. Package finally arrived on Tuesday the 3rd, but when I tracked the package with the tracking number on the package, it shows that the package was not sent out until Monday the 2nd. So after being told that they were sent out, they were lying the whole time. This has caused issues with getting these all out to our employees to make sure they receive them by Friday. This is a horrible company and will lie to you over and over just to cover their butts.

I've started using Vistaprint last year. It was all about the business cards. We needed them for our salesmen and we’re paying way more than what they would charge. Then I’ve gotten a sample pack and the salesmen told me which business card they like and we’ve been with them ever since. I’ve had to have customer service help me when I didn’t install or uploaded our logo and they were awesome about it. I’ve been satisfied.

I recently used Vistaprint to print my wedding invitations. They were easy to use and extremely reasonable in price. Well, I guess you get what you pay for because once I received the invitations I saw that half the lettering was left out. These were done off a template that I emailed them. I called customer service to let them know of the problem, and sent them a photo of what the invitations looked like. The CS rep saw the problem, but was unable to do anything other than have these reprinted again and waive the express shipping, which still took 3 days. I let her know this was unacceptable because I was needing to send these out asap, but she told me there was nothing that could be done. I agreed, and waited for the second set of invitations to arrive. When they did arrive, I opened them up only to find the same mistake as the first time!
I immediately took my template to FedEX, who had the invitations ready for me the next day, and they were perfect. It wasn't until I saw the invites done at FedEx did I realize that the coloring and print size at Vistaprint was off also. I would stay away from Vistaprint unless you don't care about the quality of the product. It's obvious there is no quality control check procedure in place.

We have had ongoing problems with Vistaprint's website with technical problems that been ongoing since 2018. We rely on the bookings page that we have on their website. There have been a number of problems from bookings not been sent to our email address, this seems to be ongoing. Today we can't receive any booking as their website won't even let you make one. When you call Vistaprint the standard answer seems to be it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. This is not good enough. Over the past 3 years we have been using the their website I estimate we have lost Approx $60.000 and have had lots of stress. If I was to use a website for bookings it would not be Vistaprint. I find them the most useless company that I have ever dealt with. They should have just stuck to printing.

This is my first order from Vistaprint. I had read reviews where people said their cards were printed off center. I thought to myself, it won't happen to my order but it did. Pulling a small stack of the cards out of the box, you get a couple good ones then the rest you can see where the printing starts to drift to the right. Extremely disappointed as very few cards in my order are centered. I started writing a review of my order but decided to contact vistaprint first to see if they could resolve the poor quality issue. The customer service representative was extremely nice and helpful and said they would ship out another batch of cards at no charge. I just received my replacement cards today and they are of the same off centered poor quality as the first batch. I will not be doing business with vistaprint again. On their website it says the following....'Absolutely guaranteed every time. Any reason. Or we’ll make it right.' How long does it actually take to make it right????

Sometime, I would use Staples and Office Depot. But, Vistaprint is cheaper. The salesperson helped and we did not have a problem. Their turnaround time was good, too. I got my stuff on time and I like the quality of their work.

Vistaprint's service is cheaper and more feasible. I order my checks and return labels from them, and their quality is very nice. I like it. When I used to order them through the bank, their checks were outrageous. I do everything on my phone because I'm constantly getting emails from them, so when the time comes to order stuff, I pull up my email and put what I want and order. Within two and a half weeks, I have it.

Vistaprint did my business card and I thought they were good. I was thinking about printing the brochure and the voucher but then their lady handed me the deal. I ordered a checkbook but then I was disappointed since they printed the wrong number on. The checkbook has a really simple design. When I signed the check to someone else, they got declined. The bank is gonna charge money and I have to pay that amount. I'm really disappointed about that because the number of the check has to be correct and the check is really important.
When I called Vistaprint for that, they said they would correct it and reprint the checks for me. I’m feeling absolutely scared at that point, so I just put the packet on lock. I didn't use that because I feel unsafe, even if I pay a lot of money to print the check from Vistaprint. I went to the bank and they offered me checks for a couple of dollars higher. Still, the bank gave me really good checks. The information is really corrected, so I feel really safe. I lost $350 on Vistaprint's mistake.

Poor management of tracking in stock items and shipping. Very disappointed that 5 days after being charged for an item and expecting it to ship that it is out of stock. They refunded us our money but now that will take till next to show up and we still don't have our jacket that we needed. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. You can't count on Vistaprint anymore it seems. No credit or discount for the mistake either.

I order so much from you in the past but just couldn't push the button when I saw how much it was going to cost to ship it. Vistaprint is convenient. They get stuff to us quickly and everything I’ve ever gotten from them has turned out very well. We have ordered printed materials, business cards and rack cards. We’ve also gotten T-shirts and polo shirts from them in the past. When you upload your logo, the design process is simple and easy to follow. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it.

Vistaprint was a little better. I like that I could just pick what I wanted and it went faster but I miss the personal human interaction 'cause I normally go to OfficeMax and get my business card. I would definitely be doing Vistaprint from here on out 'cause they were definitely better quality-wise and it was cheaper. Definitely try Vistaprint. They do online specials also. I already recommended them to a couple of people and they bought it.

Ordered from them for years. Price is the reason. I have endured the worst customer service on the planet and today was so awful. Site kept shutting down while making the loyalty card. Called Vistaprint to make inquiry, answer: "Please call back in 15 minutes". An hour later, issue still not resolved. Second issue, false advertisement - supposed to be 50% almost everything on the site ie; postcards, marketing material, banners etc. Everything except business cards. Their answer; If one item is 50% off and the second item chosen is 25% off, you will get the one item for 50% off and the item that was 25% off will be full priced because their system will not allow for two codes. I ask if they can manually discount the second item, answer: no. Dwayne is the manager, Aleece the supervisor and Anakia the agent. Two were exceptionally rude and Dwayne never apologized for their conduct.
If you really need marketing items - steer clear of vistaprint. It does not matter how many times you order from them, they do not care about their customers. As a president of a small business you need marketing items at a reasonable price. Vistaprint is among the worst companies out there. You would think that they would simple adjust the 25% so I would not lose the percentage off. Instead I was told to make a second order and pay the separate shipping cost in order to get the discount. I ordered over $350 last week of merchandise and was putting a large order in today. Vistaprint would rather lose an entire sale for a minor glitch in their system. They told me to call back when I have ordered two separate orders. Who has the time to deal with this kind of an issue when you are trying to run your company? Vistaprint is by far a nightmare and I am going to use my other site from now on.

Ordered checks, got them, carefully checked to make sure account number correct. Wrote 3 checks (one to DMV!) and became concerned when they didn’t clear. THEY HAD THE WRONG BANK ROUTING NUMBER! So far have had to pay $25 to my poor hairdresser because she got a charge from her bank, $75 penalty to an installment bill I was paying, and twice what I owed the DMV with a letter saying I could never pay by check again. I didn’t check to make sure the routing number was correct because when I ordered they verify your bank for you. What did I get from Vistaprint to rectify this nightmare of a mistake?? A half hearted “sorry”, “free” reprint of the checks, and a $10 credit. As if I will EVER do business with them again.

I ordered cards and they came damaged due to the packaging being wet. I also noticed that the cards were shiny and I asked about it. The person said that must me a mistake since I had ordered matte. She reordered them for me. I questioned her to make sure I understood. She said they should be like card stock. I got them days later and they are still shiny; they are not matte like card stock. They look cheap. I sent a review through email explaining my displeasure with the product but I received no communication back from them. So frustrated.

I've been using Vistaprint for years for business cards and business checks. The quality and design processes were excellent. I haven't gone back to anybody. I recommend Vistaprint to everybody. I placed an order and they delivered it. There weren’t any hassle and the quality was hard to beat. I did the design online. It can be a little bit better though on the ease of access. There's not a whole lot of option. It seems like it's kinda holding back. I feel like there's a lot of stuff that they don't like to do that they can easily implement and it'll make it better.

I’m very pleased with the service that we received from Vistaprint. We get the promotional emails in in our email, or I just use Vistaprint based on the amount of time that I have to get the product turned around. We do a lot of outside design work for other institutions so we’re often sending them to Vistaprint because of the price and ease of use. The user experience was always very good. The design process, once a person figures it out, it’s pretty intuitive.

I uploaded my own design for my business cards but the website said that they would come out pixelated so I called customer service and got a very friendly woman on the phone who was more than happy to help me solve my problem. I have been with Vistaprint since 2014, though almost every second-order contained some issue, whether it was poor printing (white line across the flyers), banner holders breaking within a couple of uses, design not coming out as expected and more. My last order in 2019 contained a banner that broke within weeks so I called to have it credited on my account so I can purchase their "higher-grade" one, a couple of days after the credit was applied, they flagged my account and kept the $200 credit to themselves and told me "too bad."
The rep told me to create a new account and order from there. Due to the urgency of needing flyers and postcards, I went ahead and did this in January 2020. One of the postcards ordered came printed on only one side when both sides were designed, and the preview shows both sides printed and ready. Called and they said they would not refund or credit me?! I am requesting that Vistaprint sends me the funds of $200 of my last account to me as promised and to fix the issue with this last order. Very surprised that they are acting this way this past year. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have enjoyed both your products and service. My only complaint is with the plastic lawn sign holders. They break easily and I often have to dig holes and place rocks in order to get them to stay. Magnets hold to the car at high speeds. Tee shirts hold out and look fabulous on arrival. Postcards look professional.

I was a little dismayed that I had an printing error and then a long held payment processing issue from a previous order. I may or may not return to Vistaprint. They have generally done good work in the past. But the last two orders were deficient of professionalism.

Before ordering I called to be sure checks were in boxes and not folders, as I had received from the last company I used. I explained I was ordering the "Duplicate' kind and liked to reuse the boxes, to keep the used duplicates in. I was assured they would be in boxes. Order arrived today.... IN FOLDERS!

I created a website through Vistaprint. The first 6 weeks were perfect and I was happy with my website. Soon after, the problems began. I could not see any Data for my stats, images were simply gray or blue blocks that were empty and held no key information. The actual Page Summary, where my stats show how many people were visiting my site and other important information, only showed a spinning circle and not being uploaded. The critical details for my product have not been relayed to me or on display. I have lost patience in getting told: "It's a technical issue" that has lasted 6 months! Tonight I was told by a Vistaprint representative: "Oh there are others who have similar issues with their sites and the problem has been longer than yours!" This is not something to boast or make me feel better. Over the years, I have been a faithful customer and feel as if I do not matter to Vistaprint.

Customer service Treyvon, Maria and Kimberly first of all the other 2 MANAGERS would not give names. Surprised by behavior needless to say but it happens when some rotten apples are amongst the bunch. Site was canceled on 2 different occasions due to Vistaprint error. Refused to acknowledge emails I sent as proof of service. I decided to take business elsewhere where I’m surprised by the dynamics but again it happens.

Appalling customer services in Tunisia, unwilling to help, doesn't comply with the ethical standard nor does it comply to the deontological code act' that all companies are obliged to: I dealt with two Ladies who both have enormous difficult to grasp the concept of good, professional customer care: one hangs up the phone and the other one who claims to be a senior (Salma) has given some patronising lesson" but also, to add more insult to the injury she also hang up the phone when I was asking to help me to just add further basic information to the order. Laziness and rudeness its what this contact centre is about: Is indeed time now for Vista print to change not only the country where their contact centre is - Tunisia - but to provide much better customer services and a decent standard to all your customers who are the tantamount of your success.

Over the holidays I ordered some marketing material for my Father's art business. At check-out the site recommended puzzles which we ordered for the grandkids using his original artwork. A week after it was to be delivered, I had to call to find out they no longer make the product. First it was "stuck in printing" and now they don't make them at all. This is a poorly run organization and I would stay away. I'm a Realtor and done with them.

I ordered holiday cards at 40% off their regular price. By the time I paid for envelopes, premium matte and shipping & tax .... it ended up being almost twice the cost of the cards at the 40% off. ($52.50/cards and $96.13/total) Not sure when they decided you had to pay for the envelopes that go with the cards. I’m not a very happy camper tonight.

I was with Vistaprint since 2005, in 2019 they had made 3 mistakes on my business cards to which I had contacted customer service to have them fix these issues. These guys actually flagged my account and told me they would not do business with me, one of the reps then proceeded to tell me that they would call me back after 24 hours after I had told them that I wanted to appeal their decision as Vista Print held my logos, I could not afford to change all my store banners and business card looks as I was already swamped with work... They never returned my calls even after promising calls back to give me more detailed answers on why they cut me off!
Another rep had told me that I should get a friend or family member to allow me to use their account to bypass them cutting me off business with them, and they then proceeded to cut my friend off from doing business with them! Absolutely disgusting company to deal with in every facet of the word!!! Do yourself a favor and support the private smaller companies in your areas as these people don’t deserve our business....

I've ordered several t-shirts from Vistaprint. Website allows for uploading pictures and including messages on the product. Phone support to finalize the product has been amazing. Three different complex designs finalized with 100% satisfaction. And the same feedback from others who received and/or commented on the t-shirts. The one time when the design of the final product was not as expected, a follow up call to Vistaprint resulted in a corrected t-shirt at no cost that was flawless and delivered by priority mail.

I purchased business cards from Vistaprint and the cards looked very professional but the color of font (I chose) did not show up on the face of the card. I immediately contacted their live chat and they responded right away and issued me a full refund for my purchase. I was able to correct the issue and resubmit my order at no charge. I ordered customized post-it notes for party favors. They arrived perfectly. I had to order 2 more and was told they would arrive within 10 days, which worked for me. Later I get a message saying they have production delays (near Christmas) and will refund my shipping, no indication of when I will get my order. Meanwhile I'm getting general advertising to order from them they'll get your order out fast. I call 3 days before the party to find out where my order is, it's now 2 weeks later. They tell me my order is not, nor ever will be printed. WHAT!!!! They offer me a refund, how generous of them... There was no offer to provide me another item, etc. Simply NO help and now I have no favors for some party guests. SUPER PISSED, will NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN! EVER!!!!

Being the first time I ever tried to design our own business cards I was very apprehensive. I asked on my social media for suggestions and Vistaprint was suggested several times. So happy I went with them. I wanted both sides and glossy finish with a picture as well. Impressed to say the least and at an affordable price. High quality and exactly what we wanted. All product that I have purchased are of low quality, banners fading within a 12 months, t-shirts very low quality fabric falling apart in the wash as well as fading after a couple of time's in the wash. They have no control or knowledge of the delivery service and with not mail to P.O Box's anymore. When trying to get help the give the runaround and blame anyone but themselves. Highly do not recommend not to do business with.

I have used Vistaprint for a few months now and I have had a few issues with them that are usually resolved (missing package, shipping delay, etc). However, Vistaprint has done little to nothing at all to resolve a fraudulent charge made with them using my card. After contacting them several different ways, an agent finally told me that Vistaprint is the scammer after all! They decided to charge me again yesterday, December 13, 2019, for an order that I previously placed on September 27, 2019. I was successfully charged for my order placed on Sept 27, 2019, the first time.
An agent at Vistaprint informed me that there was a payment processing error on their end in which the original payment didn't process (even though the money left my account and has never returned). Therefore, they decided to randomly charge my account for the entire amount with not even an email explanation. In addition, the agent failed to send me any proof of this "error." I won't be using Vistaprint for any of my business branding needs going forward.

Now 60 days later they say there was a glitch in their system so they are going back and charging me 17.12 for another box. Something is not right.

We picked Vistaprint because they were the only website we found that had the purple we wanted for our invitations. We ordered them, and were super excited to receive them. Upon receiving our first order, the box was soaked and come to find out the invitations and envelopes were ruined from lack of the merchandise being wrapped up. The invitations had some plastic, but the holes in the plastic didn’t prevent damage. The envelopes weren’t protected at all.
I call Vistaprint and the person I spoke to immediately made it right and said I would be receiving a new copy. No big deal. Panic settled and the person was my hero. We wait three days and receive our new box. Check for rain damage. Nothing. All clear and we are beyond excited. We open the box to see our invitations are the wrong color. The front side is a dark black, maybe charcoal and the back is like maroon/plum purple. Same thing for our rsvp cards. I call again and I am told that I will be sent 10 just to make sure it is the purple I want even though I explain that the purple we ordered and received the first time around is perfect and that is what we want. I hope these next 10 are the purple we ordered. Fingers crossed. We will not be purchasing from Vistaprint again.

Vistaprint: Three strikes and you are out! This is the third time my Christmas cards have been "lost" or late. And your customer service is the WORST. The guy today said: "I don't want to point fingers here but it seems that there might be problem about the delivery." When he admitted later it was a problem with a backlog at the print facility.

They just lost a customer so easily. I ordered three personalized mugs and one of them was a gift for a special occasion. I paid for express delivery and they sent an email stating that I would receive them by December 5th. I received two of them but not the gift one. We are December 6th today and later in the afternoon I chat with an agent and she tells me that my mug was held at the custom which caused a delay and that I should receive it by end of the day. I wait behind the door impatiently so that I could get it asap and wrap it.
Then hours later, I check with the tracking number and it mentions that I would receive it on December 9th!!!! I decide to chat again with the customer service and this time, this agent tells me that it is due to unforeseen production issue the mug was not made on time.!! I got even more upset because first they gave me two different reasons and second they failed to let me know about the situation! At least they could have mention it about the delay. My dad's surprise retirement party is tomorrow but the gift will not be here. I am very upset and will never purchase from VISTA PRINT!

I ordered wedding invitations along with rsvp cards and direction cards. The invitations had two white streaks through the writing which made them illegible. I called customer service who kindly and quickly refunded me for the invitations and offered to send another set free. I asked if anyone looks at the printing before it is mailed and they said no - it is set to print and immediately send out. I was leery that the second set would be the same and sure enough they were the same. I had to order from another vendor which was actually cheaper. I will never use Vistaprint again as they are unreliable.

I've been waiting for over 2 months for a refund of $453 for a damaged Popup Banner. I've been told multitude reasons why the delay is taken place. The most recent excuse is that they are repairing their refund processing system. I wonder how long this problem would exist... if they had any problem accepting payments for merchants purchased. I've been doing business for many years with Vista print but after this experience I will take my business elsewhere. A totally disgusted customer!!

The process of ordering a simple business card was fairly easy until I tried to check out. I wanted to check out as a 'guest' and not create an account, but it would not allow me to purchase as a 'guest'. I created a password for an account so I could purchase the business cards and proceeded to fill out the bill to address and the send to address, etc. When the delivery did not happen I contacted Vistaprint and was told the cards were shipped to ****, an address I have not lived at for 13 years!! Why did their system not use the address I entered and instead pulled an old address from who knows where. Now they are reprinting and resending my order which sets the timeline out another week. I will not purchase from them again, very frustrated and disappointed.

I bought a domain via Vistaprint a year ago. Two weeks ago I initiated a transfer by requesting the EPP code which I was given. So I started the transfer on 18th Nov 2019 and on Nov 25th it was completed. First I received an e-mail indicating a registrar that I did not choose. When I try to publish my site, when I open it, it still shows vistaprint and says the below msg.
"Coming soon! This site is still under construction and hasn't been published yet. Check back soon. Site owner? Log in here. Built with Vistaprint". In other words, they are not letting go of my site. Moreover, they are not giving me the cpanel login and password so that I can migrate my site. If you buy from them, be prepared to stay with them forever since they are the cronies that will NEVER let you go. What happened with free markets? It is free free market in the U.S. I guess not in the Netherlands.

I ordered two banners for the Christmas parade. I got a email saying they were delivered to the house by Purolator. WE never received them so we called Vista print. Told them that it never got delivered even tho purolator said it was signed for. Vista Print made me new ones right away, sent them to me and saved our float for the parade. I am upset it has come to this but I think it is important to share my experience with others. After reading several reviews covering the past six months it appears I am in the majority of unhappy customers. I have been a customer of Vistaprint for many years and have had nothing but good experiences. I have ordered business cards, business card magnets, car magnets, flyers, invoices, and address labels, all of which came with free tech and design support as needed. I have also had a website though them for many years and this is where the problems began back in October 2019.
Apparently Vistaprint is upgrading their templates and design center for their websites but FAILED to tell their customers. When I made changes and published those changes (while they were in the upgrading process which has been going on for months unbeknownst to us), the changes blew up in my face. Changes were lost, the saved website was lost, colors were different, alignment was different, etc. It gets better. Vistaprint said there was nothing they could do until the upgrade was completed. It had to sit like that published. If I deleted my account, everything would be gone.
Fast forward one month. One month it took for them to tell me I could go into my website and make the changes. Guess what? 8 years of stored and saved photos? Gone. They said they were all deleted when the website migrated to the new website. No one said one thing to me over that entire month about the fact I would lose all my photos. Like all the other bad reviews say, all Vistaprint says is, "I'm sorry". I hate to do this to them, but I would suggest you go somewhere else. Their customer service doesn't give a crap about their customers and how their upgrades deleted product I can never get back. They just joined all the other companies out there who don't give a crap. All they had to do was block the dashboard forcing us to call to see what was going on. But they didn't. They allowed us to step in the quicksand and sink.

Vistaprint has a terrible policy that it deletes your work after 6 weeks of inactivity. I was working on a baby book, that contained 6 months of memories, and it was deleted. So all of those memories of my baby that I typed into my project are gone. They have no way to recover the information that I trusted using the site. I will never use vistaprint again, and recommend the same to others.

Normally, you would have received multiple emails days before the item is deleted prompting you to place the order or create a new copy of the item because there's not way to retrieve it once it has been deleted. I have had a few problems with Vistaprint in the past but went on ordering my business cards and other products from them because every time they messed up they also corrected it. Still, it is sure that the company is not anymore the company it was in the past. What happened recently was outrageous. I live abroad and was going on to visit my 92 year old father, so I came up with the idea of a nice little present for him, a little book with family photos so that he could remember all of us. The thought of sitting with him, explaining who everyone is, including my deceased mother, would bring a smile to his face and surely to mine too.
Vistaprint seemed to be quite a bit more expensive than other companies and I could get that book printed quite cheaply through Groupon too. The only problem was that they want higher resolution than Vistaprint does. I chose around 40 photos, if I am not wrong, placed them on the pages, contacted their services a few times to make sure that everything was ok and I have to say, the gentlemen are very nice, the ladies or lady not at all!
The book arrived a week or so before I was supposed to leave but.... more than half of the photos weren't there. I talked to a nice guy on the phone who helped me. I added a few photos because in the meanwhile our wedding photos were ready, photographer quality, very high resolution and he would send the book to my brother's house in Portugal so that I could still offer it to my Dad. The book never arrived but it was partly my fault. I disregarded their last e-mail, presuming that it was just the proof that I had ordered the book and instead it was an e-mail telling me that they didn't deliver to Portugal. Anyway, it would have made no difference because the book came just like the first one, part of the photos were missing. Talking to them didn't help a thing. They did give me my money back and a gift voucher but were not willing to go and see why this had happened twice.
I have no idea whether Vistaprint has been taken over by a different company or something but in the past they were very efficient and this would have never happened. Then they told me to upload all the photos again, which I was not prepared to do because I had spend many hours trying to fix a tiny photo book. They would not speak to the printers, whoever they are and were not interested in finding out what had gone wrong. In fact, they disclosed that there is no quality check or anything. Then they told me that it was my fault because of low resolution of the photos. I sent them some examples, of low resolution photos that had been printed and even very high resolution ones ones that had not. They weren't interested. A lady told me to go elsewhere.
The whole incident was disgusting and made worse because I don't know whether I will ever see my Dad again. They robbed us of a very significance experience! No money can give that back to us! The women, or woman are also very dismissive. I still have money on my account and will use it up but after that it is finished with Vistaprint. NEVER AGAIN!

I went through the process of setting up an order for business cards ion the site. I found the process to be relatively painless and I was glad to see a order entry option as a guest. In spite of this, at the end of my order I was asked to provide an email AND a password. WTF…. So much for signing as a guest. Also, early in the process I received a code for free shipping. However, when finishing the order there was an option for free shipping. Again… wtf? I ended up deciding to do business elsewhere.
We sincerely apologize for the difficulties encountered with the order you wanted to place. While you do have the option to place an order as a guest, we required an email address so we can send you the order confirmation and to receive shipping notification, etc. In regards to the free shipping promotion, there are normally conditions as to how to receive shipping for an order. We're not sure what went wrong, but we truly hope you'll consider us again in the future.

After years of creating and saving our business materials Vista Print randomly closed our account with no notification saying someone had reported my credit card as fraudulent. We received no notification from Vista Print, they did nothing to confirm this bogus claim and they now will not give us access to all the work we have paid for and stored in our account! They are virtually holding our paid for files hostage saying they can not transfer to a new file. My card has never been reported as stolen and they made NO attempt to contact a customer of over 10 years to verify before closing and deleting the account. I feel we have paid for this work. It belongs to our company. Seems like some sort of scam to me.

Have subscribed to the top level website design service and have been waiting for weeks (over a month) for my website to be created. I have contacted vistaprint over and over and they can't seem to communicate to me what is wrong. They have escalated this numerous times and still nothing done. I ask for a manager to phone me and I get nothing back. I'm always being told that the will speak with their team members - do they not have management? I had a case manager say she was looking after this issue - I don't know where is has gone now.
I have had emails from Gerrick **in the past to organise the site - he has gone quiet too. Vistaprint are holding me back with starting my business. I'm being told this is not normal practice but I find this hard to believe since I still do not have a website. Yesterday I messaged the CEO via LinkedIn. I don't imagine getting anything there if this is usual vistaprint practice. Always starts from the top. I have told them I need answers today - I don't want to but may need to cancel this subscription and realise that I will not get the time I spend on this back nor get anything out of it. Wish I could give zero stars as no service provided.

We have been in a bind with trying to edit a design or having an issue with an item just ordered and customer service had always been extremely helpful and courteous! Our products typically arrive days earlier than expected. Five stars for me!

I have placed many orders in the lately with Vistaprint. The first few sets of note cards were fine, but then I started getting inconsistencies with their putting the folding line in the correct place (so they fold as they should). They were good about redoing, but after having this issue stay an issue--the last batch was off by the most of any. They did issue a refund after a few redos, recommended I look for a local place to print them, and said they would look into it with their quality department. I hope they can correct this inconsistency as I would like to continue to use them for note cards, but if not I will have to look elsewhere. The other products which do not have a folding line are great with no issues--calendars and two sided holiday cards. I always pay extra for premium glossy paper and it is worth it. So other than folding line issues I am impressed with their quality.

Vistaprint's website design team has provided me with a website consisting of full pages in description and artistry of my products. Vistaprint provides website users a domain name and many features from photos, images, videos displayed in their on-site library. I was given a choice to select my own images from my documents or Vistaprint's images to design my website. I really appreciate the time devoted that the design team worked to make my website colorful. I have eight pages on my website of my product and promotional items. Vistaprint provides shipping and handling of their products sold on my website.
I was given a choice to select credit card payments, PayPal accounts, cash or check to post for my customers to pay. Vistaprint also gave me an option to post a "Donate" button to my website and join their affiliate program to bring in more sales and receive representation from other businesses at no extra cost. I like the payment plan from Vistaprint because a small monthly fee for the website is deducted from my credit card account. Vistaprint does not required website users to make a one-time purchase for the website.
I have had a positive experience with Vistaprint because I am able to view the stats of visitors daily to my website and also see the device used by viewers. The customer service team has always provided me with prompt service and a willingness to help with changes I request on my website. They offer a "take control" of the website to address the changes or additions. I also like the global network vistaprint has. My website can be viewed on an international scope to viewers. I haven't used all of the benefits that Vistaprint offers, I know that Vistaprint reaches out to numerous social media networks and local search engines including e-mail marketing.

Setup website for contracting business. The build was very simple, typical drag and drop for themes and text and picture boxes. Emails were already set up BUT when customer uses contact me button their email is never sent! Second discovered problem on the call me button the customer is routed to a marketing company's recorded advertisement not me! Websites been live for a couple months so I am sure I have a few lost customers between the two issues. Follow that up with a customer service call where they could give a crap less and repeatedly kept reading from their script "We are sorry for the inconvenience". I am sorry too and will be looking to move my site at the first opportunity!!!

I ordered 1000 business cards last week and received them today. I was really disappointed that the cards were glossy when I remembered ordering matte finish with metallic lettering. I went back into my history on my computer to see what I selected when I was designing the cards. Sure enough, they were matte finish with metallic lettering, but my order confirmation was "Premium Glossy". So I called Vistaprint and they explained that when I selected the premium thickness cards, the matte finish option went away. I guess I wasn't paying attention but they were willing to make sure I was satisfied so they corrected my order to what I wanted from the beginning and expedited shipping to make sure I have my cards right away. I highly recommend their services. This is the 3rd time I've used Vistaprint for various things and I've been satisfied with the quality each time.

They delete your emails. Emails don't come through. They lie to customers. Their shopping cart does not give you a notification if someone buys something. They haven't fixed my problems ever. Don't do anything with them.

I have used Vistaprint for all of my marketing material needs since opening my small business in July 2017. I have designed pens, business cards, tablecloths, marketing folders, card stock, t-shirts, and other apparel. At first, the products and customer service I received were satisfactory. One of the draws to Vistaprint for me was that I could put in the time on the front end to design my marketing materials, knowing that I could easily re-order them in the future, which would ensure efficiency and consistency throughout my marketing materials. The future is here, and I am having a multitude of issues with re-ordering the products I have designed on Vistaprint.
Most recently, I placed an order for 400 pens, by selecting my previous order and changing the amount of the product. Without my knowledge, and after charging me for my order, Vistaprint cancelled my original order and placed an order for pens with a different design. I only learned of this unauthorized order for the wrong product when I was designing another marketing material and saw the pens with the wrong design (a design I have never seen before) in my order history. I attempted to resolve the issue with Vistaprint (over an hour long conversation with a customer service representative and then with a supervisor), but they told me I had two options - receive the pens with the wrong design by my scheduled delivery time, or cancel those pens and wait two weeks to receive my correct pens.
I was not offered an apology, and when I expressed that I would need the pens by the delivery date of the original order, I was told that I would have to accept and pay the original price for the wrong design. This is not the only issue I have had with Vistaprint. Recently I re-ordered business cards, and the image quality and color was drastically different than the business cards I originally received. Again, the only draw to Vistaprint is that I could consistently re-order my marketing materials. Consistency is important in marketing when you are trying to build a brand. Unfortunately, Vistaprint does not deliver, and I will no longer be using their services.

I've ordered this card twice in the past and have always been very happy with them. Today I tried to order again and I can see my "project" (the cards) and I can see my original orders but I cannot place a new order because the "Project is Unavailable". So I started to assemble a new order similar to what I had. I say similar because I had black text on the back of the card but now you only have a colour option which is much more expensive. At the end the price was almost doubled, and I didn't even get to add in the shipping charges. Someone is losing the plot here, perhaps a merger of some kind but it certainly will not make customers happy, customers that would return again and again. I will now look for alternative suppliers. Sorry Vistaprint.

I've previously ordered the item and I knew what to expect. Because I needed the same cards rather urgently for a work transfer to hand out to my clients, I paid $19.99 for Express Shipping. Although my order was delivered before the estimated delivery date (actual delivery 9/28, estimated was 9/30), my order was shipped using USPS First Class Mail. That took 4 days and in reality would have cost under $10 at the post office. Had my order been shipped using an actual express shipping method i.e. 2-day or overnight, sure I'd be happy to pay that $19.99. When I contacted customer service, my shipping fee refund request was promptly declined simply because my order was delivered before the estimated delivery date and they totally ignored the fact that an express shipping method was not used. BAD business practice. Will NOT recommend.

Have used Vistaprint so many times with excellent service but this is most Worst unbelievable service and experience received from Vistaprint & Blue Dart. This time for the first time nobody is tracking and constantly providing false updates after lot of waiting I am posting my concern here hoping someone looks into it. From September 14, 2019 I have received this msg but not my package- Your order from VISTAPRINT with Blue Dart Awb# ** is undelivered as premise closed. To reschedule, please call please call 1860 233 1234 from 9am-9pm Mon-Sat. There is no action by Vistaprint. They are so slow in any kind of follow up and laid back. I can't believe they don't care about customer grievances. Very very disappointing and absolutely below international standards.

Ordered from them last year and things were fine. I simply re-ordered that exact same cards they have previously sent me, and they are still not here. They have now given me a 4th date (that I'm sure they can't meet) of the cards arrival. Delay after delay with excuse after excuse. I even spoke with a manager and his date he promised the cards by has passed. This company doesn't care. There is nothing any of us can do except not use them. Vista Print is not worth your time. Look elsewhere for sure!

I have an account with Vistaprint for 25 years. Their printing services are most of the time good with some exceptions. Their website design and service sadly to say is very poor. I spent days to create a good content on my site also hours and hours on links and they cannot even help with images. Navigation is poor. Loading pages is slow. It takes a long time for the design team to fix a problem.

We have placed orders with Vistaprint for over five years and have always gotten excellent service. When we've experienced a question or problem, the customer service team is always quick to help, patient, and very pleasant to work with. I have recommended Vista Print many times over the years and not one person has ever complained. I figure millions of products have likely been purchased by customers and it's the few who have had bad experiences that are most likely to post reviews. I felt compelled to leave a review after reading some of the complaints, as I find these stories unbelievable, nothing like my experiences. We are fortunate to have found a high quality and affordable means for promoting our business.

AFter a great experience last year with Vista Prints I order shirts again this year for our family vacation. It was a disaster! I am now going to see my kids with 8 of 10 custom made shirts that I ordered over a month ago. From the moment I ordered them VISTA print kept making excuses for the order. I received 1/2 the order from VISTA prints and never saw the rest of the order. I should say I did that order with 40% off.
The rest of shirts were supposedly out of stock. Vista couldn't understand HOW I could order them because their system didn't allow such a thing. They then sent me over to Promotique where I could order the same shirt with the custom print for three times as much. Figuring I wanted the shirts I paid the money. Then I didn't see the order process and when I called they said I needed to order another shirt. I did that. I waited two more weeks and didn't see the order process. I have called every day for the last week. Though the order was expedited. They only sent 2 of the remaining shirts. Which means my gift for my kids is ruined. OUr look alike shirts won't happen. I will forever tell people to buy local or try another company.

I decided to made my business cards with Vistaprint easy to make the business card & navigate through the website. But there is one thing I don’t like about my business cards, they don’t look the same color as it show on the previous page. The letter are small and it didn’t look like that on the previous page. I’m so disappointed... I trust this company to made my business cards something important, the it is the first impression of your company. Paid 30$ for 500$, took a week to arrived. They send me 4 extras cards so I have 504, yes I did count them all. But you get what you pay for: I ordered them glossy and just the front side is glossy, the back side is not. Totally disappointed. ;(

Ordered business cards and flyers. Business cards appear to have a weird layer added which looks unprofessional. The grey layer did not show on the proof because obviously I would not have approved it as such! The flyers' wording is fuzzy and appears as though it was altered from the proof, which was not the case when proofing the flyer as the wording was not fuzzy or jaggedly. First-time ordering, paid over $30.00 for expedited shipping for cards and flyers I cannot use. Not pleased with Vistaprint.

I ordered a t-shirt for a friend for Christmas from them and when I customized it it showed that the colors of the writing were easily readable. It was a dark gray shirt with four words on it (2 were white and 2 were black). When I opened it today I couldn't read the 2 black words and I called them and the representative that dealt with me was very helpful and friendly and told me they would send another shirt free of charge and changed the color from black to white for me. Soon after the phone call, a confirmation email came through and it is already being processed. I have ordered business cards and a t-shirt for my business through them and have had no issues. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing something customized whether it be for themselves, a gift, or a business. I was very pleased that when I had a problem they gladly helped me and charged me nothing for that mistake.

Vistaprint has been hosting my website and email for the past 4 years. I recently made the decision to move my hosting services over to GoDaddy as we were having constant issues with email being down as well as their website builder not functionally providing what we required. Whenever problems or questions came up you would end up speaking to several different people on the support side, a call gets logged and nothing comes of it.
I followed the steps listed on their website to request for a transfer code. The website clearly states the following “Releasing the domain will not cancel your current website or business email address. To cancel, go to My Services, then Account Information and follow the self-cancellation path.” The agent I spoke to also stated that this holds true. He confirmed that he would send me the authorization code to my existing email address. While I was talking to him I refreshed my email and was unable to access my email. I asked him if he had done anything to disable my email, but was told that they are busy working on the servers and that my email would be back up again shortly. I kept trying to get into my email and eventually ended up calling them again – only to be told by the agent that “the moment they release a domain for transfer ALL information is deleted instantly”.
So, I have lost a total of 4 year's worth of emails that were lying on their servers, and due to the transfer taking a few days, am unable to send or receive any email, until such time as the transfer is complete. Vistaprint is only pulling up their shoulders taking NO responsibility for incorrect information both on their website support page and given by their support agent. I eventually had GoDaddy conferenced in with Vistaprint to try and resolve the issue and at least get my lost emails back and get my email running in the mean time – to no avail. So not only have I lost all my emails, I also ended up spending an entire day on the phone trying to get back up and running. The agents at GoDaddy say they have never heard of any hosting service deleting a customer's data in this manner. I am shocked at this business practice on Vistaprint's side and am unable to operate my business for the next “how many ever” days it takes for the transfer to go live.

Went online to order flyers for our Raiders Booster club. The website was easy to use and made the design and payment easy. What made me give them 5 stars though was when we hit a problem. I had to cancel the order 2 hours later due to a miscommunication within the club. Went online and cancelled right away. I got a merchandise credit though, and not a refund. Once I realized that, I used their chat feature to request a refund instead of a credit. Monique was pleasant and professional and got it changed in under 2 minutes... This is what will make me come back to a company time and again...

I trusted in this company with photos of my baby via ordering photo books. When to my horror I receive someone else’s book. After contacting them saying how angry I was not for the fact I have someone else’s but that meant someone else has photos of my baby via my books.... Here’s the kicker! I was told that mine didn’t get sent out but at still here. I said can you guarantee that and was told yes and that they were sending out the ones they had not sent. Then I was told to throw out the book I had. WTF! I refused and was even more disgusted in such a company that told people to just throw out someone else’s book!
After getting an invoice for a new order and it took 18 days to get the “original order” I called back, this time pissed I was lied to!!! The person told me, "Yes yours have been sent out to the wrong person," and that they never tell customers to throw out a mis-order. You can imagine my horror, disgust and anger at such a disregard and the horrible integrity of such a company. I would never purchase again, never let my loved ones purchase and I hope everyone thinks before trusting this company with your precious photos and are prepared to be lied to!!!

I have regularly ordered business cards and other items with logos on them via Vistaprint for our nonprofit organization. They have always provided expeditious service and quality products. I once had to contact them by phone to get some guidance in uploading our logo. The support was professional, to the point, very kind, and polite. The prices, including shipping, are very fair in comparison to local printshops. I have always been very pleased.

I have ordered personalized pens from the company. They send it to us through blue dart on time and the product didn't came to us. Then we had word with executive they told us you order again.. and again the same thing happened. Then we called executive for the same they told, "We have solved your issue. You will get your product" and still we haven't got anything. Now again and again calling on that number which is almost busy irritates and company should check this small things too whether product is reaching or not. Delivery person is cancelling the order and we are getting message that you have cancelled order..

I have used Vistaprint several times in the last year and they are now my "GO TO" for all Marketing Material!!! In the past...simple adjustments were never simple with other suppliers...colors bleeding into the wrong area or font inconsistencies, uploading pictures, etc. I always had issues (Perhaps because I don't have a graphics computer like a MAC) however, these professionals (who work from Jamaica) are fantastic. I also find Vistaprint to be more competitive than any of the other Print Suppliers by about 15-20%. This Company does customer service right! I can't say enough about the quality they provide and the expert staff they have taking care of service calls.

I have been using Vistaprint since 2003 and never have they refused to correct anything that arrives less than perfect. They even sent a replacement when the package was stolen off my porch. I will always come back when I need business supplies.

No one there has a background in design. There is no option to upload spot UV layer like EVERY OTHER COMPANY. It has some stupid auto option and looks hideous. The people that work there have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. It's super annoying to speak to them over the phone. They will delay your order because they don't know design. Seriously going back to MOO. They are better educated and very proactive when it comes to getting things done RIGHT.

I think the bad reviews may be the competition. After reading the reviews I was hesitant but reconsidered after seeing what the banks charged. Way more!!! I was pleasantly surprised my package arrived early and the routing and account numbers were correct. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. The service is excellent.

I ordered plastic business cards and paid for expedited processing and shipping. On the day they were due they canceled the order with zero explanation. Clicked the "contact" on the email and was forwarded to a garbage FAQ website and had to dig deep to find a phone number. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered graduation notices and invitations. Customer service was very good. All parts of the invitation were as advertised. Good selection as well. BUT..the problem was that the envelope (navy blue) did very poorly through the mailing system. The recipients received an envelope that had several streaks running through the beautiful and expensive envelope. The envelope's color basically faded when running through the US Postal service. It looked horrible!!! Do not get colored envelopes! The other parts of the item were great, but the envelopes were of poor manufacture. I paid a mint for this product - I was so very embarrassed when I saw how the envelope looked once received.

I ordered a banner for my farmer market stall weeks in advance. The design procedure seemed easy to use, but my proofs came back incorrect. I called customer service and spoke directly with an agent who assured me that my banner would have the correct wording. When I received my banner and unrolled it, I discovered that the incorrect wording had been used despite my phone call. Called customer service who told me that a corrected banner would be sent, and that it would arrive on Monday, 5 days before the event. Received an email to approve the proof, and a mistake was made. "Grass emblem" was on the banner instead of "Grass-fed lamb."
Called customer service again, spelled out exactly what was needed, edited and approved the proofs via email while on the phone with the instructions to follow the final, approved proof. Received replacement banner yesterday afternoon while at work, one day later than promised. Opened the banner today and discovered "Geass-Sed lamb," not "Grass-fed lamb!" Called customer service again. No way a replacement would arrive before this Saturday, the day of the market, because of the 4th of July holiday. Cancelled my order. Not sure what I will do for signage. Customer service agent suggested that I contact a local provider for a new banner. I placed the order weeks in advance to ensure delivery before it was needed. They have lost this customer forever.

I placed an order through Vistaprint for my wedding programs. They looked great, the design was exactly what I wanted, and the site was very easy to navigate. I had problems with other sites not letting me make it what I wanted, but Vistaprint allowed me to move, change, and adjust whatever I wanted about the design. A day after placing my order I realized I forgot someone's name on the program and was so worried (this hit me at 2 AM) so I contacted their 24/7 live chat service. My representative was so helpful, listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, did the editing for me, and even sent me a proof to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. This adjustment was hassle free and free of charge to make the adjustment. This adjustment didn't push back the delivery date or anything. I haven't received my programs yet, but so far it's been a great experience.

I placed an order with Promotique two weeks ago and still haven't received an e-mail saying it was shipped. After calling twice I was told it was stuck in processing. I need the order for an event in 8 days. I was told that was not possible and my options were to re-order it and wait another 2 weeks or get issued a refund. This really puts me in a tough spot. I'm surprised at the unprofessionalism of a Vistaprint company and I will not be using Promotique for any future orders for my business.

I worked on my design all morning before I had to get to work. I didn't buy the product that day so I could get feedback from my fiance and mother, etc. I go back on the next day to purchase the product to see it's $75 more than the day before. I waited two weeks to get a decent coupon but it still wasn't the original price. I'm running out of time to mess with it. I finally ordered. The next day I get a %50 off coupon which just made me mad. I'll never use it. Fast forward to today. It was delivered in the pouring rain! The box was soaked. I was praying the invitations were sealed in plastic or something.
I opened the box to find wet envelopes and potato bugs crawling everywhere! I took it back outside and grabbed the products. I thought maybe I could blow-dry the envelopes but they were sealed from the rain. Then I realized the invites weren't completely sealed. I opened them to find the top half bent and discoloration around the edges. And on top of it all, my invitations were disappointing. The material is cheap, the color looked a lot better on the website and I'm just not impressed. They are NOT worth the price I paid. They are reshipping my order but I will never shop here again. I should've taken my money somewhere else.

Honestly I have not even tried the shirts on. But a few of them came the wrong size. Possibly even my fault. I used the online chat to talk with Vistaprint. A girl name Crystal immediately sent out a new shipment with the proper size. No questions. No arguing. I can assure you I will be ordering my business cards, shirts and anything from Vista print.

I ordered business cards online, and only after I received the order, I noticed I had made a printing error. I contacted their Customer Service, and received an immediate response resolving the issue. Outstanding customer service and a very happy customer!
