I love the ease and convenience of being able to navigate the website to place my order. It was great that my previous order was saved in my history, so I just reordered that. And the shipping speed was excellent too. I was originally told 2 weeks for arrival, it was delivered 3 days after placing my order. Will definitely use Vistaprint for address labels.

Anyone that’s looking or thinking about starting a business and or creating a webpage for products they are looking at selling online, do NOT I repeat do NOT use anything web services related thru Vista Print! We bought our business cards thru them and they gave us a good deal on getting a domain and webpage thru them. The webpage absolutely was horrible to navigate and setup on top of you have to figure sales tax and shipping per item not for the cart as a whole.
And when we went with Wix for the new webpage and I worked to get everything setup for the domain to point to Wix, They 1.) put everything for the domain registration under their tech support techs information not mine, Which is an issue of its own, I had no idea they did this. They told me that everything was good to go when I was talking to them about everything. Issue number 2.) I then found out on the 25th of Feb they decided to change everything back to their company for the domain and crashed the website and all I got from them was sorry our bad you have to wait 60 days to transfer it to Wix and have a great day. I’m down for 5 days and all I get is a sorry!
Never do business with them take my experience and advice, it’s not worth it. I’m sure I’ve lost customers over the outage and inconvenience it’s cause not only me but all of my customers trying to help us this first month of being in business has been a nightmare and companies like that bug the crap out of me that they have no remorse for doing what they did. Stick to just buying business cards from them that’s about all their good for and even now I question if I will use them for that

I have been doing business with Vistaprint since 2017 and today was a sad, sad day. The comprehension of the site was once simple. It was easy to find things, and it was not a high pressure sales feeling as soon as you opened the site. The design tool was simple and had a wonderful level of finesse to really bring my unique vision to life. Now, the site is horrific!! Tons of pop up windows about your designs with no way of really resolving them. The images are blurry to work in the space of the actual item and this really had the feeling of pushing the customer to have someone design things for you---HA, Not happening.
I had an overlapping text box that was a ***NIGHTMARE*** to get resolved through squinting eyes and lots of zooming in and out among blurred text and an annoying alert box that kept popping up details in big text, inhibiting my ability to correct the issue. THEN I go to the final checkout page and I am now praying it was a glitch as the entire Rack Card I had designed and have been using since 2017 was out of its vertical orientation and all images and texts were stretched from bottom to top in a streaking, stretched out fashion! you couldn't read or make out the images if you had a decoding device; What the holy hell?!?!?
I was on this site enough at one point to literally walk people through updating info for my company over the phone while I was doing other work. I am not protesting the change or the updating but they lost a really good, user friendly system and replaced it with a clunky mess clearly designed to intimidate the user into using someone from their design team.
The site overall is so bulky and cold by its former comparison I exited the site and did a second search thinking I was in the wrong place. It's miserable to use on many levels. I will likely find another site to switch to at this point which is sad. They just lost a customer who spent thousands a year on marketing materials.Here's to praying my updated products arrive as they were originally designed before our expo!... What a mess.

5 months ago I ordered several items to see how the products came out for my new business, and I've only received a pen and a coffee cup. I've been trying to get this resolved; but it's nearly impossible to get a response from this company. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. And after seeing common reviews; DEFINITELY won't be using them again.

Absolutely unacceptable! I ordered the same business cards FOUR times, and the final product always contained the SAME error in the requested finishes (spot UV), despite my multiple instructions and a screenshot provided to help them understand what I was expecting. I will not purchase from them again and absolutely do not recommend them! Run away!

Updated on 02/09/2022: They tried to reply to my review. They would not give me their name, the agent on the response chat. It's not going anywhere. They don't know from one department to the next. It's that old one had does not know what the other is even doing. Nobody over there with any take charge attitude. It's the old pass the buck. Someone will call you, nonsense. They never will and still nobody can fix what they did to me and my account.
I will never forget how they treated me in this covid pandemic hardship time. They are evil people and it will come back on them. I don't know who is running this company but its horrible customer service and the digital dept. is no better. They sent me incomplete files. What a mess. Can't do anything right. Get better trained professionals. This is disgusting. It's like torture to customers. They need a lot of help. Shame on the CEO.
Original Review: This company is horrible. They give you the runaround and they lied to me. They lead you on saying that they will help you and then they turn on you. Never called me back. Never responded to my emails. They gave me some discounts during covid on my websites because I was not working as they should. Then they turnaround and closes me account down because of the discounts? The agents are lousy, lazy and inept. It's one big unorganized mess over there. I have nothing good to say about them. They caused me so much grief. Now I have one week to get to another server which I will but I am appalled with them. This is another example of the nasty, unethical, selfish, poorly run way of doing business. They need to be shut down.

I ordered a customised photo book. After delay in delivery, I contacted them and they said production issue and they wil do the order asap. Waited for another 15 days to contact them and they came up with the same reason... Production issue. So incompetent that twice they couldn't fulfill one simple order and gave me the same excuse.

I have used Vistaprint for years, and I highly recommend them. They have great products at great prices, and there's always deals. We order thousands of postcards each year and they're always great quality. If there is ever a problem, they replace it or refund it. Best customer service around, and items always arrive before the estimated delivery date. VistaPrint's booklet quality is good but not perfect, so I tried Overnight Prints this time since the cost was better. It took over a month to receive it, their quality was no better than VistaPrint's, and their customer service was terrible. Serves me right for trusting someone besides VistaPrint! Never again!

Weeks ago I ordered 100 business cards for a special event on a specific date. Called Vistaprint every day this week for an update as the event is drawing closer with no cards delivered. Every time I was told they would arrive 1-2 days before needed. Guess what? Just called again and was informed they’re arriving AFTER the date they’re needed. The rep with whom I spoke offered no options whatsoever. I had to pull a refund out of her. She also laughed at me for asking more than once what my options are. Very rude customer service, and I’m left high and dry attending an important event without business cards. Actually embarrassing.

Please do not order anything from this company that needs embroidered. Three times I submitted my company's logo. Each time the "design team" sent me a proof that I found acceptable and ordered the product. Each time I received a follow-up email AFTER THE ORDER saying that the design had to be changed because of the embroidery requirements. The "small modifications" consisted of eliminating words and colors THAT WERE IN THE DESIGN PROVIDED BY THE DESIGN TEAM.
"Chatting" with customer service is even more frustrating. They insisted that I must cancel the order and then CHARGED ME ANOTHER FEE TO "RE-DESIGN" THE LOGO. I again approved the new design, naively thinking that they wouldn't make the same mistake again. I was wrong. Repeat and rinse TWO MORE TIMES! They now will only provide a merchandise credit for the purchase and won't refund my money. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AND REPLETE WITH INCOMPETENTS.

As I was looking on their website to choose the business card that best fit my business; I really loved all their cards. They all look so professional and really nice. Once I found the one I liked and followed their instructions I placed my ordered. Oh boy was I surprised when they arrived! They looked SO CHEAP and nothing like the ones from the website. The designed looked as if someone just used their highlighter and smear it and made copies from a 99Cent ink. The letters were so tiny and light I couldn't even read them! They did replace them with a bolder print, but the design is so cheap looking that I am embarrassed to even hand them out to my clients. Never again!

I have have a website with Vistaprint for 3 years and I just created a new website but because I apparently violated their user agreement, they closed my account including my first website. On top of that, when I write to them, they don't even follow up so I don't recommend anyone to use Vistaprint. There was probably a misunderstanding regarding why they closed my account but I don't even have real contact with someone who can help me solve this issue. I even have no way to enter the first website to retrieve the information to transfer to another service provider. I really don't recommend Vistaprint.

I'm very happy with the shirts ordered from Vistaprint for my Running club. The design process was easy and we loved seeing the instant custom quote. The shirts came quickly and the quality of embroidery is great. There were 5 shirts that were printed on a brand different than what we requested, and I was able to get in contact with Vistaprint promptly via their online chat box to have this issue remediated. The online chat is amazing and the agents are very helpful. Thanks so much Vistaprint, we will be ordering again in the future!

I paid Vistaprint to design and print 500 business cards for a new start up that I am involved in. I paid quite a bit after it was all said and done which was fine. As a part of a logo design it is often necessary to have a digital download file to share with your website designer and others to preserve and protect your artwork branding. At Vistaprint, they will not release that digital file to you even though you paid additionally for it.
This is horrible for a brand new business. If you select this service from a company of low caliber, you will most certainly have to pay another company to repeat the work at an additional expense to your new business. In short, go somewhere else where they respect you and your new business venture. No wonder their ratings are so low.

I have been using Vistaprint so many years for my Christmas cards and announcements. I have generally felt like I can either create photo cards or use one of their ready made cards for an excellent value compared to Shutterfly, Minted, and others. This year prices have increased substantially. This is common for post pandemic life, I realize. If you can find a discount code, which I had, it brings down costs. In the past I have had great results with my photo cards and I trust Vistaprint to do a great job. My loyalty and trust brought me back to them for my cards this year. I planned to get my Christmas cards out early because we have moved and I wanted to get our change of address on our Christmas card.
After submitting my design and paying for upgraded envelopes, I was happy to get my order within 3 days. The cards are beautiful but the envelopes that were sent are half of the size of my cards. I called Vistaprint customer service. The woman who helped me was kind but explained that Vistaprint does not overnight or express ship anything. Even though this was an error on Vistaprint’s side, nothing will be done to expedite the correct sized envelopes. In the past, basic white envelopes have been shipped even when I’ve ordered the upgraded envelopes. It was nice having a backup. Be advised that this has changed and the customer service rep told me I would have had to request those during the ordering process, which I failed to see that option upon ordering.
For me, envelopes take a while to address, even by printing. I would have rather had the envelopes ahead of time and had the issues with the actual card if a mistake had to be made! So I guess my point is… I’m on the hunt for a new print company. There should always be a way to expedite when a mistake is made. That is not good business and Vistaprint’s mistake has set me back a week… The trust has been broken. Thank goodness they are not wedding invitations!!

Photo print quality are good. Album design tool is very good and print as you design. Guide while designing. Good responses and support by online Customer care. User should have Primary knowledge of computer, design idea and bunch of photo. Preferred price should be little low.

I just spent almost $500 on calendars and mailing labels. The calendar print quality is so awful, I will be unable to distribute the larger size. The photo quality was compressed to the point of pixelating in the print - and no it was not an issue with my uploads. Furthermore, the print quality itself is so poor, the blacks are not black and there is no saturation in colors. I am extremely disappointed. The address labels I ordered are equally poorly printed. Every time I apply the label, the already muddy printing smears more. There is no excuse. In previous years I did not have issues like this so to have this happen was unexpected and a huge waste of money. They have made no effort to respond to me.

I had a paper check of mine deposited by Vistaprint in late September despite my order being canceled earlier. I was told that I would receive a refund by check and that I would receive it within six weeks. I contacted them again in late October because I heard nothing new. The customer rep on the online chat said that her supervisor escalated it and that I would receive the check refund soon. I contacted the online chat this month and there was still no new updates. Each time, I was told that the payment department was contacted and that there would be an update in 24 to 48 hours. I have never received any updates from the payment department. One of the reps said they would contact me by email to keep me updated, but that never happened.
I filed a BBB complaint this week and the response was that UPS should pick up my check refund on 11/5 and that I would receive an email with a tracking number. The response also said that I would receive it next week. I never received the email so I used the online chat again and I was told to wait until today for an update. I didn't receive an update so I used the online chat again today. The customer service rep told me that the response wasn't true, that only the payment team knows anything, that the payment team was contacted, that I would hear back from the payment team within 48 hours, and that they would keep me updated.

I uploaded USGS map pdfs for printing into posters. I saw preview and looked good, but I did not hit the "proof" button which shows how the final will render. When I got the poster it was not what I could see in the pdf on my own computer. There was extra information in the pdf to print vegetation overlay which obscured some of the topo lines. It made it useless to me. It was kind of my fault for not proofing, but the Vistaprint customer service was super helpful and I was able to upload a fixed image and reprint for no charge. Wow! Easy to get a hold of someone and genuinely wanted to help me figure it out. Thanks!!

I ordered door hangers, I asked them to do a correction, they only did it to one side of the door hanger, zero attention to detail. Then I ordered them and they were the wrong size, so I called and asked for the larger size and that I would be happy to pay the difference, I waited on the phone for 15 minutes and she came back saying she didn't know how to change it and that the designing department would help, when the larger ones came in I ordered them, It said I had a credit from the last purchase of 122 dollars, that credit didn't get added onto my new purchase, I was charged for both. I called to correct this and waited on the phone for half an hour and she still couldn't address the problem properly. I cancelled all the orders and will never ever use or recommend you guys ever.

I contracted Vistaprint to design the business card and letterheads for my company. As I tried to print those designs, I noticed they were blurry on purpose. I was thinking of buying from them the printing. However, I had an emergency and needed to print a letterhead. I contacted customer service at Vistaprint, they mentioned they do not provide digital copies of the designs you pay for. No one mentioned this to me when I contracted their service.. Be aware of this when you are making a decision on what design service you want to choose.

I ordered some labels for my business and they arrived all blank sheet labels. I reached out and they re-printed and re-send the labels. It arrived blank sheets labels again. I reached out again and they re-send them having a Quality inspection before shipping. It arrived blank sheets labels again. I reached out and the solution was to refund me the shipping cost pointing out that they already gave me free shipping on all the other re-sends they provided.... WHAT? Yep that's the service they provided. No other solutions. After waiting 4 month.

I placed an order for three vinyl banners in June that I needed for a bachelor party in September. They were supposed to arrive in July, and when they hadn't arrived by August. I called Vista Print and was told they would be delivered the following week, I just called again (September) and was told that the order was cancelled back in June and would not be considered for printing. I'm okay that they refuse to print posters of women in lingerie, but it'd be nice if they could tell you that rather than keeping your order in "processing" for several weeks, lying about rush shipping, and then finally telling you when you call back for a third time when the order is more than two months late.

While I have been fine with business cards and some signage using VistaPrint, if you want to do an EDDM or mailing, do yourself a favor and stay in the U.S.A. I was a beginner to EDDM, thought I could design my cards myself and take them to the post office for mailing (that is what the chat person told me) and found out the USPS requires "artwork" in the upper right corner where a stamp would go to do payment for EDDM. Not to mention, they would also have printed the appropriate zip code area for the EDDM in the address portion of the card.
So, here I am, with 500 5-1/2 x 11 postcards that are beautiful but I can't flipping mail them! At least not easily. So, to not waste the $150 (chat person did not sympathize and offer me some money back for not having a disclaimer on the design page about these postcards) I guess I will use RPR or REMINE and print labels (another expense) and use good ol' USPS "STAMPS" to mail them (higher expense than bulk). A solution but an incredibly time consuming, and more expensive one.
If VistaPrint would have just had a disclaimer saying-- "You realize you will need to pay for EXPENSIVE artwork (USPS is VERY picky about this artwork. A stamp is NOT recommended, the postcards will get kicked out and not mailed to anyone!), you should consider using our mailing services, but also realize, WE'RE IN THE NETHERLANDS." Just sayin' ... go American, okay?
I got away from VP before due to slow delivery of my products and gave them another chance. THEY DO PRETTY WORK, don't get me wrong. But if you want something quick and correct the first time--just ponder if paying a little more and staying on American soil wouldn't be a better option. I gave a 3-STAR because I have received some good work from them, or this one would have been a 1.

I asked them to design a few things. I could have done better drunk, stoned AND deprived of sleep for 48 hours. What they provided was not worth toilet paper in design and too bothersome to waste time correcting. I went to Fiverr where there are REAL designers at work not children thinking they've a clue.

I ordered two magnets for my business for my truck and they sent me two big magnets in the ad. My ad on it's tiny. Could barely see it. Such a joke and a rip-off. I'll never order from Vistaprint again. There's not even a return packing slip or anything the magnets or the full-sized ones but my ad and my emblem are like 3 in. in the middle of this big magnet when I got two of them.

I had a business card that a designer/friend of mine made and I really liked. I wasn't happy when I received the cards because they weren't as vibrant as I had hoped. Yanique answered my call when I called the main number. I was surprised to get a person, not an automated answer, pretty quickly. She was so patient, taking the time to understand what I didn't like and why it turned out the way it did. She offered several options, clearly the goal being to make a customer (me!) happy. We agreed upon one and I am happy to say, I will use them for any future printing needs. Thanks Yanique!

I placed an order with Vistaprint about two weeks ago and received a call on Friday, my expected delivery date to say that due to an internal issue my order was not printed and they promised me it would be done rush and I would receive it by Wednesday. On Wednesday, I did not receive it. I called and it was still with the printer and they said they had issues but yet no one has ever called me to discuss any issues in the two weeks since I placed my order. Instead of trying to fix my order since I’ve waited two weeks they were very quick to cancel my order and give me a refund but with no explanation as to what happened or the fact I’ve wasted two weeks and lost business.

After multiple tries and Vista confirmation our cards were still not as requested. This caused a lot of undue stress. There was a death in our family and we opted to go in a different direction with the cards we chose. I have a transcript of this if necessary. I don't know how to provide you that with this format.

I ordered business cards 3 times with design support. 3 times in a row I received the wrong print results. Waste of time and a waste of energy. Simultaneously during the first order I ordered personalized Facemasks. Due to demand they cannot deliver and have huge delays. Problems are piling up. Avoid business with VistaPrint.

Many of the cards I ordered had the image slightly skewed to the left, leaving a white space on the side. The other set of cards, as they progressed, cut off the bottom more and more. Otherwise they are fine.

I ordered calendars 2 years in a row and they came out perfectly. All my gift recipients who received them were very happy. The order came in a timely fashion as well. The first year some of them got wet because they were just inside a cardboard box with no plastic protection. I asked for this to be remedied on the second year and it was done. It was plastic bubble wrap around and internal box. Everything was protected and dry.

I need personalized checks for my business and went to Vistaprint because I love their products and services. That was until I found out that the only modern, classic, and sophisticated design was not editable. It is also the sole design with people's hands on it, and it's the hands of two ** males shaking. I am the CEO of a **, female-owned business and do not want that on the checks I use as it is not authentic to my brand. When I asked the representative to edit it for me, she told me that Vistaprint doesn't allow them to edit it, and I would have to choose a different design. As I stated before, it is the only modern, classic, and sophisticated design they provide. I should not have to lower the quality of items I would like to use because Vistaprint has failed to ensure its products are inclusive. I use to love Vistaprint. Now, I am looking for a new company for my customized products.

I have ordered business card and, calendars from Vistaprint and I was more than satisfied with each order, however I was greatly disappointed with the personalized mask I ordered for 20.00 dollars. IT WAS LOUSY! My picture was so small I could not tell who it was. The wording was supposed to be in a circular motion saying at the top of my picture "WEAR MASKS" AND CONTINUING IN A CIRCULAR MOTION at the bottom of my picture, "PROPERLY" the picture was of me wearing a mask. While I’m very happy past issues with poor color printing of my custom masks has been resolved, I remain frustrated with shipping times. Printing is done within a week, but then it takes several days to create a label and then ship. Then it’s several more days to receive. This past order arrived 3 days after the stated arrival date.

The business cards are extremely thin and look cheap and tacky. The image I uploaded doesn't even look right on the card. It's grainy and the colors don't match.. I threw them away because I'm too embarrassed to use them. I will be ordering elsewhere.

I don't know why lots of people are saying bad stuff about Vistaprint. I really had a great experience. It's close to Valentines Day like 3 days away meaning close to a holiday kind of rush. I had express shipping and literally my package came so fast and it was supposed to be here on a Monday and came on a Friday 2 days after ordering. Was supposed to be 3 because of express shipping but because of weekend it was going to be 5 days meaning it was going to come on a Monday...and literally my anniversary with my hubby is 13 of Feb. 1 day before Valentines so I thought the gift would be late seeing as Valentines Day falls on Sunday this year but nope. I got it in 2 days. Thanks VISTAPRINT and UPS. I hope you get all the business. Real game changer for the rest of card companies...

I ordered business checks for 2 accounts using all of the credentials from previous orders through the "reorder" feature. The checks never arrived. I contacted the company, which had already charged me, only to learn that they had canceled my order, saying that the account numbers on my checks were one digit short. They were not, and they were the same as all previous check orders placed by me. I told them the numbers were correct and confirmed the accuracy with my bank. They told me to order again. I did, and paid for priority shipping.
Still, a month went by without the checks being delivered and without contact from Vistaprint. I called. They again said that my account number was one digit short. It was not. I was on hold while they checked with different departments. They offered to process my order and refund my priority shipping cost (which it was WAY behind the time that priority shipments should have arrived, anyway) but no further compensation. TERRIBLE communication. TERRIBLE service. Just a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I cannot rely on them and you can't either.

Updated on 03/19/2021: Well it's been over a month that I made a complaint against Vistaprint, the company has not responded to my inquiries concerning the cancellation of my account without giving me any chance to explain the situation that lead Vistaprint to cancel. They are not trustworthy at all, they have over $107.55 of my merchandise credit that they did not refund at all. What kind of customer service is this, theft of my money. Well I expect a response from them for who knows how long but they do not honor their statement of "We make it right for any reason."
Original Review: I had an account with Vistaprint for many years and just this past year 2020, they cancelled my account because they said I didn't follow their policy. Without my explanation of why my orders were cancelled they took it upon themselves to cancel my account, without my explanation. Their policy of: Absolutely guaranteed Every time. Any reason. Or we’ll make it right. That's not true, for any reason??? Ha ha! they did not make it right without my side of the story. I have used Vistaprint several times and have always been happy with my business cards. However, I received some this week and was disappointed. The color quality was so you could see a box around my company logo. I contacted them, and they are not only correcting the problem, but are upgrading my cards and sending them out to me by Monday. They handled my complaint very quickly and professionally. I don't understand why all the negative reviews- if you let them know about the issue and they resolve it, there shouldn't be a problem!

I've ordered business cards and Christmas tree lot cards from Vistaprint. Recently, I did postcards for my boy scout troop to advertise our Christmas tree lot through them. While I was satisfied with the quality of the postcards, I purchased, I wasn't with the arrival time on them. I had to call because when they were supposed to be delivered, they weren't. They were a week late. Vistaprint refunded me the money and still sent out the cards.

I have my website on Vistaprint's platform and I've gotten shirts, jackets, business cards, and some promotional materials. The quality is generally good and usually, I do the design myself. They have a nice range of background templates to use and they're responsive in helping with design suggestions. For example, if I'm designing a postcard, I just go through the templates and pick one out. I then figure out what I want to put and where, and I keep looking at it to see what looks best. However, I haven't worked with Vistaprint directly for a while now. I haven't had a need to because of COVID, but early on in the first year, I had them take an imprint of part of a template that they had. I wanted to keep it to use as a logo and somehow, it disappeared out of my product gallery. That was about the only bad thing that ever happened though.

I have had a Vistaprint website for many years. Six months ago I started having issues with being unable to respond to people leaving comments or questions. I have contacted them several times and they continued to tell me that they had invested in a new platform and were having problems migrating older websites. They offered no solution (like helping with new design instead migrating, etc). After 3 months they offered not to charge me the monthly fee until it was fixed. NOW 6 months later I get an email saying they are still having problems and apologizing for the delay. Very strange for a business. I could never recommend using them for a website again. Who offers websites, designs and digital marketing and then doesn’t bother to service or migrate established customers to their “updated” platform?
Their last solution was to just freeze the comment page. They effectively disabled my site for six months and still holding. They are holding my domain name hostage. It is not worth the frustration. My website is designed to provide comfort and relief from stress and every day living solutions. They disabled it with their inability to “migrate older sites to our new platform” during some very stressful circumstances for people. As of today they still have no solution other than not charging me the monthly fee and apology emails. It’s all pretty weird. I would not trust them with a website. They still seem to function in providing advertising materials etc. Stay away from using any of their digital marketing. I would have to doubt any recent glowing recommendations as probably generated by the company. Just use someone else for your digital marketing.

Online Christmas card ordering was E A S Y! The cards arrived extremely fast from order day to doorstep. The images didn’t look as crisp and clear on my finished cards as they did on the template. That would be my only complaint.

They were great at helping me fix my own mistake after I had already submitted it. I had the wrong date for the RSVP cards for my wedding and since they hadn’t processed yet they were able to fix the problem and ship the right thing! BEAUTIFUL invitations too!

Phone number was wrong and I still had to pay for it. I didn’t appreciate it and I could never reach anyone about the issue with the order. I wouldn’t liked it if communication was better and if it was easier to contact someone. My husband’s number was wrong and we passed the card out to so many customers that couldn’t contact us because of that and it was too late when we noticed.

My whole family uses Vistaprint for business cards. The quality is top of the line. Being able to design my own card, I didn't know how it was gonna turn out but it was very accurate. If you want to get business cards, you're gonna have to go with them if you want the cards to look good.

I have used their service for a long time. The quality is getting worse. And, their customer service is terrible sometimes. I used to contact them if some products were destroyed when it's arrived. I know it's human work; I don't blame it. But today, I called them for asking a special coupon code I received. While I was asking a question, she suddenly said, "Thank you for calling," and she hung up on me. Did I make her upset because I asked a question? It was my very first time it happened in my life. Such a weird lady. She didn't tell me her name at the beginning, so I don't know her name.
I called again. Another agent answered. It was not the same lady. And, I straight talked to their supervisor to report this terrible experience. I run the business. I usually talk to upset customers myself to solve anything I can do for my customers. I don't expect the other customer service departments should do the same I do. But, at least listen to the customer. And, just answer what they know. She didn't even hear my question.

I have been a customer with VistaPrint for over a decade. I sell prints and posters on eBay and rely on VistaPrint for my larger size items as well as mugs and textiles like T-shirts. Recently, I reordered an item that has been frequently done. After the order sat in limbo for a week "processing" I got a notice today that it was cancelled because it contained a message that violates VistaPrint policy. Never heard this all the other times it was ordered and fulfilled. It was a photo poster of the Zeppelin "Hindenburg". I suppose the swastikas on the tailfins are the "message" that offended some cancel-culture snowflake employee who knows nothing about history.
As an eBay seller, I am bound to fulfillment of orders within a specified timeframe or I receive negative feedback and seller defect scores from eBay. Why this order sat for a week I do not know. Now I am taking it to my print shop who does my smaller posters. They are more expensive with the large format prints than VistaPrint which is why I have not used them for these large posters up to now. They will run it and I will get it out to my customer with no thanks to VistaPrint. 2020 has been an insane year and topping it off now with this concession to Cancel-Culture is nonsense. VistaPrint: you are an example of the lunatics running the asylum.

I recommend Vistaprint highly. I worked with them years ago, even on other businesses that I had. I've ordered business cards, flyers, and index cards that have flyers on them and everything I've had have been first quality for me.

Four months ago, I used Vistaprint to make me a small order of name tags to go on shirts. It was very easy to order and fast. Everybody's very helpful. They took care of the order and shipped it to me, and everything was perfect. The iron-on nameplates worked well too.

I am a graphic designer and created my own mask design. I was due to receive it on 12/18/2020. I received the package on 12/17/2020. I excitedly opened it only to find that it was someone else’s mask. I was disappointed, of course, because I was excited to see my handiwork in person, but I politely contacted customer service via chat and followed up by phone. I was told that the situation would be resolved and to expect tracking information for a new (correct) mask in 24 hours. That email never came. I normally wouldn’t complain, and yes it is the holidays and things happen, however it is the job of the people working at Vistaprint to accurately create products and check for quality and accuracy from start to when that package leaves their possession.
Sending me a new mask is the least you can do because it should’ve been done anyway because that’s what I paid for and agreed to. Now, I don’t have what I ordered AND I have to wait even longer, with nothing except “I’m sorry,” and “[enter excuse here].” No offer of expediting shipping, overnighting the order, or refund/discount for my troubles. Just kind of out of luck, is what I was gathering from the exchange with customer service. I order from Vistaprint whenever I need anything printed, so this experience is a real disappointment. Hopefully, this will change. Still waiting.

Vistaprint screwed up my business cards three times in a row, badly. I ordered business cards from Vistaprint. I've done graphic design, and know what I'm doing––and I followed their spec instructions exactly. I made sure the proof they showed on the screen looked good, especially that the card's edges were cropped correctly. They were, in the proof.
Then I got the business cards--round 1. Where I'd made sure my image bled to the edge, there was a strip of white space that was different sizes on each card! So, these were cut in a slanted pile. After a long conversation, Vistaprint said they'd redo it, but that they had no way to get a message to their printer about what the problem was and how to remedy it.
Round 2: The second batch came. Not only did they have the same problem, but now the strip of white was even wider, and some cards it was smeared with ink at the edge. Also, it arrived in a very flimsy box that got torn open in shipping. I called Vistaprint, and after a long hold time, they said they'd print them again.
Round 3: Well... they didn't have white space, because this time, the printer just lopped off a large chunk on either side of the card, including cutting into the text of my website. They were physically smaller than the previous batches. Also, they again arrived in a very thin box, which was soaked with rain when I picked it up. I called, and after a long wait was finally told that they'd refund my order, but they wouldn't try printing them again because they had no way to communicate with the printer and were busy printing (no doubt messing up) other orders. They said they had a policy about what happens when they mess up an order three times. When your company has specific policies about that, it's a sign that your company does it often.
In short, this company makes money off of doing the shoddiest job possible, and then figuring it's cheaper to refund money here and there than to actually pay someone more to do a good job. Oh and also, their mailing is unreliable. In the USPS tracking for one order, it said they'd prepared it for shipment (e.g. it was ready to go with shipping label printed and USPS notified) and then six days passed before they actually gave it to USPS to mail.
We totally understand. Our intentions is not to seem insincere or cause any more inconvenience. If you have already spoke with customer service regarding the manner and they were not able to help in a favorable manner, we truly apologize.

We purchased Premium business cards with Vistaprint and 3 out of 7 sets came back incorrect. They were missing half the letters in our employees names. We called and they told us the problem was on their end and sent us new cards. They promised they would have quality control make sure these came out correctly. They did not, the cards came back with the same problem and we have had to repeat the process 3 more times! We are now three weeks out from our purchasing date and are being sent our fourth batch of cards because they cannot figure it out. We are a newer company so having business cards are absolutely crucial for networking. You would think the company with the best reviews would have this figured out by now. Extremely disappointed and would recommend to anyone not to use Vistaprint.

I wish I could post pictures of what I received compared to what it showed that I was ordering. Black custom face masks. Large is small by the way and black is faded. The office logo does not show up at all. It just looks completely washed. The threading is off and has many pulls in it. Just was super disappointed. It took a long time to get here so we were halfway expecting it to be at least decent. It was not. Very disappointed. We normally have better luck with them. I have contacted with pictures of what we actually received compared to our preview and asked to return and for a full refund. Still waiting to hear back. Hopefully they will do right by us. We ordered 10 masks for $100... just want others to know before they spend the money that these are not good quality masks.

We've been with Vistaprint for multiple years because we've done business cards with them. We used them as well for our all-breed dog shows because I'm the treasurer for an all-breed kennel club. We suddenly had to do a bunch of signs because we were able to put on our shows partially outside and partially inside even with all this COVID stuff. Vistaprint thankfully came to the rescue. I did coroplast because I figured those are like an all-weather and sturdy signage. They’ve been awesome.
For the first time, we did holiday cards this year. We were keeping track of who we were sending them to. We actually ended up with only 90 cards but 100 envelopes. I had to order more cards anyway so I ordered the 100 separately. I then called Vistaprint on the 10 short and they stuck the 10 in the same box as the 100. It was nice that we got everything together. I appreciate that. It was also a very quick turnaround.

Vistaprint is excellent at what they do. They might also be a little bit cheaper and a little bit faster than other companies. I was doing my business cards with Vistaprint and there was a mistake on them. I checked and proved, and my email address wasn't right. So, I was so happy I ordered a small amount. But the design process was fine and it was just a simple card. I also like Vistaprint because when I used them, I've got my bag checked, and my order arrived fast. It was a good experience overall.

Vistaprint has been very stellar in how they helped me when I call in or in the design change. They have been nothing but exceptional and I'm very happy to have the relationship with them. Before, I struggled with what I had on my computer. I used the graphic artist to help me develop the logo that I had but once I had it, I uploaded it to Vista. And they helped me modify it so we could get it done on the mask. During the design process, it was a bit challenging going back and forth over email because there were a couple of misunderstandings. But for the most part, it was fairly simple once I got them to understand. So far, they've given me everything that I've asked for. When I first got involved with Vistaprint years ago, the way they printed the cards was pretty much what I asked them to do and they’ve since come along with some enhancements that helped the appearance of my card.
I'd also recommend them, especially because there are some other printing services out there. I know someone that works for a printing company, but they charge an awful lot and I can’t see how they would provide better service than what Vistaprint does. And because of the money, I can't imagine how it could get any better.
We appreciate the time taken to share the satisfaction you've had with the customer support offered in resolving the concern you had. We were unhappy with time it took for customers to receive the post cards, we thought a 2 week head start would be enough but nobody started receiving them until the following Tuesday after our event. Probably USPS fault but we will have to calculate more lead time if we decide to try this again. The product was great just not the timing of getting them to the customers in time.

I have created 2 different logos and saved them. However when I try to edit I am unable to. I sent in a request to customer support a few weeks ago and still no resolution. Unfortunately I have several projects in place that are waiting for my final logo. Is there any way for someone to help me draft my logo without having to pay the $90 upfront with the other service if I can't gain access to my creations? Thank you for your time.

My experience with Vistaprint is that the quality of their product is inconsistent and in more recent times has plummeted. When one complains one is showered with apologies, promises that are not kept and contradictory advice as to what they can do. Their many promises to rectify are not kept. They do not honor their Merchant Credits and instead bill you for what they had offered the Credit. Promised refunds are not always provided. I would not recommend Vistaprint to my worst enemy.

I was not satisfied with the cards that I got. I requested a sample pack of business cards. The first set was flimsy and thin. Then I was also under the impression that our Christmas cards were going to be glossed because they're business holiday cards although I was intending on them being postcards. Unfortunately, because of the quality, I had to stuff them and do all that. I was not too happy.
It was kind of my fault because I was missing something when I was ordering. But I would like to see this be improved because Vistaprint is the most cost-effective for businesses, as far as ordering marketing material, cards, or correspondence. I looked into Shutterfly and other competitors and Vistaprint had it out-priced to where I would probably order with them again.

Our order of business cards had a typo that was our fault. I called Vistaprint and they offered a courtesy reprint of the offending batch. No awkwardness, and it wasn't even their fault! Awesome customer service like that will always keep our business.

I own an art business and I've ordered a lot of cards, labels. I do a lot of stuff with Vistaprint. And I ordered my Christmas cards from them too. I've been extremely happy with everything that I've gotten. I appreciate all the discount codes that they send out. I had one bad experience and they fixed it immediately. So, I’ve been using them pretty much exclusively. But it would be nice if I had a little bit more control over where I wanted to place my stuff like if I could move the picture around or if I wanted to make the picture tote bags bigger rather than just be confined to a small little square in the middle.

Upon ordering from Vistaprint, within 8 hours of the order being placed, I was dealing with unauthorized charges and credit card fraud on a credit card that I rarely use. I would recommend doing business with companies that spend time on ensuring your data is secure.

I can't believe after 15 years of doing business with Vistaprint they would string me along on a purchase for over a month and then call and say they have to cancel the order and not provide a reason. They asked me to resubmit after waiting for 2 months. Yeah right... I'll never do business with them again and I recommend no one else does. What a huge let down.

I've explored different options over the years. Vistaprint is a valuable option and I would recommend it. They have great customer service. I ordered flyers. The quality was great. The design process was good. It was a few dollars to have them help me out with the bleed sections and certain things. Vistaprint had those specifications which were confusing to me, but it was cool that they were able to help me out for just a couple dollars.

I decided it would be nice to start Christmas shopping by getting product made by Vistaprint. I placed the order and minutes later my bank shows that Vistaprint charged me twice. I called to complain and I was accused of this being false, so I offered to share a screen shot to prove my innocence. I spoke to manager Melissa B., and she begins to tell me that they could not refund my money because they were not the ones who made the error. They are saying that on their end it shows that I "attempted" to make a purchase which prompted them to charge my card. And then when I actually made the purchase then they charged me again.
I told them that this was unethical and that I didn't even make any attempts I knew what I wanted and I purchased it. However, I am forced to believe what they are saying but yet I started off being accused of making false statements. I was so upset that I had them cancel everything and told that that I would never do business with them ever again and they didn't seem to care. Anybody who is on the Vistaprint site be sure to tread softly because they will try to steal your money, and then possibly blame you for it.
We do understand your complaint and can assure you that we're investigating the matter to see what went wrong. Again, we truly apologize for the issues you've encountered and we certainly doing our best to prevent a future occurrence.

A long time ago, I purchased a simple business card from Vistaprint. There wasn't anything to it. Then I ordered a photo business card. The experience was good but the photos turned out a little grainy, so I wonder if it could be the photo that I uploaded or just in general, turned out a little grainy. I want to use that same image in that same set that I made. But my biggest reserve is the graininess especially if I order a whole year's worth of postcards. That's anywhere from 250 to 500 postcards that I send after I go to a client's house appreciating their time and all that typical sales-y stuff. Other than that, it's pretty straightforward with Vistaprint.

Vistaprint was great and easy to use. It was less expensive than when we used a local custom printing shop. They had templates to pick from, and then I selected that and put in the information I needed. The business cards and postcards has high quality. I highly recommend it.

I like Vistaprint a lot. The prices were fair. They had many designs that we could have used for the business. And then, you could also tweak that, like add pictures to different things. That was for the t-shirts as well, which to me is rare. We got all of our stuff on time for the lawn care business that we used, which were t-shirts, face masks, face shields, cards, flyers, and we also ordered the magnetic stickers for the car. The stuff didn't come damaged and what they advertised was what we got.
My brother used Vistaprint for his business and he told me he had no problem with them. He had his own logo, but they were able to upload it and use it for the designs of the things that he bought, which also is another good thing. If you don't have one, they will provide it. But if you have one, then they will use it for the different things that you need to buy. Whether you have it or not, doesn't matter. Go in there and see what you need and order it.

The order was processed and delivery occurred in the expected time frame. I was disappointed that the color on the cards seems washed out. Was expecting more vibrant color. Will need to use these because I don’t want to buy any to replace them because of the cost. Probably won’t buy cards from them next year.

Our non-profit attempted to order 5,000 card for our end-of-year holiday fundraiser. The order process began on Thursday, October 15. From the start, it took 24-hours to place the order because of multiple glitches we kept running into on the Vistaprint site. Today is Wednesday, November 4, and after NUMEROUS phone calls, the order is still NOT correct or complete. The order was placed on October 15 -- so it would be received in PLENTY of time to go into the mail by our deadline of Monday, November 9. We won't even receive the 2500 missing envelopes until Monday, November 9!!!! It has been the order from hell. They have offered their apologies, but apologies do NOT meet deadlines!!!!

I love Vistaprint. I always use them, and I will continue to use them. I started using them years ago, and I hadn't had the need for any printing service. But then recently, when I did, I went back to them and I was very impressed. The design process was very easy. I uploaded a picture of my logo, and they made it happen. I like that they give you like 50 business cards free. The first time when I got the free ones, it was business cards. This time, I have ordered from them business cards, a banner, mug, postcards, and a polo shirt. The only thing I've ever bought from them that I wasn't happy with was one of the polo shirts. It told you to wash it in cold water before using the first time. I did that and it shrank. So, I called them and I told them about it, and they sent me another one made of a better quality that didn't shrink. Go to them. They’re the go-to guys.

When I started my business, I had a consultant and the consultant recommended Vistaprint. I’ve never had any problem with Vistaprint. I have ordered multiple things from them. I'm very happy with the quality. I've got business cards and I also designed and printed a tri-fold glossy brochure. I've also ordered stationery from them. It’s kinda easy because everything stays in my portfolio. So, I just go in and my logo is already there. It’s very convenient. They were efficient and they got good customer service. My first card was something that I used of theirs. I just edited it. I also bought banners from them. The quality is good. I also like the price and I like the items that they have. Ordering is usually easier now that I got help from customer service using the image replace function from my previous portfolio--good shortcut. My mailing list has never been more complete, however I could use help verifying it once a year somehow with return mail requested -or...? Also is there a template for my main image available prior to upload? That would help minimize the editing lengthy process. I am spend too much time on to fulfill my last three campaign messages.

We use Vistaprint a lot and ordered business cards. I've also done advertising material and magnetic advertising that could be put on vehicles through them. We like the quality and then the great customer service that they give. We had a problem on one and they replaced it, no questions asked, so no problems. Their computer interface programs for the desktop unit is really easy to use as far as designing your own logos, business cards, and everything else. You can upload pictures and JPEG files. It's a good company overall.

I first purchased two custom masks - solid color with my corporate logo. The colours weren't quite right but that wasn't Vistaprint's fault, just the difference between the colour on the monitor and the somewhat shiny fabric. The problem was that "adult size small" was exactly the right size for my 12 year old daughter (and won't be once she grows again)! I mean, it was*tiny*.
I called VP and they immediately issued a refund. I ordered two more. It is now two months later and I have no masks. There's no record of them being ordered because the mask part of the site doesn't keep any information. I can't track an order, redo an order, nothing! I don't know if I gained to order them or what. Even the previous order, the only confirmation I have is the shipping notice from Canada Post. For the VERY expensive price ($63 for two masks), I expect a much more professional shopping experience.

Before, I have items printed from a printer I had. But it would take forever and it didn't work out well. So I used Vistaprint and they are better. The only thing was, I had an incident at the beginning where my business cards didn't arrive. They had to resend them and it took a while. But I still got my business cards. The quality is good too. I like them. They're holding up. I still have 20. The design process was also simple. I had the design already in mind. So it was a matter of putting onto the program. It was easy for me to do it. I'd recommend Vistaprint.

I like the price of Vistaprint. With me just starting out in the trade I am, as a tattoo artist, I was shopping around for deals, trying to find the most economical for me at the time when, starting out, I had no clients. My name isn't out there yet as an artist, so I needed something. Vistaprint had the platform I was looking for and it was simple to use. So, that was why I went with them and I will continue to stay with them.
I ordered business cards, a cardholder and a card wallet, so I can carry some of my cards around. However, my card wallet was a little flimsier than I expected. It easily dented, carrying around in my pocket. But for the price I paid, I didn't expect it to be made of titanium and withstand everything. I didn't expect it to get dented the first time I carried it in my pocket. It was small enough. It only carried six of the business cards, which is sufficient going out. But I'd like for it to be a little bit bigger and carry more than half a dozen cards.
But overall, I'm very satisfied. The only thing I would ask is to have a little more designs for tattoo artists. There were only a couple of different designs, one was the generic tattoo machine and the tribal skull, and a few other things. But there were all kinds of other designs for everything else. I know could upload my own, but, at the time, I wasn't capable of doing that. But I would suggest using it, especially when you're looking for something quality and quickly.

I have used Vistaprint on many previous occasions with no problems that could not be rectified. I had started my latest project, a photo book, a few weeks ago, adding to it, & saving the new additions as I went. I was unable to access the Vistaprint website & my project. I phoned customer service who informed me there had been an upgrade & the photo books were temporarily unavailable. When I queried about my project, I was told it would not have been saved & I would have to start again once the photobooks became available.... There had been NO email informing me that I was going to be losing my project, & thereby giving me the choice to either finish the project quickly or deleting it, thus not wasting my time. I am extremely disappointed & will probably use another site & no longer recommend vistaprint to my family & friends.

I used Vistaprint for my advertising items and I was happy with that but... I decided to use them for my first website design, host and domain... Worst decision ever. Not just didn't follow any of the information and preferences I told the marketing person that usually contact the customer to gather information to design the website according to your preferences and needs, but this person and the design team did exactly the opposite of that... I sent them more than 70 good pics to be used, but they used fake pictures, wrong and inaccurate information, worst, boring 3 color design, misspelling errors on the home page, such as "Contac us.. Without the "t" in every single page. I wouldn't never recommend Vistaprint for websites design... Now I am in a jam waiting for my domain to be free after 60 days... Not fair at all. "PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE SUPPOSEDLY GREAT SERVICE".... You will waste your money.

I used to do Kinko’s. I had a couple of friends who worked there and a couple of nephews who did the hard work for me sometimes. Compared to Kinko’s, Vistaprint is quick and good to deal with. I'm very glad to work with them. They try to please me when it comes to quality. I create my own design and I’ve done some t-shirts, TV covers and fliers. I like to create stuff and be glad with what I create. I like to have somebody or persons that can work with me. For me, Vistaprint is number one. I hope they give me some credit next time. We're probably gonna do a lot of stuff with them soon.

I recently opened an online boutique and it's my first time ordering anything. I had heard good reviews about Vistaprint and I used it. The first time I ordered, the clothing tags came out perfectly and I loved them. But the second time, I didn't like them. Then, they sent me other ones but I still didn't like them. It didn't come out the same. It had white little dots on them and then, you could see the white line where it was cut wrong. During the design process, I put up my logo and I fit it to the size. It wasn't the problem of the logo because I used the same logo the first time as well as the other two times, and it came out good. I had a good experience with Vistaprint but not so much on the other two times. So, it's testing your luck because sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad.

I use different programs based on what's happening. Sometimes I use Affinity Designer, sometimes I do them myself and then sometimes I use Vistaprint. All of the stuff that I bought from Vistaprint I was satisfied with. Their work is very good and it's very professional and clean. Two years ago, there were some pens and envelopes that I ordered, but of late, it's mostly business cards and flyers. The shipping is fine, and I generally don't have any worries with them. I wouldn't shop steady though. A lot of times when I order, I wait until they have a lot of discounts, and then I go ahead and buy in bulk.
I did most of my designs and it was easy. I choose something from them, but then I combine it with what I had before. They have good designs that I can choose from to complement my own, so I was satisfied with it. There's always room for improvement though. The business cards are generally good prices. I get a lot of discounts, but they can work on the price on some of the other things.

I used Medical Arts Press more than ten years ago and compared to them, Vistaprint is wonderful. The design process was very simple and I highly recommend them. I've used them for so many things besides those in the office. I made personal cards with my name, email and cell number. They have some great designs to help especially for industry. When I first ordered a face mask from Vistaprint, 2 months ago, I was under the impression it would be a smooth easy process much like it was with my previous purchases from them. However, this time around it was far from smooth. After placing my order for the mask, I received no order confirmation, but they were quick to pull the cash from my account. Didn't really think too much of it, at the time, but after 2 weeks & no word from them, other than non-stop advertisements blowing up my email, I started to question what was going on. So I called, after a 30 minute wait for someone to pick up, I gave them my account info & they couldn't seem to find my order. After a back & forth, for 20 minutes, they told me it's in production & I should receive it on September 9th. The 9th came & went, I decided to call again. After finally talking to another customer advocate, they couldn't find it again, had to go through the same scenario all over again.
Once they found it, same thing it's in production, should be heading out to me soon. They couldn't tell me what the hold up was. At this point, I requested a confirmation email for my order. Just to have some peace of mind. Some more time passed, still no update. I called again. Spoke to another customer service rep. For whatever reason still couldn't find my order via email or name, had to refer to the order confirmation, that I am sure glad that I asked for. Same thing, it's held up production, they can't tell me why. They said, "We can cancel your order & refund your money, or we can cancel & reinstate the order, putting it back in the line up as a new order." I guess they withdrew the money, & my order just fell through the cracks. I needed the mask for work, so I decided to give it another shot, they were pretty good with everything in the past.
So here it is, October 1st, still nothing. Just 40 emails or more crowding my inbox advertising masks & other products to me. So, I call again. After speaking with the rep today & 35 minutes later, she tells me that they couldn't process the order, because of a copyright issue. Totally understandable, but when was I going to get wind of this? What am supposed to just guess? I mean, to wait 2 months with no results & you can't tell me what the hold up is, then after 2 months this is what you convey to me. They tried to tell me, "oh we should have sent you an email to confirm you have authorization to use this logo". Well, you didn't.
All I got was the run around & advertisement after advertisement after advertisement. They did nothing to rectify the situation other than, offer me a refund. I'm extremely disappointed in how they handled the situation. For a company that services 17 million people worldwide, I'd expect a much better experience, than the service I was provided with. Obviously, I'm just a customer that fell through the cracks & isn't worth the business.

I needed some business cards made years ago. I saw a commercial for Vistaprint and I decided to try them, and I've not used anybody else since then. We use them for our church and the church's website as I'm in the midst of building it on there and I just love it. When people talk about building their own website, Vistaprint is not included and that really shocked me because it's so user-friendly and easy to use. If I have an issue or can't figure something out, I can call and ask for a customer service and it's resolved. They walk me through it and take over the whole thing. Overall, I love Vistaprint. They're phenomenal and customer-driven.

I ordered two masks from Vistaprint 9 weeks ago costing Euro33 and still haven't received them. They refuse to answer phone. They continuously send a pre-written email explaining my order has been shipped for 8 weeks I've been receiving this!! They won't return my money. Stay clear of this company!

We have a food truck just starting up and we used Vistaprint. I went on the website and saw the template, then I played around with all the tools that were there, and came up with my design. It was very simple. I feel 100% good about them.

My daughter is required to wear a mask (because of Covid-19) to school. I wanted to get her something nice and festive for Halloween, plus something for everyday use, so I ordered a total of 4 masks (2 festive and 2 plain) from their website. The 2 plain masks took me about 2 weeks to get, and were sent from the U.S. The day I received those two, I received a notification that the Halloween masks had shipped. When I went to view the tracking, I was floored to learn they're being shipped from CHINA! Had I known this I NEVER would've placed the order and NOWHERE could I find on their site where these would be shipped from China! I'm highly doubting they will be here in time for Halloween so I just WASTED money on something she'll never get to use!

I used the local printing company before but I now primarily use Vistaprint. It's more affordable and professional, and the quality is very good. I’ve ordered business cards, postcards, flyers and door hangers. Everything was seamless and easy. The only one that I had a little bit of a hiccup were our door hangers. It was a coupon effect and I didn't have that option. So, I sent it over to the design team to design it for me and it didn't come out to what I expected or what I put in the description. I had to make a couple of calls but it ended up coming out the way I wanted to in the end. It just took a little bit more effort than some of the other products I had ordered in the past.
The site is very user-friendly so, I was impressed with that. I like that I have coupon codes and there are promotions even after I've placed an order for additional supplies. It's not a one-time special offer that other companies use. I can use a coupon over and over. Even when I get my order in the mail, I have a coupon code to use. It even has a thank you in the wording and that keeps me as a continuous customer. So, I appreciate that as well.

My mother uses Vistaprint and when it was time for me to get a business card, my mother recommended them and even gave me a coupon code. I'm a sign maker and I do a lot of my design on the computer. It was so close to the same kinda program that I used so it was super easy for me. It was a breeze. I got my order right at a week and I love the finished product. Their price point is awesome too.

Took a month to get these masks. Ordered 8/5 with delivery date of 8/24. Didn’t get them. After emailing got a “latest delivery date of 9/1”. Didn’t receive. Upon checking tracking found they were coming from China! Told customer service that I wanted a refund if not received by 9/4. Oh lo and behold received on 9/4. They are small, flimsy and cheap feeling. These masks were $18. We are paying to export from China. Received face masks from Bows n Ties within a week and a half. They were $6.93 much better quality. Do not do business with Vistaprint. In my opinion they are price gauging Americans during a health crisis!!!!

Vistaprint was the first company that we ever used to get business cards. We liked Vistaprint's ease of use and price. We've done business card, magnets, banners, postcards, mugs and t-shirts. They're very high quality. We've always been pleased with any items that we've ordered. The design process was very easy to use. We like that if you don't find anything in the pre and the offered designs, you can upload your own. Vistaprint is one of the best ways that you can get affordable, high quality materials to use for your business or even personal use. We've used it for personal use, too.

We used Vistaprint for our business cards and the flags that you put out on the side of the street. We liked the price and it's simple. The design process was just a matter of clicking on the right icon, and it went fairly smoothly. The print cards were great. The flags only lasted about four months and they started to fade, so we stopped using them. Overall, everything went perfectly with Vistaprint. I've already referred a couple people to them.

I purchased a lot through Vistaprint - labels, shirts, hats, magnet. I've gotten from them a lot of print items as well. The quality has always been good. I have not had an issue with it. I do have an issue with one thing, but it's not quality. They can print on the back of the men’s shirt, but they can’t print on the back of the women’s shirt. I stopped ordering t-shirts from them after that. Until they fix that, I will not order shirts from them. But their process was fast. I already had my design, so it was just uploading. When I wasn't able to get it configured where I wanted, customer service was absolutely amazing. Getting it spaced, centered and getting everything together.

I decided to work with Vistaprint because of their price. However, it's difficult. So I walked into this local shop. The guy helped me do the design work, so I didn't have to fiddle around and try to figure out how to do it on the internet. Vistaprint should make it less difficult.

I've been using Vistaprint for about 14 years and I've been satisfied. Customer service is great. Feedback is good. It ships pretty fast. There are always great promotions. I coordinate a lot of events and I use them for banners and a lot of personalized stuff. I've referred a lot of friends over the years. I really emphasize the fact that they get their orders quickly. If they're pressed for time, I always tell them the turnaround time is pretty fast for Vistaprint. Also, if anything's wrong, they're very quick to find a solution and fix the error if there's an error. The quality of their work is good as well. It's been really pleasant working with them.

We have ordered marketing materials, business cards, coupons and posters from Vistaprint. We've also gotten window stickers and tabletop stands from them. We upload our own images to their designs. Legal Zoom makes it very easy to do that and they show the safety zones and cut off areas. The items we've gotten have been of very good quality. Their pricing is good and the output is timely. They're very good with service.

I'm happy with the deal I got at the end and how many cards I got for the price but I didn't know that adding the last minute deal at the end would change my business cards from a matte finish to a glossy finish which makes the gold foil I paid extra for stand out a lot less which was disappointing. It's still a decent deal and now I know for next time not to take the deal because it changes the way my design will look.

So far, I've had a really good experience using Vistaprint. I ordered business cards from them and the design process was really easy especially for a beginner. Vistaprint had good prices and a lot of great reviews, and does fast shipping. I've had a good experience with their customer service. The few reps I have talked to solved problems quickly. I order business cards and they're of good quality.

I ordered 2 custom face mask on July 13th, the estimated arrival date was July 31st. I contacted customer service after the 31st and was told the order had been delayed for 3 to 4 weeks. I contacted customer service on August 21st to see if they had an update on the delivery date, and was told would be delivered on August 31st. I just checked on the status of my order and was told it should ship by the 15 of September. We will see!

Vistaprint is all over TV and they're in your eyesight. You see them all the time so their advertisement is effective. I picked them because it was the first one that I chose and their site was user-friendly. I got business cards from them. I was able to import all of my own artwork and they did everything. I had them within a week. It was quick. It's all online although they do offer customer service if needed.

I like Vistaprint but sometimes, I need stuff faster. It’s not that rush delivery or expedited delivery is not available but I'm already spending a lot of money so I don't wanna spend additional with that. I've ordered T-shirts, a number of cards, flyers and a banner. I've done a few things. The quality is good as well as the design process, and I've used the service a lot.

I have at various times used Vistaprint services for various items, including business cards and signs and have always been very satisfied with the product quality for the price. These past orders had been printed in the US and sent within the US. However, I recently ordered a custom-made COVID face mask, after uploading my own artwork for the mask. I was dismayed to later discover that the mask was shipped from China. I do feel that that buyers should be made aware of that fact that their COVID face masks will be fabricated in and sent from China before they make a purchase. I decided on Vistaprint because of my boyfriend's recommendation but it was also the variety of products they offer. They have almost everything which is fantastic. I ordered the customized pens with my business and my logo on it, business cards, my welcome cards, my thank you cards and the stickers. We love them. It was very simple designing them and it was perfect. I just created my business a few months ago so it was trial and error with people I know or just trying to do it myself. My boyfriend used to use it all the time and ever since I checked them out, I haven't gone anywhere else.
