As per low-level customer service quality from the offshore (assume India), wasting customer time for a few hours over the phone, promising for respond by they close the case as resolved, even it is not resolved. I still have the same issues and challenges for using the product, requested more than 6-7 times to escalate and fix the problem, they do the same way ignoring requests and close the ticket.

Norton has crashed my computers, slowed them down, and customer service is a joke! I have attempted to call customer service a few times to no avail. Even though I have Norton I still have malware. The only thing Norton wants, is to bill the life out of you!

Norton support is non existent, they could really care less if your software works, they seem to care even less to call you back after several scheduled calls for support were never even attempted. If this is what you're looking for in an internet security company, then this would be the company you're looking for! If your looking for a company that shows up to the party to make themselves look good, say nothing, do nothing, fix nothing, just a lot of lip service. Don't look any further, this is the company you've been searching for!!! This company's representatives are as sharp as a tack at all times. Say nothing, do nothing, and only react to reviews, again this is the company for you!!!! This company is short of really quite unbelievable!!! Run the other way and as fast as you can!!!! They are HORRIFIC!!!!

I'll keep it simple, if you are an Apple User or Apple aficionado, this is one Product to stay away from from.... It just doesn't work as stated, slows your machine(s) down. It took over one (1) month to get to Tier III support to discuss. I've been in the IT professional field when tubes were in the back of TVs, so I've accumulated at lot of history, skills and knowledge. Starting from the US Navy when 256k RAM card was the size of a pizza box, now 45+ years later, you'd think some company with learn and innovate with the knowledge curve.

Building a house on a 100 YO framework looks nice, but just some you need to build from the ground up, especially wit❤️h software, re-writing based code is OLD school. I'd look for new started up with innovated ideas, then this is was we've always done it. I could not and will not recommend Norton SW. Hint: Apple operating systems (OSs) are built with that in mind and you don't need "watch the watcher" if it's not warrant. Also, when searching internet for the best, watch out for the (AD) symbol... It just meaning they are being paid to present their Software over more viable alternatives. Don't ways believe those reviews, talk to Techs/Engineers that you trust and are in the business.

After I found out that Norton's has been charging me for about 5 years for a computer that died 6 years ago. Thank you for contacting Norton support! "Your refund request is ineligible because it exceeds our policy's time limit. Furthermore, our records do not show any earlier contact regarding the discontinuation of your service."

My fault that computer died a slow death. But no emails, no messages from Norton's to find out anything about services. Then when I did finally get to talk to someone that was ignorant, they would not connect me with a supervisor or anyone above her pay grade. She just kept telling me "That she understands." No she doesn't. I asked her if she would understand that I was taking money from her for no reason. Then it was "I'm sorry to hear that". Bullshit. She isn't sorry for anything. Never again would I or will I be a Norton customer.

After many years of using Norton, I have suddenly had the most ridiculous login issues. I plan to ensure my friends and their friends (well in the thousands at least) know how worthless this software is, so they will choose something better.

I have been with Norton for about 20 years. Services have changed, been removed, and fills my computer with unneeded apps running which have filled up my hard drive almost to capacity. Decided to switch to another company and have a year left on Premium 360. This is the policy for partial refund on their site "Pro-Rated Refunds After 60 Days. If more than 60 days have passed since your initial purchase or annual renewal charge, you may still be eligible for a pro-rated refund. This refund will cover the remaining days in your subscription term, starting from the month after you submit your refund request.

This option provides flexibility for users who decide to cancel their subscription later in the term. I was denied partial refund because they said there are exceptions (which are not listed here). Spent an hour with them after being transferred several times. Customer service said I am not eligible because I live in the United States, am not dead or in the hospital so I am not eligible. I had to screenshot them the policy they posted because they were not aware of a partial refund policy?? I have already uninstalled all norton on my computer and gone with another company. Computer is running much faster and I have more than 50% more room on my hard drive. Refused to honor their partial refund policy. 10:53 AM.

I have Norton 360. So far the only thing it does is stop me from going to websites I need to. All those site I un-subscribed from and now Norton says I can't go to those sites. Understand, Norton didn't find any issues when I scanned my laptop, but now those sites are an issue? I'm in the process of upgrading my radio in my truck. I am installing a radio that has Bluetooth, GPS, Back up camera, But Norton will not let me go to the website with the instructions, or the website with the tutorial. I guess Norton has figured out if we don't let customers go to a bunch of websites then they can't get a virus! As far as trying the customer service questions, well we all know what it's like when your issue doesn't fit the questionnaire. You spend 15 mins. answering questions before it sends you to a solution that doesn't fit your issue. I'm tired of bad, or no customer service.

I am not a computer kid, I'm an older man and never took a class in computers, I was busy working, paying bills. I wanted an anti-virus that would protect my stuff, not one that made everything I do way harder. In my opinion Norton doesn't care if I'm able to do what I need to do. They just make it too hard, you have to turn off the antivirus to unsubscribe, it takes longer to figure all that out than it's worth. If anyone knows of an antivirus that is capable of catching the virus when it's a threat, not because it's easier to stop customers from going to the sites.

Loved Norton until their newest 360. It has made my computer a snail. I have worked with their escalation team and numerous support techs. If you Google Norton you will see all the users complaining about slowing down their system, yet Norton never fixes the Issues.

Terrible product, installed and then computer was so slow, even web browser page wouldn't load. It slows computer down then they want you to "upgrade" to make computer faster again. Not user-friendly for computer-illiterate people.
