Great help on solving problems with bookmarks disappearance and many sign in screens. Great response and communication. They have been great in understanding and solving the problems from a previous tech company. They also have helped in understanding how my bookmarks can be saved and retrieved as needed.

My experience with Tech to Us has always been very positive -- quick responses, people who know what they are doing and are supportive, explain things, and do what needs to be done to keep me up and running! We definitely have been ALOT busier since COVID, but that has created the opportunity to add several new team members over the past couple of months, some as recent as the last couple of weeks. The insane amount of volume has ceased, but there is still a higher volume than normal. I originally called because my computer crashed and it was completely dead, the blue screen of death, but the technician was very patient and got it running again. Technician was very pleasant and courteous while being very helpful through the whole experience. He was very persistent in trying the fix the microphone problem and spent a great amount of time and effort trying to fix the problem. The issue was solved within minutes. Generally I am satisfied with service I receive. Most times, service starts within minutes. I am also satisfied greatly about the writing back and forth instead of speaking, like before with other companies, where techs had heavy accents, hard to understand.
