Knowing about Tech to Us has been a gift to me! I am not very technical savvy. Tech to Us will go beyond what normal companies do for you! Tech to Us does more than just set you up, they show me how to use for example, Zoom, upload videos, begin a Youtube and business FB page, and how to setup Stream Deck. The Tech to Us technicians go to the far beyond which is a tremendous gift for someone like me who feels technology is a foreign language. This is one of the best investments that I have ever made. We have used Tech to Us a lot this first month. I had used an ** support firm and they were good but were always trying to sell me something (renew Windows Work for $600). I did it for free with the license key from my Word CD. My wife is an Apple fan and bought her a Book Pro. She spent over an hour trying to figure out why she could not connect to my Internet. Tech to Us solved her problem. Last but not least, I could understand them and they didn't get mad at me if I didn't follow one of their instructions.
Tech to Us are very competent and efficient. They keep my computer up and running fast and efficient. The reason I switched to Tech to Us is that Best Buy was telling me that there was a waiting period of 3 days to get a technician. While Tech to Us is more expensive in their plans, I am always able, anytime of the day or evening, to get a hold of them IMMEDIATELY and they ALWAYS fix the problem I am encountering. Tech to Us has technicians that are a good source of valuable information. I would and have recommended Tech to Us to other people for their technological difficulties.
I had encountered an unusual problem two days ago, where the computer "yelped" and went dark on me. It appears to have died. I was feeling pretty helpless as I couldn't turn it off or do anything. In a few minutes the computer revived itself and resumed working. This was very disturbing so today I asked Steve of TTU to look into it. He located the problem, fixed it, and tuned up the computer, updated the software and otherwise brought up to snuff. All done very easily and without any participation on my part beyond just telling him the condition I observed. I have been with TTU for several years now and we count ourselves among the very satisfied customers.
Never had a problem reaching tech support. Always there for me! I am fairly tech proficient but easily frustrated sometimes. Tech to Us technicians are great listeners. I find them affable and courteous to a one. Waiting sometimes gets to me but does not happen often. Once I'm in my problems always get satisfactorily resolved.
I am not computer knowlegdeable. I found Tech to us after being scammed. I did some research and found Excellent reviews for Tech to us, made sure they were a U.S. company. Through three computers with myriad problems and never stumped them. All the Techs I have worked with have been excellent. All courteous, friendly. Even if I do get another technician they are able to reference the notes in the system. Tech to Us's technicians are knowledgeable, professional and have a high level of technical knowledge.
Tech to Us's technicians have helped me with many issues. Today I needed a printer re-setup, my email needed to be created and connected and had to have malicious extensions removed from my internet browsers. I have had no problems with any technicians.
