I purchased a service plan from Tech to Us not knowing what to expect. I previously had a service plan through another company and it was a disaster, money wasted. This company, however, just WOW!!! In a GREAT way, WOW!! I mean this sincerely. I purchased a service plan and was told that if the problem with my computer couldn't be fixed, then the service tech(s) would recommend what they think should be done and the entire cost of my purchase would be refunded. I thought what do I have to lose and purchased the plan.
The first tech spent literally HOURS trying to get my computer up and running. Nothing worked. The decision was made that we would try a new hard drive. I went and purchased one and the techs talked me through installing the new drive on my DELL desktop. I powered it up. Nothing. Same issue as the day before. A second tech got involved and ran several diagnostic tests (the first tech did as well) and it was determined that I needed a new computer as my CPU was out. The second tech stayed on the phone with me and assisted me with looking at computers online for purchase. He took the time to give me the pros and cons of each and explained each point to me. While I was on the phone with the second tech, he informed me that my entire plan purchase was refunded as we spoke. He further advised that once I purchased the new computer to call them back and they would work with me to get the new computer set up and running. I was blown away. NEVER EVER have I had this level of customer service!!
I went and purchased my new computer and set it up. I ran across some snags and called Tech to Us and they fixed every last one of them. It took a couple of hours to trouble shoot issues with my Itunes speaker/headphone quality and volume control. They did it though. They fixed every single issue. Not one time did I get the feeling that the techs didn't care about my computer issues or were in a hurry to get me off the phone. They were BEYOND courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They took care of EVERYTHING!! I am more than happy with the customer service I received from Tech to US and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to find someone to service their computer.

We have used Tech to Us a lot this first month. I had used an ** support firm and they were good but were always trying to sell me something (renew Windows Work for $600). I did it for free with the license key from my Word CD. My wife is an Apple fan and bought her a Book Pro. She spent over an hour trying to figure out why she could not connect to my Internet. Tech to Us solved her problem. Last but not least, I could understand them and they didn't get mad at me if I didn't follow one of their instructions.

I am very pleased with Tech to Us and their Agents ease of translation and understanding. Everything is explained at very understandable levels. I am such a happy Tech to Us customer that I want to add my father to my plan. I have called and been immediately connected to someone very quickly. I had encountered an unusual problem two days ago, where the computer "yelped" and went dark on me. It appears to have died. I was feeling pretty helpless as I couldn't turn it off or do anything. In a few minutes the computer revived itself and resumed working. This was very disturbing so today I asked Steve of TTU to look into it. He located the problem, fixed it, and tuned up the computer, updated the software and otherwise brought up to snuff. All done very easily and without any participation on my part beyond just telling him the condition I observed. I have been with TTU for several years now and we count ourselves among the very satisfied customers.
In my experience with the TechToUs technician, I've found that his personality was very unique. The young man found the way to integrate his job description with his personality. And the end result was a seamless flow of disarming communication for me the customer when in the past I've always felt like I was on the outside looking in. This experience has enhanced my decision for using TechToUs.
