Plans cover support for one computer and unlimited secondary devices, including smartphones and smart-home devices, tablets, printers, routers and cameras.
Tech to Us also offers an unlimited business plan for $75 per month, with the same one-time setup fee of $100. Business plans have additional fees for services not included in the base plan, however; these monthly fees include $5 each for extra printer support and $20 for each 500 GB of additional cloud backup. Knowing about Tech to Us has been a gift to me! I am not very technical savvy. Tech to Us will go beyond what normal companies do for you! Tech to Us does more than just set you up, they show me how to use for example, Zoom, upload videos, begin a Youtube and business FB page, and how to setup Stream Deck. The Tech to Us technicians go to the far beyond which is a tremendous gift for someone like me who feels technology is a foreign language. The Technicians explain the current work being performed which shows me exactly what the thought process is behind everything! I love the fact that there is no language barriers for this fully US based technical support!

This is one of the best investments that I have ever made. The service is fantastic, the techs are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the effort that they make on my behalf is so very greatly appreciated. Every time that I have needed to get help they have responded promptly and worked with me to effectively address and resolve my issues. Another reason that I have enjoyed and think so highly of this service is that techs like Mitch and the others with whom I have interacted have always been willing to help me learn and use my computer more efficiently and effectively. The crew at Tech To Us has once again proven their expertise and tenacity in solving every disastrous, end-of-the-world, head-banging, scream-at-your-screen problem you can throw at them. Today's latest adventure in the mysterious microworld of CPU's and operating system driver compatibility was a deep dive that took hours to resolve. But resolve it they did. I highly recommend Tech To Us to everyone as they are the go to team for all your computer needs. And as a bonus they are all patient and friendly and a pleasure to work with. We have used Tech to Us a lot this first month. I had used an ** support firm and they were good but were always trying to sell me something (renew Windows Work for $600). I did it for free with the license key from my Word CD. My wife is an Apple fan and bought her a Book Pro. She spent over an hour trying to figure out why she could not connect to my Internet. Tech to Us solved her problem. Last but not least, I could understand them and they didn't get mad at me if I didn't follow one of their instructions.

I am very pleased with Tech to Us and their Agents ease of translation and understanding. Everything is explained at very understandable levels. I am such a happy Tech to Us customer that I want to add my father to my plan. I have called and been immediately connected to someone very quickly. My technician was helpful in so many ways. I presented several problems that I had. He is a gentleman, very patient, willing to answer any of my questions that I had. He was very patient in making sure I understood what he was doing, the corrections, and stayed available until we resolved the full issue. I was very grateful for all of the work he did, he really is a master technician and I was very happy to have worked with him.
