I purchased a service plan from Tech to Us not knowing what to expect. I previously had a service plan through another company and it was a disaster, money wasted. This company, however, just WOW!!! In a GREAT way, WOW!! I mean this sincerely. I purchased a service plan and was told that if the problem with my computer couldn't be fixed, then the service tech(s) would recommend what they think should be done and the entire cost of my purchase would be refunded. I thought what do I have to lose and purchased the plan.
The first tech spent literally HOURS trying to get my computer up and running. Nothing worked. The decision was made that we would try a new hard drive. I went and purchased one and the techs talked me through installing the new drive on my DELL desktop. I powered it up. Nothing. Same issue as the day before. A second tech got involved and ran several diagnostic tests (the first tech did as well) and it was determined that I needed a new computer as my CPU was out. The second tech stayed on the phone with me and assisted me with looking at computers online for purchase. He took the time to give me the pros and cons of each and explained each point to me. While I was on the phone with the second tech, he informed me that my entire plan purchase was refunded as we spoke. He further advised that once I purchased the new computer to call them back and they would work with me to get the new computer set up and running. I was blown away. NEVER EVER have I had this level of customer service!!
I went and purchased my new computer and set it up. I ran across some snags and called Tech to Us and they fixed every last one of them. It took a couple of hours to trouble shoot issues with my Itunes speaker/headphone quality and volume control. They did it though. They fixed every single issue. Not one time did I get the feeling that the techs didn't care about my computer issues or were in a hurry to get me off the phone. They were BEYOND courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They took care of EVERYTHING!! I am more than happy with the customer service I received from Tech to US and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to find someone to service their computer.

Having Tech to Us as a tech support service gives me someone that I can speak to instantly if I have any issues. I have spoken to the technicians about printer issues or computer slowness. For me it is primarily the instant access avenue. I don't have to take the computer to a store and lug it around. Tech to Us has been very handy and it is working out well. In my experience with the TechToUs technician, I've found that his personality was very unique. The young man found the way to integrate his job description with his personality. And the end result was a seamless flow of disarming communication for me the customer when in the past I've always felt like I was on the outside looking in. This experience has enhanced my decision for using TechToUs. I believe from every fiber of my being, that this young man's personality and technical skills can serve as a template for others to follow when interacting with a customer. Kudos to him and may he continue to be an asset to this endeavor.
I think Tech to Us's customer service is excellent. I have been a customer since 2018. Every time I call up and remote connect, they take care of my troubles in a reasonable amount of time. I like that I can have Tune Ups performed as many times as I desire. In the past I did work with another Tech Support company, and I trust Tech to Us more compared to the other service I was working with. Having my own Tech support company makes my life a lot easier. The Tune Up process, I cannot do on my own. I feel Tech to Us does an excellent job by being detail oriented and working through issues with a fine-tooth comb. I would absolutely recommend Tech to Us to other customers. They are unlike any other company by not pressuring me to add any additional services to my account. I truly appreciate that.
I have found your service very helpful as you are always available and everyone is very courteous and patient. I couldn't ask for a better group to work with. I have had many different issues, as I am not well versed with computers, and each time your tech has been able to figure out the problem and correct it. I originally reached out to TechtoUs on Thursday, June 24th. I was extremely upset and terribly worried due to the fact that I realized that all my personal information had been scammed. Quickly I started to think of how I should handle the problem. After taking care of my banking concerns I called your organization. I spoke with Joe, who made the necessary suggestions, explained to me what needed to be done, with patience and kindness. We had agreed that I was going to call back today, Sunday, the 27th, to finalize the process.
Joe called me back today and my laptop was restored, passwords were changed and I thought that all was done. Afterwards, I realized that I neglected to change my email password on my cell phone.
