Avoid this dealership at all costs due to unethical and deceptive practices. After purchasing a Dodge 150 Classic advertised as a "Warlock," we discovered it was merely a base model with "War Paint" decals—not the actual Warlock trim with upgraded features. Within three days of purchase, we returned the truck to address a concerning ticking noise in the rear drivetrain. Instead of resolving the issue, the dealership falsely accused my wife of fabricating her employment (a job she’s held for years) and repossessed the vehicle without warning or proper communication. They refused to return the keys, ignored the fact that I co-signed the loan, and dismissed our concerns about the truck’s defects.

The dealership’s finance department claimed her employer required a landline for verification—an absurd and outdated requirement—to justify their baseless accusations. Worse, they failed to return our vehicle title, withheld keys, and even threatened to charge 35 cents per mile for the truck they provided, despite it being defective upon purchase (the gas light was already on when we drove it off the lot).

As someone with 55 years of experience purchasing vehicles (including a GMC Denali, Dodge Charger SRT8, Cadillac Escalade, and others), I recognize predatory practices when I see them. This dealership misrepresented the truck, fabricated excuses to avoid accountability, and treated us with shocking unprofessionalism. Their refusal to mail the title—despite having our address just five blocks away—adds further insult. We will pursue all legal avenues to resolve this matter. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. They prioritize scamming customers over honesty and integrity. Save yourself the stress and steer clear.

Oklahoma Motorcars return policy and guarantees

Most used car dealerships allow you to return a car after a short "cooling-off period.” The terms and conditions vary by dealer, however. Because Oklahoma Motorcars doesn’t specify its policies, make sure to ask about guarantees and returns before you buy.
