Call the corporate location to make a payment arrangement, was told that I would get a call to set up the agreement by Mr. **. The store manager calls me that I had just filed a complaint on Miss ** proceeds to be rude to me and hangs up in my face, again another store person who calls me back and tells me the arrangement is for $200. Make that payment and then bi-weekly payments would occur-17 days past due and miss ** proceeded to have my vehicle picked up 2 days after conversation. She has yelled at me in the phone and hung up in my face more than once. She is not a friendly customer service person but one thing I know two things for certain, I am a child of God and he will fight every battle.

They came and got my car at 4:30 in the morning. (The tow truck driver was cool.) But 2 days BEFORE my payment was due….. worst place to do business with!!!!

I bought my vehicle April of 2026 from America's Car Mart in Taylor Texas. I drove it 350 miles and discovered it had little to NO OIL in it. I had to put it in the shop for the following repairs - High pressure fuel pump, both low/high pressure sensors and a wiring issue, from prior mechanic repairs. That took over a month due to the fact that the GM of America's Car Mart drug his feet & finally approved the repairs. I had 2 recalls that had to be taken to the GM dealership to be repairs. Tire value stem had to be replaced due to a flat tire on the side to the road that was bad & the company knew about it but additionally had to be fixed. I am also having an issue with NOW the timing chain and it will be going back in the shop again. With having this vehicle for less than 4.5 months I would never recommend buying a vehicle from this company. I'll see if I get any results. To be continued.

I will never in my life get car there again. Already overpriced car. It’s sad what they do to people already having bad times. I pay on time. Soon I miss one payment ready come get it. Don’t give you no kind of chance. I never miss a payment. People who work there is rude. Bad attitude.

Speaking from personal experience proceed with caution. The car you potentially finance could have over $5,000 interest added or not be safe for you and your family. I know several people besides myself that are going through issues with Car-Mart. You're better off going to marketplace.

CarMart does offer low down payments. But big trap. One, the cars way overpriced. Cars may look good. But looks well. Anyway. I got my car from CarMart. Problem with it before it left. The lot two of the tires were bad. They did replace them. New cheap tires. Two, the front end of this car. They replaced the front left. Sturt. The. Carmart. Hd. It's in the shop. Making miss work. One got car back. Still not right on top of that. I just made a first car payment. We work with you. Mark what? A bunch of not truths. Then tell me make 300 more & said, "Is that okay?" I said, no. Then tell me, "Give them 200." On 2013. Chevy. Sonic. 8000 Dollars should be no more than 3000. The interest on their junk cars is stupid. I'm reporting this. CarMart in Wichita Falls, Texas to the Better Business Bureau here in Wichita Falls, Texas. My Thought. Don't buy Carmarts. On top of that, look behind the fence. All those cars you see. Guy works there told me. Bad engines and bad transmissions repossessed wonder why.

I would not recommend CAR-MART even to my worst enemy. Sold me a car and refused to fix, lied about fix things, and when I wanted to exchange it our for something that was in my price range that didn’t have options. Asked for my funds back to go somewhere else and got begged and sold a false offer. Didn’t uphold company policy, I am 24 days late on a partial payment and spoke with them days prior they unlawfully repossessed my vehicle. Taylor Texas general manager Jose is a con and and money hungry. Very disrespectful and rude from the first day I stepped into the business doors. He smiles in your face then rude and no customer service skills when it’s time for guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

You go to the lot and half the cars are either not working or they don't have a title yet to sale them but they have them on the lot for sale. They have no early pay off so you are stuck eating all the SO CALLED finance charges even when you try to pay the car off. All their cars break down within the first 2 weeks and to get one fixed with the car plan they force you to get you are out of the car for at least 2 to 4 weeks with no rental to help you get to work. They will screw you over in any way they can so RUN as far and fast as you can away from them.

This is the worst place you can go to get a vehicle. DO NOT DO IT. The cars are auction cars that are bought and then marked up by 1000's of percent. They are subpar at best and you are automatically charged thousands of dollars for an engine warranty that they won't honor when things break down on the car. I was charged 15,000 dollars for a car that they paid 1600.00 dollars for. And when things started breaking, they would not fix anything on the car, even though I paid them 2500.00 for an engine warranty they won't honor. Nothing is ever covered, they tell me. The customer service is a joke. They just shrug and say, "Sorry there's nothing we can do." More rich vampires are taking advantage of the working class. Do not sign a contract with these people. Worst mistake I've ever made.

Car-mart in Brunswick GA is a good place to buy a car but just don't have a crisis. We just lost our house in the Brantley co wild fire 2026. I called them and told them we was having a hard time cause we lost everything our home and building and we still can't go back home yet the road still block. Anyway she she didn't say she sorry to hear that or nothing. She said she make a note on the account and said it due May 1. Anyway I took the money I had to use the little money I had to for this crisis we going through to pay the car payments. I thought they would just move it a month out. We already said we lost everything but it make me feel worser that it like they don't even care. All our other debt people understand and said they was very sorry to hear that. That mean so much to us when people says they sorry what we going through. Anyway it was good place to buy a car. Nice sales person.
