When I finally regained possession, the car was filthy and every single one of my personal belongings was missing and they were ready to sell my vehicle even though my finance company never ordered this due to Blue Key loosing my car. The lack of professional communication is staggering: never have I get a supervisor to contact me aside from my Finance manager Alma who is also in disbelief.

Zero Accountability: Despite numerous attempts to call, it is impossible to get a supervisor on the phone and Steven in service is an absolute dickhead. No Transparency: The only time I spoke to a manager was when I physically showed up at the Mesa location on 12/10 and asked they get her for me while on the phone with the finance manager. Only then was I able to finally get a loaner.

The "Fix": After the impound ordeal, they tried to return the car to me with nothing but a new battery, completely ignoring the transmission issue I brought it in for. I only saw movement on my case after I opened an investigation with the Attorney General's office. I am currently looking into civil and class-action lawsuits involving both this service center and the warranty company they partner with. If you have been scammed by this company, please report them to the AG immediately. This isn't just bad service; it's predatory and negligent

They want you to seek insurance but you cannot get their cars insured so you are forced to pay a FAKE cpi payment which covers nothing lol. Cannot reach a manager for NOTHING!! Numerous recorded calls so PLEASE anybody try and ask for proof I’m ready. 😘 Headed to leave a review for the BBB as well. I’m seeking an attorney, PLEASE do not DO BUSINESS HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR A CAR!!! I regret referring my family, trust they will be seeking an attorney as well!! Get a car from CACTUS JACK'S!!

The finance department led by Desert Finance is not a place where you want to handle your payments or finance. Make no mistake between Desert financial credit union bank. It's a a different place with the letters LLC at the end of its name. They cover their mistakes and making the car look like it's new but they didn't tell me my car was salvaged until I went to the dmv and try to get my registration which I had to pay more. I wasn't aware of the mistakes I made cuz it sounded so good when their promotion said 500 dollars down and drive off with a new car. I was part of their unlawful tactics they do to consumers.
