I had a fender bender on Friday night and had my car towed to Brick, NJ. MARK was phenomenal this morning, July 6, 2026. I am in the dark, like most of us on where to take it, diagnosis etc. OMG he gave me numbers to call as his AAA unit most likely could not fix all of my car's problems. TAHNK YOU MARK on Route 70 in Brick, NJ... YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

We've been AAA members for 20 years because how wonderful they are. We were just recently in Granite City, IL when we hit a pothole and destroyed a tire. We were 700 miles from home and stuck. As always AAA to the rescue. They towed us to a local tire shop they've dealt with before and it could not have worked out better. The shop ordered the replacement tire we needed. It was delivered and installed and away we went in less than 2 hours. Turned what could have been a catastrophe into a minor inconvenience.

I have been with AAA for years, and years. One morning I was going to work and the car would not start. I was so upset as I was sweltering in 90degree weather waiting for a tech. That charge me for a new battery despite I just purchased the previous battery about a year and a half ago. Then I called a Supervisor name Jimmy P. He helped me by reimbursing me for my battery. He was so professional and so efficient especially being in my position of feeling helpless! Jimmy P saved the day! Thank you Jimmy God and AAA will always show up at your door! You're a SUPERSTAR! I had a great experience with AAA. When I called, I was told it would likely take about 45 minutes for assistance to arrive, but the technician was there in less than 10 minutes! I needed help removing my grandchild’s car seat so I could pick up a large item I had purchased on Marketplace. The technician was patient, friendly, and took the time to make sure the seat was removed properly. He was able to get it undone when I couldn’t, and his help saved me a lot of frustration. I really appreciated the quick response time and excellent customer service. Thank you, AAA, for coming to the rescue once again.

I had an issue where a battery died before the warranty came up on the first battery I purchased with AAA. The tech came out and said the battery doesn’t say failed but it’s obviously not moving while we are charging so there’s definitely something wrong. I then said it should be under warranty. He said it wasn’t so I just purchased a new one and talked the Supervisor Ash. He was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say. He then told me to give him some time which I did. He then called me back in a few days. He said that he was going to refund me. Now did he have to, NO but what he did was true customer service. Everyone is so quick to say no but not willing to listen. Thank you Ash for making me feel special with AAA. Because of him I will not be taking my services elsewhere.

Terrible customer service they refused to tow my truck.. And hung up in my face. I would avoid this company at all cost. They suck and my State Farm towed my truck no problem. So they are completely incompetent and worthless. The lady was an idiot on the phone. She was just too stupid to answer my questions so she hung up. What a waste of space. These people shouldn't even be in business. Trash.

AAA has given great quotes and when you speak to someone they are amazing. But this new AI system they have needs to go out the door. When someone pays between 3 and 4,000 a year for insurance I expect a human to answer the phone. I expect a company that makes billions that keeps billions in their pockets from wrecks and people not having wrecks should be able to answer a phone when people are working from home. AAA can do better specially when they offer great deals and great opportunities for people.

I called at 10:30pm at 11pm they said there was a tow on the way. We found out over an hour later it was declined. Through the tow company when we called not even through triple A. Our car was parked in a bad spot and underivable. They told us to text them saying it was the most efficient way of getting a tow. With them taking forever to answer. Triple A is the biggest waste of money ever. Do not get it.

I am a new member to Triple AAA services. My car broke down at Best Buy. Call for roadside assistance and was transferred 4 different times. Horrible services all around. And to top it all off they were more concerned with charging us more money. $65 for the toll plus 2 more miles. They were more concerned with the money instead of our safety in this heat! I would NEVER purchase triple A again! They just seem very greedy for money! Horrible customer service ever!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Better off calling a tow company. I don’t see how they are still in business. I have been transferred 3 times hung up on and left on hold all while being stuck on the highway with traffic in a not safe location because of course that’s the first thing they ask right? A priority call they say. I have been sitting for over 3 hours. And still sitting now waiting on the third tow truck that was supposedly dispatched. Terrible customer service. People in the comfort of their own home or wherever could care less about anyone’s safety! I could speak about all eight of the people I have talk to today, but I would be writing pages. Involving a supervisor isn’t helpful. This is the most inhumane place of business ever. No stars!
