I had a great experience with AAA. When I called, I was told it would likely take about 45 minutes for assistance to arrive, but the technician was there in less than 10 minutes! I needed help removing my grandchild’s car seat so I could pick up a large item I had purchased on Marketplace. The technician was patient, friendly, and took the time to make sure the seat was removed properly. He was able to get it undone when I couldn’t, and his help saved me a lot of frustration. I really appreciated the quick response time and excellent customer service. Thank you, AAA, for coming to the rescue once again.

I had an issue where a battery died before the warranty came up on the first battery I purchased with AAA. The tech came out and said the battery doesn’t say failed but it’s obviously not moving while we are charging so there’s definitely something wrong. I then said it should be under warranty. He said it wasn’t so I just purchased a new one and talked the Supervisor Ash. He was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say. He then told me to give him some time which I did. He then called me back in a few days. He said that he was going to refund me. Now did he have to, NO but what he did was true customer service. Everyone is so quick to say no but not willing to listen. Thank you Ash for making me feel special with AAA. Because of him I will not be taking my services elsewhere.

I am fully satisfied with Caleb, trying to start my car and then getting it towed as quick as possible. He did a fabulous job. It was reliable and kind…. The car wouldn’t start when he got there. He was able to get it started, but it didn’t stay running so just as I thought we were going to need a tow… He was highly professional and kind… Super grateful for his expertise. I would highly recommend AAA as it is done me right every time… It was only 30 minutes from our place and was able to get right on it and get it towed directly in in a good timely manner.

My name is Phyllis and I had a flat tire yesterday 3-12-26 on my Highlander while on Wadsworth Pkwy. in Broomfield, CO around 5:00 in the evening! I was greatly helped by your AAA serviceman, Fidel!! After revising the poor directions which I initially gave regarding my location, Fidel “found me” in a very timely manner, and successfully changed my flat tire! Fidel was VERY patient and pleasant with me, and calmly put me at ease while taking charge of the situation, and he successfully and safely got me back on my way home!! I very highly commend Fidel as a wonderful, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily nice person!!! I am so very grateful for his enormous help to me in my time of great need!! Many thanks to you, Fidel… I am eternally grateful for your help, and send great blessings to you!!!

Upon discovering I had a dead battery, I called AAA. They dispatched Troy from Bear Tire & Auto Center in Hainesport, NJ. Troy not only arrived quickly but was professional and super professional. He kept me calm and assured me that he could help even after my key fob couldn't unlock the door due the weakness of the battery. Troy even showed me a new way to enhance the life of my battery before he left. I would absolutely ask for Troy from Bear Tire & Auto if ever I needed any kind of service again.

I called to ask questions about renewing my membership. I was transferred to a supervisor who transferred me to another agent that transferred me to another agent. This is unacceptable to be transferred 4 times just to get information on my membership. 3 out of 4 representatives was dry, short and unwilling to help. I been a AAA member over 5 years and unhappy with the disrespect I received today. My rate increased over $80 and I wanted an explanation or a way to lower the price. You want my money but don't want to give me respect.

My (teenage) son ran out of gas on the highway. I remember vividly having my parents call AAA for me once in the past for roadside assistance. They made me pay $200 to add him as a family member to my plan, plus gas, and didn’t get to him for over an hour and a half. (The vehicle was covered, but my son was not). They had horrible, dismissive attitudes and lacked any sort of compassion whatsoever.

I called on another occasion for a flat tire. This was probably-hands down the absolute worst customer service encounter I had ever experienced. After I had waited two hours for assistance I called back to get a status update and was yelled at by the agent. I was told they would get to me when they could. Now I see a year later they are now offering 25% off of membership plus a FREE family member. Go figure!

By far the worst private company in the United States if you wanna be stranded, I have been stranded for 10 hours, 12 hours, 36 hours, three days, no kidding and you wonder how a business like this stays in Business. Well fools like me because I’ve been a member for 38 years and have not had a positive experience yet as we speak. I’m 24 hours in stranded and the third AAA person will be coming to me.

I was grossly overcharged for a battery! $238! I don't even know if I really needed a battery. Tech said it had a bad cell. It drained because key was left in ignition.

I had no history of the car not starting. I'm 67 years old on a fixed income. I went online and found batteries much less expensive as much as $130 less...that would work for my car. See attachments. Why was I so overcharged? I called the Membership Customer Service line, and the man was extremely condescending and rude to me, refusing to refund any money to me. Membership has less value if you get screwed when you need repairs or parts.

I have been insured with AAA/MCIC for more than 10 years for both my vehicle and home insurance. However, over the last two years, I have noticed repeated premium increases based on mileage. This year, they entered incorrect mileage information into their system and significantly increased my premium. They added nearly 5,000 extra miles compared to the mileage I actually submitted.

I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. When I contacted customer service to question the increase, I was told I needed to provide proof from an oil change to verify my mileage. This creates an unnecessary burden for long-term customers. After this experience, I can no longer recommend MCIC insurance. Customers should not have to deal with inaccurate mileage records and unfair premium increases.
