We were celebrating our 70/40. 70 years on this earth and 40 married. Athens was a great way to start with the tour to the Acropolis! September was the perfect month to go! Less crowds and the Woo Suites was wonderful and in a great location! Crete was a beautiful island with a lot of history and the beautiful Seaside Resort. We enjoyed the ferry ride to explore the cliffs of Santorini. Enjoying breakfast outdoors on the side of a cliff was as amazing as watching the sunset that night! We had a wonderful and memorable time and we thank our planner for putting it all together beautifully!

From initial inquiry to stepping on the plane to return home, the experience was top notch! Every detail was meticulously planned and executed. A friend and I had an agent we got via Zicasso plan a 16 day trip to Chile. The agent outsourced the tour planning (except for hotel reservations) to another agency. In Chile. We had a number of poor experiences with with no efforts to offer us alternatives or do-overs. Several times out activity did not match the description and the was a lesser experience. We felt that we paid too many people commissions instead of using our budget on us. I had a lengthy discussion with a customer series person from Zicasso who seemed sympathetic and said she would get back to us with a proposed resolution.

I was impressed with the process that Zicasso provides. The agent that I chose was there for me anytime I needed help at home or abroad. We had an excellent experience with Zicasso in Turkey. We were connected with Travel Refinery through Zicasso. It was obvious "hospitality" is important to the Turkish culture. We appreciated our English speaking guides every step of the way. Everyone's communication ensured we knew where to meet when, and what to expect. Derya, from Travel Refinery, listened carefully to what was important to us, and designed our trip accordingly. We had 3 very full days in Istanbul, before visiting Cappadocia, then Izmir/Ephesus. In Cappadocia and Izmir, we were able to relax some while experiencing everything we hoped to experience. The pacing of the trip was perfect for us.

My cousin and I took a great 18-day trip to New Zealand and Australia via Zicasso. Every aspect of the trip was arranged, including transportation to and from airports, all flights, accommodations and day outings. It was all very seamless and the accommodations and tours were excellent, with only one exception as far as hotels - lack of adequate lighting and dryer that didn't completely dry clothes. Minor thing in the big picture. I'll definitely recommend Zicasso to others.

We just got back from 26 days in India. We could not have chosen a better travel company. Target Tours in Delhi India was a perfect blend of famous sites, historic places, cultural interactions, and opportunities for relaxation. We dealt with Nitish **, who organized our itinerary. We connected through WhatsApp and by email. If we ever had any question about the proposed itinerary, or we wanted to make a change, he immediately got back to us the next day. He was able to choose excellent hotels. At nearly every hotel we were greeted with Indian hospitality on arrival. Our accommodations were very comfortable and clean.

I normally plan all of my family vacations. We just completed our third trip using Zicasso as our starting point. Each time, Zicasso provided a questionnaire regarding what we liked, where we wanted to go, and when. We then were contacted by two of their travel agents from the country we visited. They each submitted a proposal and then we picked the one we liked. With the help of Zicasso, my wife and I experienced a once-in-a-lifetime 17-day tour of the major cities in Switzerland and Austria. The trip was exactly what we wanted it to be. Enjoyed our trip to Scotland. Accommodations were wonderful and all the logistics went very smoothly. They listened to our interests and requests and tailored the itinerary appropriately. Scotland was beautiful. We especially loved being able to stay in a castle for two nights. Our driver was very flexible and was able to accommodate additional unique stops along the way that were not on the itinerary.

The Zicasso travel company was exceptional. We gave them a loose outline of where we wanted to visit, the types of activities we wanted to do, and the mixed family of travelers that would be joining us. They took everything into account, including our budget, and put together the most incredible package, with travel to Rome, staying in four-plus-stars accommodations, and Sorrento, with the same luxury experience. They worked with us throughout the 14 months of planning to zero in on exactly what we wanted to do and when. They literally thought of every detail and things we never would have thought of, like the best time of day to visit the Vatican Museums to prevent interruption or visiting Pompeii in the afternoon when the winds have shifted, making the trip more enjoyable. They literally thought out every detail, need, and unknown on our behalf.

I was very pleased with the planning provided by Zicasso for our trip from the US to Japan. They arranged our lodging, activities and transportation in Japan and it made the trip seamless. We had a great experience!
