We had an excellent experience with Zicasso in Turkey. We were connected with Travel Refinery through Zicasso. It was obvious "hospitality" is important to the Turkish culture. We appreciated our English speaking guides every step of the way. Everyone's communication ensured we knew where to meet when, and what to expect. Derya, from Travel Refinery, listened carefully to what was important to us, and designed our trip accordingly. We had 3 very full days in Istanbul, before visiting Cappadocia, then Izmir/Ephesus. In Cappadocia and Izmir, we were able to relax some while experiencing everything we hoped to experience. The pacing of the trip was perfect for us.

We were very pleased with our experience with Zicasso. The entire process was simple, seamless, and we worked with our responsive agent to create the perfect trip for my husband and me. I will certainly use Zicasso again in the future.

My cousin and I took a great 18-day trip to New Zealand and Australia via Zicasso. Every aspect of the trip was arranged, including transportation to and from airports, all flights, accommodations and day outings. It was all very seamless and the accommodations and tours were excellent, with only one exception as far as hotels - lack of adequate lighting and dryer that didn't completely dry clothes. Minor thing in the big picture. I'll definitely recommend Zicasso to others.

We just got back from 26 days in India. We could not have chosen a better travel company. Target Tours in Delhi India was a perfect blend of famous sites, historic places, cultural interactions, and opportunities for relaxation. We dealt with Nitish **, who organized our itinerary. We connected through WhatsApp and by email. If we ever had any question about the proposed itinerary, or we wanted to make a change, he immediately got back to us the next day. He was able to choose excellent hotels. At nearly every hotel we were greeted with Indian hospitality on arrival. Our accommodations were very comfortable and clean.

Absolutely had a wonderful experience. From early stages of planning our trip to communicating while in Italy/Greece. I would 💯 recommend!!

A friend and I had an agent we got via Zicasso plan a 16 day trip to Chile. The agent outsourced the tour planning (except for hotel reservations) to another agency. In Chile. We had a number of poor experiences with with no efforts to offer us alternatives or do-overs. Several times out activity did not match the description and the was a lesser experience. We felt that we paid too many people commissions instead of using our budget on us. I had a lengthy discussion with a customer series person from Zicasso who seemed sympathetic and said she would get back to us with a proposed resolution.

I had an excellent experience working with Zicasso. They connected me a travel agent who was perfectly matched for my needs. I will definitely use them again. Their process and platform were both excellent.
