I found this company online and I said “sure let me see if they can help me plan a honeymoon”…. And best decision I have ever done! They sent me two amazing Italian Travel Companies that called me directly from Italy and talked to me on the phone about what I want for my trip. They both sent me a draft package plan and I picked one of the companies. 1 month later they sent me a trip/document and I went in and said “I like this” and “Can we change the amount of days in Rome?” I wired 20% of the total trip over 3 months before my trip and the remaining 80% 1month before we flew out of the states. Also 1month before our trip they sent us an in-depth Word document on exactly what we will be doing.

This evaluation is for the second vacation trip my wife and I had through Zicasso. This was a two-week trip to France for my wife and me during the first two weeks of April, 2023. This was a tailored design specifically for us, planned thru Zicasso and their local agents. Highlights for us included: Sainte Chapelle Chapel in Paris, D-Day beaches in Normandy, Mont St Michel, getting to see several of the major chateaus in the Loire Valley-Amboise area, seeing the countryside and several beautifully preserved and historic cities and villages in the Avignon, Southern France area, and getting to dine Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris and Avignon.

My husband and I have used Zicasso's services twice now. Once in fall 2019 for a trip to Italy. We like planning tours in morning and explore rest of day. We wanted to stay in the city so we didn't have to use uber or taxis and could walk everywhere. The trip was amazing and planned per our desires. Hotels recommended, small tours, pick up services from hotel/airport/train station etc. all were without issue.

I have used Zicasso twice now, the first trip was back in 2017 to Croatia, and the agent helped us with a wonderful trip that included Croatia, Slovenia, and Montenegro. That time was a family trip for 7 of us. We had great experiences. The hotel, the local tours, the private drivers, and the guides were outstanding, so this year, in 2022, I had to plan a romantic trip to France, so I decided to contact Zicasso again. Yes, the price was a little higher than our budget, and some of the hotel rooms were outdated, but overall the trip to France was planned well. The agent who I worked with is there for us; anytime you need them, you get a response. The trip was smooth, and all the local guides were knowledgeable and on time. I know if I planned the trip myself, I would save some money, but because I don't know the area well enough that I won't want to take that risk.

I found the company while searching tour companies for my summer trip to France with the family. I was interested by the concept and decided to try it out. After entering some simple information including the dates we were traveling, destination and budget, I was able to sit back and see what happened next. Soon, I was contacted by a Zicasso advisor who explained the process. I then was contacted by 2 local agents in France (Paris and Lyon). I would highly recommend connecting with the agents by video chat if possible instead of phone only. They asked exploratory questions about what I wanted out of our trip, about the likes/preferences of our family and whether I wanted to drive or not.

After deciding to go to Scotland, we contacted Zicasso, who connected us with two travel companies, with each providing a possible plan for our holiday. While one company did not fit our needs, the other one was clearly a perfect fit. We feel so lucky to have found them. We completed our Scotland holiday which was perfect in every way. Next time we plan to travel, we will again contact Zicasso for possible references.

We have used Zicasso two times for referrals to travel agencies. Once for Australia and recently Greece. Great results from the selected agencies. Both were responsive and provided an excellent service.

From the initial intake they sourced the right teams for me to select from to get exactly what I wanted within the budget I was looking for.

Our travel advisor was knowledgeable of our location, offered suggestions, and most importantly listened to our needs and desires for a great trip. Although this trips was delayed 3 yrs due to covid, it went off without a hitch. Overall a good travel experience.
