I had a wonderful experience using Zicasso. The fact that that they align you with multiple agents really appealed to me. I was able to connect with two different agents and get their feedback and choose which agent I preferred. I loved the fact that I could receive multiple itineraries and price estimates. All in all a great experience. I will definitely use Zicasso again.

We used Zicasso for our trip to Greece in 2025 and our trip to Italy in 2026. We definitely will continue to use Zicasso for our trips. The travel agents we worked with in both instances were fabulous. It was so nice having a travel agent from the country we were visiting. It made for more timely and knowledgeable responses.

We had an excellent experience with Zicasso in Turkey. We were connected with Travel Refinery through Zicasso. It was obvious "hospitality" is important to the Turkish culture. We appreciated our English speaking guides every step of the way. Everyone's communication ensured we knew where to meet when, and what to expect. Derya, from Travel Refinery, listened carefully to what was important to us, and designed our trip accordingly. We had 3 very full days in Istanbul, before visiting Cappadocia, then Izmir/Ephesus. In Cappadocia and Izmir, we were able to relax some while experiencing everything we hoped to experience. The pacing of the trip was perfect for us.

A friend and I had an agent we got via Zicasso plan a 16 day trip to Chile. The agent outsourced the tour planning (except for hotel reservations) to another agency. In Chile. We had a number of poor experiences with with no efforts to offer us alternatives or do-overs. Several times out activity did not match the description and the was a lesser experience. We felt that we paid too many people commissions instead of using our budget on us. I had a lengthy discussion with a customer series person from Zicasso who seemed sympathetic and said she would get back to us with a proposed resolution.
