We are a group of 4 women in our 60's, college friends. This is the second time we have used Zicasso for our European travel and would highly recommend their services. Our first trip was to Greece, this year we traveled to Rome and the Amalfi Coast. For both trips Zicasso put us in touch with 2 travel specialists, for those areas that are vetted by Zicasso. We were giving 2 proposals and spoke to the agents so were able to choose the company that worked best for our preferences. Using Zicasso took the stress out of making travel plans, we will use Zicasso again for future travel.

A friend recommended Zicasso to help streamline the process of designing a custom travel experience. We were seeking a guided trip for a party of 4 to experience the history of World War II in Normandy and Dunkirk, France, followed by wonderful museums in London, England. Zicasso identified two travel agencies to compete for our business - both were highly competent and responsive. Ultimately, we went with the agency that provided the best itinerary and accommodation recommendations. Note, spend some time defining your desired itinerary before contacting Zicasso. It will make the process go quicker.

I will absolutely be using Zicasso again! They connected us with the best travel agent for our South African honeymoon. It was the trip of a lifetime, and they make it so easy to plan the exact trip you're looking for.

Phenomenal experience with Zicasso. 3 weeks going through Italy, Paris, and London. Excellent service and contact when travelling making sure all tours and tickets were delivered. Small group tours or private tours for all the important museums and attractions in each country. Put together very well. Would use Zicasso again in the future.

I have used Zicasso for 2 trips now. I usually plan my own trips but get a bit overwhelmed when dealing with countries where English is not the primary language. I found Zicasso online and used them to plan a trip to Costa Rica. More recently they helped me plan a trip to Italy. In both situations they gathered some primary information about what I was looking for and wanted to see then connected me with first rate local agencies who contacted me and helped me plan the perfect trip. It was very interactive so that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the experiences I have had with Zicasso. I would highly recommend them, and if and when I plan another international trip I will definitely contact them.

Zicasso was extremely helpful in helping us sort out all the intricacies of selecting our trip. They are basically a referral agency and helped us choose the best agency to put the trip together. We did Northern Italy and it was quite complicated.

This is my 2nd time utilizing the expertise from Zicasso. My most recent adventure was to Italy with two girlfriends. We visited, Florence, Rome and Amalfi Coast and we achieved every objective requested by our group. We were very impressed with the quality of the providers and the support we needed. The attention to details, customer service and their selected providers were exceptional. Each provider was timely and very knowledgeable during our excursions. My wife and I used Zicasso for our first trip to Greece. From the initial contact through the trip completion, we were very happy with the service they provide. Being able to use their service online and able to speak with a customer service agent that was very knowledgeable is a huge plus. We will definitely use them again in our next international trip.

My husband and I are just beginning our new chapter in travel as new retirees. It is a bit overwhelming once you start to research tour services and we began to feel overwhelmed. Then we found Zicasso advertised in the New York Times. Zicasso helped us to focus on our actual trip. We wanted it to be a trip of a lifetime to Italy with as little stress as possible. We wanted to stay in beautiful hotels close to everything as my husband has some physical limitations. We wanted it to be comparable in price as other tours we were researching. We wanted a lot.

I started to plan a self-drive tour of Ireland and found that there are an abundance of tours to purchase. In fact, this abundance makes it difficult to sort them out. And I found that none of the ones I reviewed were exactly what I wanted. I had no idea about the quality of these tours and if I could trust the client reviews. This was my third trip through Zicasso. Most recent trip to Africa was truly spectacular. The travel agency was extremely helpful in planning a memorable trip. They made excellent recommendations and all the arrangements were outstanding.

Spain experience was amazing. The tours were tailored according to what we have requested - airport pick ups, private tours and hotel accommodations. Travel agent made sure that everything is going well during our trip.

My wife and I travelled through the Bavaria region in Germany this summer. This was our second trip through Zicasso. Zicasso provided two travel agents who are very familiar with the region. The agent we selected was very organized and set up two tours. The first tour was set up with a very knowledgeable driver and tickets to Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhoff estate. Our second tour we drove from Garmisch to Salzburg, seeing some of the alpine villages and lakes in between. Very beautiful. The tours were great because we didn't have to plan for anything. The drivers were very friendly. We already are working with a Zicasso agent for a trip to the South Pacific next winter.

I used Zicasso to help me plan my honeymoon to Italy!! Everything was great, they set up 3 different travel agents for me that I could choose from. Everything went smoothly and it was very easy to figure out. I want to Italy, particularly Sicily. I had a fabulous trip and I felt it was perfectly planned out and it was so nice to use a trip advisor because it alleviated so much stress into planning a trip!

This is the second time that I have used Zicasso to plan an exciting vacation in an exciting location. Both times the results have been excellent. This time our trip was to Lisbon and the Azores. Zicasso put us in contact with two of their approved agents and although it was difficult to choose between them, we were very pleased with the agent we chose. We used a “standard” Zicasso 8 day trip as a basis for deciding the things we wanted to do and as a couple in our 70s, the things we did not want to do! Using this as a base and adding suggestions of their own, the Agent curated a wonderful trip for us. Pickups were always on time and the private tour guides very knowledgeable. To manage the budget we asked for 4 star hotels and were not disappointed finding a couple of them meeting 5 star rating.

This is the second trip for which we used Zicasso. Last summer, we went to Morocco and it was a really perfect trip with wonderful guides, hotels and experiences. We used Zicasso again this year for a trip to the Basque region of Spain. Zicasso provided us with two different travel agents and we interviewed them both. We've used Zicasso twice for planning our European vacations. They do an incredible job customizing and planning a trip for our families interests. The hotels and excursions are all contracted through top quality venues. The staff our expert and responsive. We will continue to use them.

Zicasso assisted with our travel arrangements to Spain. Our visits to Madrid, Toledo, and Barcelona went well with knowledgeable tour guides. In addition to a busy schedule of visiting the sites and attractions, we felt secure at Hotels and with ground transportation that was arranged. The highlights of the trip were our visit to the Bull-breeding farm, Paella making class, and our visit to the Prado Museum. The trip involved a lot of walking so you need to bring comfortable shoes. Overall, a great trip.

This was my first time with Zicasso and for sure not the last one. This was my daughter dream vacation to Japan for her deep interest in its culture. The planning with the agent was smooth and pleasant and fast - also because my daughter had already cleared ideas of what to visit. Being a custom tour we had the opportunity to visit places that other tourists did not and above all we spent the vacation at our pace and interests. The agent was always reactive and very helpful and he was so nice to meet us while we were in Japan. We had the time of our life. The hotels and guides have been over our expectations and the itinerary was a great balance of guided days and free time that we enjoyed. It has been a unique experience that we will always keep in our soul and memories. We can not wait to plan another trip. :)

Simply AMAZING trip to Scotland and Ireland. Every detail surpassed our expectations. From setting up drivers to arranging meals and accommodations to arranging private tours and excursions. This is the third time we have used Zicasso to find unique local travel agents that cater to OUR plans, not like the "here is what you will be doing" trip planning. We tell Zicasso where we want to go, they send us a few local travel agent names, and the hardest part is trying to choose one over the other. Then we tell the locals what our basic plans are, and they do all the legwork and make the reservations after we decide what we want to do.

As a senior solo traveler, I took a chance using Zicasso but based on reviews, my confidence rose. What a great decision to choose Zicasso! They met all my expectations. I wanted an educational experience and I was not disappointed. Everything was on time, the tour guides were exceptional, all questions or concerns I had prior to travel were answered immediately, I cannot say enough. I will only use Zicasso for my future travels and have recommended them to every traveler I know.

My wife and I used Zicasso for our recent 18-day trip through Andalusia, Spain and couldn't have asked for a more customized trip, based on our desires and needs. This was our first trip using a Zicasso tour guide and it was a special experience. Great personal activity/day guides, food tours, great lodging and centralized locations, and other accommodations (e.g., travel). We saw and experienced so much more using Zicasso services. We look forward to using them again, on another trip this fall to Slovenia and Croatia.

This is the second time we have used Zicasso's services. The first was a wonderful trip to northern and central Italy several years ago. This time we visited Barcelona, Madrid, and Lisbon. Zicasso put us in touch with two travel agents with experience and special expertise in these cities. We outlined our needs and desires for both agents and each developed an exceptional itinerary for us to consider, including reservations at various Michelin star-rated restaurants. We would have been happy to select either agent but in the end made our decision based on some minor details.

Bottom line: I encourage everyone out there to vet their agents instead of relying on Zicasso to do that vetting. Their value for money is questionable. We booked a trip with Zicasso to France and their travel partner was unsatisfactory. On contacting Zicasso, they have done no due diligence on what transpired, and responded with platitudes.

We started working with Zicasso Luxury Travel in August of 2023 to plan our dream trip to Australia for the spring of 2024. Our journey included visits to Cairns, Melbourne and Sydney. The travel agent Zicasso connected us with secured all of our hotel reservations for each location, tours at every location, transportation by private transport or domestic flights along with restaurant recommendations and reservations. I have used Zicasso twice to plan a vacation to Italy and Australia. I will continue to use them for future international travel. They make the whole process easy and fun.

We were referred to Zicasso by friends. Zicasso introduced us to two travel agents in Italy who provided possibilities about a two week vacation in Italy. We chose the one who provided a detailed and insightful itinerary for our trip. The trip went off without a hitch. We visited cities and cultural sites from Rome to Lake Como. Very recently we contacted Zicasso to plan a vacation visiting the northern part of Spain. Zicasso connected us with two travel agencies with experience in that part of Spain. Each one spent time reviewing with us ideas and places to visit. Both were fantastic and very knowledgeable. We chose the travel specialists with whom we felt more comfortable and offered everything we wanted to experience. Transfers between airports, train and cities we visited were perfect. The hotels they suggested were impeccable, and all the guides were very professionals and provided us with all the information we requested. During all the trip we had a cellular the agency provided us, and contacted us through WhatsApp in order to check everything was as we planned. As senior citizens who need special care and comfort while traveling, as well as guides of the best quality, I can’t think of any other than Zicasso to help us design a perfect trip.

We have used Zicasso in the past, and I have recommended them to friends. Each experience has been excellent. They make a point of understanding what we want in a trip and match us to excellent travel agencies. It is very comforting to know that when we go to countries where we don't know the language that we will be well taken care of. I will definitely use Zicasso when planning my next trip.

My husband and I have used Zicasso for two big trips and both have been wonderful. We went to the Galapagos and Peru last year and this year we went to Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. The agents are professional and want nothing more but to ensure that you have a memorable trip within your guidelines of budget, a variety of experiences, good communication and clear expectations. He provided us with excellent, knowledgeable and flexible tour guides and drivers who went out of their way to make the trip enjoyable. The itinerary was varied, organized and included many interesting and unique experiences for us. Carl was extremely responsive to our physical and dietary needs and available to answer questions promptly. Our accommodations were lovely throughout the trip.

This was our third trip using the Zicasso travel company referrals. All have been topnotch. Given that we were unfamiliar with North Africa the travel suggestions and arrangements were perfect. We truly had no complaints. You need to do the work of listening and comparing when you receive the initial travel companies' itineraries. I would suggest a couple of phone conversations to see how you sync with the agent but after that decision is made they usually take it from there incorporating your desires and interests into their planning.

Zicasso planned a wonderful and successful 10 day trip to Budapest and Vienna/Salzburg for my husband and me in June 2023. They were fabulous helping me coordinate every detail which included planning around my husband’s schedule as he was attending a conference first in Budapest first. My husband is older and cannot walk long distances so they arranged for a wheelchair and personal guides which we requested. Our tour guides were wonderful, informative, easy to be with and adapted our schedule so easily when we had a few hiccups such as a museum being closed or a wheelchair which needed to be replaced. We just completed our third trip arranged through Zicasso; a 30-day tour of New Zealand and Australia. This trip involved a lot of moving parts including 10 domestic flights, hotels, rental cars and some amazing local tours recommended by our agent based on over a year of careful planning via telephone and e-mail focused sharply on our individual preferences. As experienced travelers we often compare notes with other travelers and all three times now the agents engaged through Zicasso have proven to be among the best in class for their regions. International travel is expensive and vacation time is unrecoverable so we look for really good local expertise to help in planning and in making the bookings for us based on first hand local knowledge. This August and September we had a wonderful trip to Switzerland which was created by Bjorn **. He did an especially good job listening to our ideas, providing expert guidance, personal recommendations, and incorporating everything into an exciting well-planned itinerary. This is the second time we have used this company. We designed a 10 night trip covering six different towns/cities in Croatia and two National Parks. It was a rigorous agenda by design, but having drivers and guides set up ahead of time made it very feasible. Agency gave us a lot of ideas and provided selected historical/boutique hotels for us to choose. I found this company online and I said “sure let me see if they can help me plan a honeymoon”…. And best decision I have ever done! They sent me two amazing Italian Travel Companies that called me directly from Italy and talked to me on the phone about what I want for my trip. They both sent me a draft package plan and I picked one of the companies. 1 month later they sent me a trip/document and I went in and said “I like this” and “Can we change the amount of days in Rome?” I wired 20% of the total trip over 3 months before my trip and the remaining 80% 1month before we flew out of the states. Also 1month before our trip they sent us an in-depth Word document on exactly what we will be doing.

This evaluation is for the second vacation trip my wife and I had through Zicasso. This was a two-week trip to France for my wife and me during the first two weeks of April, 2023. I have used Zicasso twice to help with travel plans. In each case I identified what type of trip I was planning and they were able to direct me to firms who specialized in the area. The trips were an effect, designed with my specifics and their in-depth knowledge.

We planned to travel to Southern Africa in 2020. Zicasso introduced us to two agents. We interviewed them both by phone and chose one. Our trip was planned at the end of 2019 and then COVID happened. We had to rearrange dates twice. We got exactly the quality and personal attention we were looking for. Given the Zicasso discipline and controls, communications were secure and very timely. The agency we used for our trip took less than a business day to respond to any issues. Zicasso’s process for monitoring service providers is first class. We would definitely use Zicasso again.

Recently we had been to Tanzania and Zanzibar in Africa for about two weeks. We went with a local travel agency under Zicasso and we had an amazing experience. The guide was excellent and the camps we stayed in and food all were really good. I got Zicasso's name from a friend who went to Egypt so I tried for our Africa tour and we had a trip of a lifetime. I will go again with Zicasso for our next travel plan.

We recently returned from our 2nd trip planned thru Zicasso and their local agents. The first was Andalusia, the 2nd Greece...Both were 3 weeks. In each case we were extremely happy with the knowledge and professionalism of the local travel consultants that contacted us and helped plan these trips. In effect, we interviewed them and they us. Our selected "on the ground" planners were excellent. We could not have asked for better on site coordination, planning, and attention to detail. Obviously, these planners were selected by Zicasso and, again, they were perfect. Drivers were always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable about our locations; hotel options and those we selected were outstanding; local guides were terrific, and fun to be with.

This company has proven to be good as they say. I wanted to plan a trip to Italy and Zicasso had matched that I went with and was very pleased. The trip was planned to a T and was fantastic. I would highly recommend this agency for help in planning any trip.

My husband and I wanted to plan a bucket list trip to Great Britain which would encompass specific sites that we were interested in visiting. No prepackaged tour would have been able to serve our needs. We were referred to Zicasso by a friend who had used their services for a trip to Italy and they were very satisfied. Zicasso referred us to two companies which had experience in planning trips to Great Britain. We talked to both of them and ended up selecting one for our travels. The company planned an amazing trip for us that involved many tickets and travel connections. We were very happy with the referral to this company.

Spain travel: I typed in google Spain luxury travel and Zicassso came up. I decided to give it a try since I had since theri company show up before. They directed me to their Spain tour operator. They contacted me and asked few questions. They came back with a proposal which after a couple of phone calls not accepted. They delivered everything they offered. Transfers were on time, every time. Hotels as expected. They informed one day prior to activity the meeting time, place and driver and tour guide phone numbers. Tour guides were actually very knowledgeable. Drivers extremely courteous. My whole family had fun. I have no doubt in recommended their services. No worries luxury travel!

Each time I have used them they have provided the quality of personal service which have made my trip totally carefree and enjoyable. They have connected me with travel services which I could never have found on my own. I will be using them for every trip in the future. They have succeeded 5 times out of 5. It’s no coincidence, it’s quality.

I have used Zicasso twice now, the first trip was back in 2017 to Croatia, and the agent helped us with a wonderful trip that included Croatia, Slovenia, and Montenegro. That time was a family trip for 7 of us. We had great experiences. The hotel, the local tours, the private drivers, and the guides were outstanding, so this year, in 2022, I had to plan a romantic trip to France, so I decided to contact Zicasso again. Yes, the price was a little higher than our budget, and some of the hotel rooms were outdated, but overall the trip to France was planned well. The agent who I worked with is there for us; anytime you need them, you get a response. The trip was smooth, and all the local guides were knowledgeable and on time. I know if I planned the trip myself, I would save some money, but because I don't know the area well enough that I won't want to take that risk.

Our trip to Greece was wonderful and exceeded every expectation. From the beginning stages of planning the trip to every day we experienced while in Greece. The Zicasso team really listened to what we wanted on our trip - visit Santorini to experience the culture and scenery and visit an island with nice beaches which we landed at Naxos from their recommendation. Plus, plan activities that we and our 8 year old son would enjoy together. All the activities planned were wonderful, having every transfer set-up during the entire trip was amazing. We did not have to think but just show up, relax and enjoy ourselves.100% would do it all over again!

I have mixed emotions writing this review. In 2019 my husband and I used Zicasso for our honeymoon to South Africa and it was just the most flawless and perfect vacation. We did a ton of things that the travel agency booked us including excursions/hotels and there were a lot of moving parts that just flowed so well together. I just couldn’t wait to use them again! Fast forward to 2022, we had a week of vacation in the south of France that my family and I were really looking forward to.

I was planning a Spain trip for my wife and myself in 2019 for travel dates in 2020. I got proposals for an itinerary from several travel companies and liked Zicasso's the best. After talking to them and developing a final trip itinerary, I researched how long they had been in the business. Although that was pre-Covid times, I'm so glad I did that. Zicasso not only turned out to be a solid company, but also very easy to deal with when the trip had to be delayed, ultimately, to May of 2022. We just returned a month ago. The cost turned out to be a few dollars LESS than the 2019 final price. That's amazing in itself but more important to us was the ease of re-engaging with the same representative and having minor changes and additions handled quickly and efficiently. They even provided a hotspot WIFI device (at no extra cost) that was needed for GPS on rental car days, but also turned out to be the faster internet connection compared to most of the hotel connections. This is a fine fine company.

I found the company while searching tour companies for my summer trip to France with the family. I was interested by the concept and decided to try it out. After entering some simple information including the dates we were traveling, destination and budget, I was able to sit back and see what happened next. Soon, I was contacted by a Zicasso advisor who explained the process. I then was contacted by 2 local agents in France (Paris and Lyon). I would highly recommend connecting with the agents by video chat if possible instead of phone only. They asked exploratory questions about what I wanted out of our trip, about the likes/preferences of our family and whether I wanted to drive or not.

I booked a family trip with Zicasso for last June 2019, what I thought was going to be a trip of a life time for my family of 8 and then COVID happened. I cancelled my trip within the 90 days in which their documentation says I’m entitled to a FULL REFUND. Ever since then I have been trying to get my deposit back from this company but I’ve had absolutely no luck. I send them emails every other day about this pandemic and how it's not my fault that this happened but they do not care. They refuse to listen and refuse to refund our money. My family is out 5000. Money we can use right now to pay bills but they don’t want to listen.

We found Zicasso extremely useful in selecting our African safari guide & company. After completing the Zicasso input survey we were matched with two potential vendors. Both vendors reached out to us very quickly and provided excellent options. Knowing these vendors had already been vetted was a real confidence booster. We selected one of these two and were extremely pleased. Zicasso also made purchasing trip insurance very easy and convenient. We would definitely recommend Zicasso to other adventure travelers.

Bottom line, I had a great experience with Zicasso and their recommended travel companies for that trip that I looked them up again for a recent (Dec 2019/Jan 2020) trip to Australia. The response from Zicasso was immediate, and the response from the two selected travel agencies was within a few hours - despite the 16 hour time change between the US East Coast and Australia. We got a travel specialist who listened to our needs and wants, and put together a very lovely trip taking into account our wide variety of interests. I really appreciate her care in listening to what we wanted and turning that into a trip that was memorable and flawlessly planned. I will definitely use Zicasso again!

We obtained Zicasso's web site through internet searches. We liked what we read regarding their services to refer travelers to quality tour companies. We were planning a family trip to Italy. Zicasso put us in touch with two companies that competed with several itineraries so we could get a good feel for the services and costs of each company. Eventually, one company wanted a large non-refundable service fee per person which would be applied to our trip should we go with them. Since they had been the higher cost provider, we continued to work with the second company with which we ultimately committed to use and had an exceptional experience in Italy.

The agents contact you and describe their expertise and services. The client can make use of them or not as they see fit. I found the agents who contacted me through Zicasso to be exactly what I was looking for; knowledgeable, helpful, and focused on tailoring a trip to my needs and interests. I plan to continue to use Zicasso in planning future travels.

We booked the private tour in Germany and private it was, from a driver picking us up to take to the next destination and the private tours which was just the three of us. The whole trip ran like clockwork, we had no stress or worries. The hotels were superb and suggestions for our free time taken. We had absolutely no communication problems and planning the trip in itself was an ease.

Our trip to Spain went without a hitch due to the help we received from Zicasso in selecting a travel agency with expertise in travel to Spain. After completing a short questionnaire, we received bids from three agencies and were able to select the one that best understood our needs. The travel agency we selected provided excellent service for our one-week trip in mainland Spain, visiting Barcelona and Madrid, with a day trip to Toledo. We worked with our agent to develop an itinerary that provided us with a good overview of these three cities during our short timeframe. The agency arranged our hotels, transfers, train transportation, guided tours, and tickets to several museums/sights we toured on our own. Because of their extensive plan, we were able to visit museums, cathedrals, and other sights without waiting in lines and on days when these venues were open.

My family and I were planning an African safari and as you may or may not know there are a lot of "African Safari Tour" websites out there. How do you know which one is legit, best value, highest reputation, etc. I came across Zicasso and submitted a form to them with all the information on what we were looking for in our trip. They provided us with a list of at least three different reputable companies. It put our minds at ease knowing we would be working with a well known and respected company no matter which one we chose. With all the internet scams out there these days it was nice to have Zicasso doing all the research on the travel agencies. Highly recommend using Zicasso and hope to use them again in the future.

This website proved invaluable to us when we traveled to Portugal from our home in the US. We’ve traveled extensively in our own country, Mexico and the Caribbean. Exceptional recommendation for our trip to Italy and Sicily. We had no idea how to set up an itinerary. We fill out a questionnaire detailing what sights we wanted to include and we were paired with an amazing travel agent that set up the perfect vacation for us. They hit all of the sights we wanted and simply hit it out of the park for our vacation. Visited the Vatican/Colosseum, Sorrento and the Almafi coast. So many archaeological sites in Sicily we will have to go back to visit more. It was tailored to our historical tastes and we had amazing guides. We will definitely use them again.

We wanted a personalized travel itinerary. Zicasso helped us find the perfect company to create a stress free, exciting, private tour throughout the Greek islands. We did not have Crete on our wish list but as suggested we went and it was amazing. We’d skip Santorini if going again, as its beauty is remarkable, but even almost off season it was packed with tourists. Greeks speak English as a second language which was a bonus!

I've never used a service like this before and to be honest I was a little nervous. However, it turned out to be the best thing I've done for a vacation. I surprised my wife with a trip to France for our 20th anniversary and needed it to be perfect. I was not disappointed. I spent a significant time on the phone and email going over the itinerary, food, hotels, transfers, etc. Towards the end they sent me over everything I needed to follow during my trip and it went off without a hitch. When I reached out to Zicasso with what I had in mind for a trip to Croatia, and neighbouring countries in Sept 2019, they came back quickly with recommendations on who I could reach out to. All the parties they recommended were great in responding to my queries. I landed on one and began the trip planning, which got delayed due to health reasons. Zicasso checked in to see if they could help, but it was just a matter of timing. Having travelled a fair bit, I find that it's best to work directly with bespoke travel operators who are located in the country you are travelling to. Rather than travel operators who are based in your country of residence. Zicasso's recommendations on who I could reach out was extremely helpful and reassuring. Would definitely use Zicasso again!

Our trip was a once in a lifetime experience! Our travel agent interviewed us, so to speak, to see what we enjoyed, and planned our trip around that. We had the perfect balance of guided tours and free time. All the little details were taken care of like transfers, ferries, admission into museums, etc...we just had to relax and enjoy. Our guides in each location were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Our accommodations were all different, yet 5 star. This is the only way we are going to travel!

I had a complicated vacation that involved multiple cities and countries in China, Tibet, Nepal, and Bhutan. Because of the need for visas, travel permits, train, airfares and local guides in areas not in the most frequent tourist selections, I needed expertise and didn't want to plan this two week trip on my own. As we had such a wonderful experience with Zicasso last year when they planned our trip to Tokyo and Kyoto, there was no question that we would use them again for our vacation to Edinburgh, London and Paris this year. As last year, we had telephone and emails deciding our itinerary.
